Abstract
The present disclosure provides an information processing method, including: acquiring a first message; determining a particular application associated with the first message; and exposing an actionable object for activating the specific application. The present disclosure also provides an information processing system.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to an information processing method and an information processing system.
Background
Mobile Applications (APPs) developed based on mobile clients are given increasingly rich functions, so that more and more users can choose to install APPs with different functions on the mobile clients to realize specific operations in various aspects of work, life, entertainment and the like. In particular, after receiving the notification message, some functions need to be implemented by means of the APP. For example, after receiving a mobile phone arrearage message, the user may need to open an APP with a payment function to implement a payment operation, or after copying an english word, the user may need to open an APP with a translation function to implement an inquiry operation.
However, in implementing the embodiments of the present disclosure, the inventors found that there are at least the following problems in the related art: in the related art, after a user receives a certain message in an electronic device, if a specific function associated with the message needs to be executed, the user may need to leave a current interface for receiving the message after reading the message or copying the message, find a specific APP that can be used for executing the specific function on other interfaces of the electronic device, start the APP, find a corresponding interface to activate an operable object on the APP, and finally implement the specific function.
In view of the above problems in the related art, no effective solution has been proposed at present.
Disclosure of Invention
One aspect of the present disclosure provides an information processing method, including: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a first message, determining a specific application program associated with the first message, and displaying an operable object for activating the specific application program.
Optionally, the determining the specific application associated with the first message includes: predicting a specific application that can use at least a portion of the first message to perform a specific function as the specific application associated with the first message.

The present disclosure provides an information processing method, including: the method comprises the steps of acquiring a first message, determining a specific application program associated with the first message, and displaying an operable object for activating the specific application program. The technical problems that in the related technology, the operation is not intelligent enough and the user experience is not good in the whole process from the time when the first message is received to the time when the related specific application program is opened to realize the specific function can be solved, the technical effect that the specific application program with the specific function can be completed according to the message prediction is realized, the intelligent experience is brought to the user, and the user operation experience is improved.
Fig. 1 schematically shows an application scenario of an information processing method and an information processing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. It should be noted that fig. 1 is only an example of a scenario in which the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to help those skilled in the art understand the technical content of the present disclosure, but does not mean that the embodiments of the present disclosure may not be applied to other devices, systems, environments or scenarios.
In the related art, after a user receives a certain message in an electronic device, if a specific function associated with the message needs to be executed, the user may need to leave a current interface for receiving the message after reading the message or copying the message, find a specific APP that can be used for executing the specific function on other interfaces of the electronic device, start the APP, find a corresponding interface to activate an operable object on the APP, and finally implement the specific function.
It should be noted that the electronic device may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to a smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop portable computer, a desktop computer, and the like. Various communication client applications, such as shopping applications, web browser applications, search applications, instant messaging tools, mailbox clients, social platform software, and the like, may be installed on the electronic device.

The information processing method and the information processing system provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to the above-described scenarios, and can also be applied to other similar scenarios as long as the scenario has a requirement for opening an application program capable of completing a specific function according to the acquired message.
For convenience of understanding, the scenario in which the smartphone shown in fig. 1 receives a certain piece of information is taken as an example, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is expanded in detail. It is to be understood that the application scenario illustrated in fig. 1 is not intended to represent that the present disclosure is applicable only to this scenario.

According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the first message may be various information received by the electronic device, such as a short message, information received by various communication software, or information obtained by a user through copying and cutting operations. The first message may include, but is not limited to, information presented in text form. It is to be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the type and manner of obtaining the first message.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the first message is acquired, different analysis processing manners can be selected according to the type of the first message, for example, for a message presented in a text form, through a semantic analysis technology, specific information contained in the first message can be acquired, and based on the specific information, a specific application program associated with the first message can be determined.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the specific application program is determined, in order to facilitate the user to perform the next operation, the operable object for activating the specific application program can be displayed to the user. Specifically, when it is detected that the specific application program is already installed in the electronic device, the operable object may be an icon of the specific application program, and the user may activate the specific application program after performing an operation on the operable object; in the case that it is detected that the specific application program is not installed in the electronic device, the operable object may be an installation prompt prompting to install the specific application program, and the user may install the specific application program after performing an operation on the operable object for a subsequent operation. The display position and mode of the operable object are not limited in the disclosure, and the display can be performed according to the display position and mode preset by the electronic device, and the display position and mode can also be determined according to the operation habit of the user, so as to achieve the purpose of facilitating the operation of the user.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, before the operable object for activating the specific application program is displayed, the execution file of the specific application program can be preloaded, so that the running speed of the application program can be increased, and the user experience can be improved.
Through the embodiment of the disclosure, by adopting the technical scheme of determining the specific application program associated with the first message and displaying the operable object of the application program, the technical problems of complicated operation, insufficient intelligence and poor user experience in the whole process from the receiving of the first message to the opening of the related specific application program to realize the specific function in the related technology can be at least partially overcome, the technical effect of predicting the specific application program according to the message is realized, and the intelligent experience of user operation is improved.
The information processing method shown in fig. 2 will be further described with reference to fig. 3A to 3E in conjunction with specific embodiments.

According to the embodiment of the disclosure, as the technical scheme that the sending source information similar to/or associated with the sending source information of the first message is adopted to determine the reference application program associated with the sending source information is adopted, the data support related to the sending source is provided for the determination of the reference application program, so that the data base is rich and reliable, on the basis, the situation that the reference application program is operated once is considered, the technical scheme of the specific application program associated with the first message is determined, the situation that the reference application program is actually adopted is fully considered, and the specific application program associated with the first message is determined according to the fact, so that the determination of the specific application program is objectively accurate and relatively comprehensive.
Fig. 3D schematically illustrates a flow diagram for determining a specific application associated with a first message according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3D, the information processing method may include operations S341 to S343. Wherein:
in operation S341, time information satisfying a preset condition with respect to the time information of the received first message is acquired as second attribute information for determining the specific application.
In operation S342, a reference application associated with the second attribute information is determined according to the second attribute information.
In operation S343, a specific application associated with the first message is determined based on a case where the reference application has been operated.
The time of receipt of the first message may also be used as attribute information to determine the particular application associated with the first message. The preset condition that the receiving time of the first message meets may be a fixed receiving time period, for example, around 5 days of each month, the first message is received, and the first message may be payroll information, loan payment information, or other messages that may be received within the fixed time period. The preset condition that the receiving time of the first message satisfies may also be another preset condition, as long as the receiving time may be used as attribute information for determining a specific application program, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the technical scheme that the time information meeting the preset condition with the time information of the received first message is adopted to determine the reference application program associated with the time information is adopted, and the data support related to the receiving time of the message is provided for the determination of the reference application program, so that the data base is richer and more reliable.
Fig. 3E schematically illustrates a flow chart for determining a specific application associated with a first message according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3E, the information processing method may include operations S351 to S353. Wherein:
in operation S351, second message content that is the same as/or similar to the message content included in the first message is acquired.
In operation S352, a reference application associated with the second message content is determined.
In operation S353, a specific application associated with the first message is determined based on a case where the reference application has been operated.
Considering that each time a different message is received, the same specific function may need to be performed, and therefore, according to the content of the second message that is the same as or similar to the content of the message included in the first message, for example, the content of the first message is an arrearage, the content of the second message that is the same as or similar to the content of the message included in the first message may be a balance shortage, or may be other content related to the cost.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for determining a specific application associated with a first message by determining a reference application associated with the content of a second message and based on the situation that the reference application was operated once is described, and thus, the detailed description is omitted here.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the reference application program is determined based on the second message content which is the same as or similar to the message content contained in the first message, and the specific application program associated with the first message is determined by combining the situation that the reference application program is operated once.
FIG. 4 schematically shows a block diagram of an information handling system according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 4, the information handling system 400 may include an acquisition module 410, a determination module 420, and a presentation module 430. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the obtaining module 410 is configured to obtain a first message.
The determination module 420 is used to determine the particular application associated with the first message.
The presentation module 430 is used to present actionable objects for activating a particular application.
Through the embodiment of the disclosure, by adopting the technical scheme of determining the specific application program associated with the first message and displaying the operable object of the application program, the technical problems of complicated operation, insufficient intelligence and poor user experience in the whole process from the receiving of the first message to the opening of the related specific application program to realize the specific function in the related technology can be at least partially overcome, the technical effect of predicting the specific application program according to the message is realized, and the intelligent experience of user operation is improved.
According to an embodiment of the disclosure, the determining module 420 is further configured to predict a specific application that can use at least a portion of the first message to perform a specific function as the specific application associated with the first message.
Through the embodiment of the disclosure, the specific application program which can complete the specific function by using at least part of the first message is predicted to be used as the specific application program associated with the first message, so that the technical problems that in the related art, the operation is not intelligent enough and the user experience is poor in the whole process from the time when the first message is received to the time when the related specific application program is opened to realize the specific function can be at least partially overcome, the technical effect of predicting the specific application program according to the message is realized, and the intelligent experience of the user operation is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the determining module 420 predicts a specific application that can use at least a portion of the first message to perform a specific function according to a historical operating condition of a reference application associated with a second message that is similar to at least a portion of the first message; and/or determining an application from the plurality of predicted reference applications that can use at least part of the first message to accomplish the specific function as the specific application that can use at least part of the first message to accomplish the specific function.
Through the embodiment of the disclosure, various modes are provided for predicting the specific application program which can use at least part of the first message to complete the specific function, so that the technical effect of improving the accuracy of the prediction result can be realized, the prediction result is more in line with the actual situation of the user, and the intelligent experience of the user is improved.
Any number of the obtaining module 410, the determining module 420 and the presenting module 430 in the embodiments according to the present disclosure may be combined in one module to be implemented, or any one of them may be split into a plurality of modules. Alternatively, at least part of the functionality of one or more of these modules may be combined with at least part of the functionality of the other modules and implemented in one module. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, at least one of the obtaining module 410, the determining module 420, and the presenting module 430 may be implemented at least in part as a hardware circuit, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be implemented in hardware or firmware by any other reasonable manner of integrating or packaging a circuit, or may be implemented in any one of or a suitable combination of software, hardware, and firmware. Alternatively, at least one of the obtaining module 410, the determining module 420 and the presenting module 430 may be at least partially implemented as a computer program module, which when executed may perform the respective functions.
FIG. 5 schematically shows a block diagram of a computer system according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The computer system illustrated in FIG. 5 is only one example and should not impose any limitations on the scope of use or functionality of embodiments of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, computer system 500 includes a processor 510, a computer-readable storage medium 520. The computer system 500 may perform a method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
In particular, processor 510 may include, for example, a general purpose microprocessor, an instruction set processor and/or related chip set and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), and/or the like. The processor 510 may also include on-board memory for caching purposes. Processor 510 may be a single processing unit or a plurality of processing units for performing different actions of a method flow according to embodiments of the disclosure.
Computer-readable storage medium 520 may be, for example, any medium that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the instructions. For example, a readable storage medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, device, or propagation medium. Specific examples of the readable storage medium include: magnetic storage devices, such as magnetic tape or Hard Disk Drives (HDDs); optical storage devices, such as compact disks (CD-ROMs); a memory, such as a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a flash memory; and/or wired/wireless communication links.
The computer-readable storage medium 520 may include a computer program 521, which computer program 521 may include code/computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor 510, cause the processor 510 to perform a method according to an embodiment of the disclosure, or any variation thereof.
The computer program 521 may be configured with, for example, computer program code comprising computer program modules. For example, in an example embodiment, code in computer program 521 may include one or more program modules, including for example 521A, modules 521B, … …. It should be noted that the division and number of modules are not fixed, and those skilled in the art may use suitable program modules or program module combinations according to actual situations, and when these program modules are executed by the processor 510, the processor 510 may execute the method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure or any variation thereof.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the obtaining module 410, the determining module 420 and the presenting module 430 may be implemented as a computer program module described with reference to fig. 5, which, when executed by the processor 510, may implement the respective operations described above.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be embodied in the apparatus/device/system described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately and not be assembled into the device/apparatus/system. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed, implement: the method comprises the steps of acquiring a first message, determining a specific application program associated with the first message, and displaying an operable object for activating the specific application program.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In contrast, in the present disclosure, a computer-readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer-readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wired, optical fiber cable, radio frequency signals, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various combinations and/or combinations of features recited in the various embodiments and/or claims of the present disclosure can be made, even if such combinations or combinations are not expressly recited in the present disclosure. In particular, various combinations and/or combinations of the features recited in the various embodiments and/or claims of the present disclosure may be made without departing from the spirit or teaching of the present disclosure. All such combinations and/or associations are within the scope of the present disclosure.
While the disclosure has been shown and described with reference to certain exemplary embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents. Accordingly, the scope of the present disclosure should not be limited to the above-described embodiments, but should be defined not only by the appended claims, but also by equivalents thereof.
Claims (10)
1. An information processing method comprising:
acquiring a first message;
determining a particular application associated with the first message; and
an actionable object for activating the particular application is exposed,
wherein the determining a particular application associated with the first message comprises:
determining attribute information and/or contained message content of the first message;
determining a reference application program associated with the first message according to the attribute information and/or the contained message content; and
determining a particular application associated with the first message based on a condition that the reference application was operated.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a particular application associated with the first message further comprises:
predicting a particular application that is capable of using at least a portion of the first message to accomplish a particular function as the particular application associated with the first message.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the predicting a particular application that can use at least a portion of the first message to accomplish a particular function comprises:
predicting a particular application that is capable of using at least a portion of the first message to perform a particular function based on historical operating conditions of a reference application associated with a second message that is similar to at least a portion of the first message; and/or
An application is determined from the predicted plurality of reference applications that can use at least a portion of the first message to perform a particular function as a particular application that can use at least a portion of the first message to perform a particular function.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a particular application associated with the first message further comprises:
determining attribute information and/or contained message content of the first message; and
based on the attribute information and/or the contained message content, a particular application associated with the first message is determined.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the attribute information includes at least transmission source information of the first message, and wherein determining the reference application associated with the first message based on the attribute information comprises:
acquiring transmission source information similar to and/or associated with transmission source information of the first message as first attribute information for determining the specific application program;
and determining a reference application program associated with the first attribute information according to the first attribute information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the attribute information includes at least time information of receipt of the first message, and wherein determining the reference application associated with the first message from the attribute information includes:
acquiring time information which meets a preset condition with the time information of the received first message as second attribute information for determining the specific application program;
and determining a reference application program associated with the second attribute information according to the second attribute information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, from the message content contained in the first message, the reference application associated with the first message comprises:
acquiring second message content which is the same as or similar to the message content contained in the first message;
determining a reference application associated with the second message content.
8. An information processing system comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first message;
a determination module to determine a particular application associated with the first message; and
a presentation module for presenting an actionable object for activating the specific application,
wherein the determining a particular application associated with the first message comprises:
determining attribute information and/or contained message content of the first message;
determining a reference application program associated with the first message according to the attribute information and/or the contained message content; and
determining a particular application associated with the first message based on a condition that the reference application was operated.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the determination module is further to:
for predicting a particular application that is capable of using at least a portion of the first message to perform a particular function as the particular application associated with the first message.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the determination module is further to:
predicting a particular application that is capable of using at least a portion of the first message to perform a particular function based on historical operating conditions of a reference application associated with a second message that is similar to at least a portion of the first message; and/or
An application is determined from the predicted plurality of reference applications that can use at least a portion of the first message to perform a particular function as a particular application that can use at least a portion of the first message to perform a particular function.
