Most of power transformers in operation in China are oil-immersed transformers, and certain potential safety hazards may exist in the operation of the power transformers along with the problems of operation age, manufacturing process, working environment and the like, for example, water and gas exchange is performed between the transformers inside the transformers and the external environment, discharge is generated due to overhigh local temperature in the transformers, insulating oil is aged and degraded under the action of various fields, impurities are generated, aged water is generated, and the like. The moisture increase, whether due to manufacturing processes or operating conditions, can cause the transformer to become wet, thereby compromising its operational safety and longevity.
Aiming at the problems of possible damping of the transformer and the like, the insulation recovery operation can be performed on the transformer by using an oil filter at present. However, the existing oil filtering method is only to treat the transformer on the basis of the original transformer, the effect of filtering water depends on the oil filtering time and temperature to a great extent, and the insulation recovery effect of the oil filter on the transformer is difficult to reach an ideal state in a short time due to the problems of the migration degree of water, the migration rate of water and the solubility of water in oil in insulating oil and insulating paper boards.

The oil quantity in the synthetic ester oil storage tank is ensured to be sufficient, and the original insulating oil can be replaced. Starting the oil filter according to the operating rules of the oil filter, wherein the whole oil filtering process is divided into two stages, the first stage is a replacement process, and the second stage is an oil filtering process. In the first stage, the oil filter pumps original insulating oil in the transformer into the oil filter through a pipeline, the original mineral insulating oil is directly introduced into a waste oil tank through a program control electromagnetic valve switch, then the synthetic ester oil is introduced into the oil filter from the tank, the synthetic ester oil is introduced into the transformer through normal oil pressure, and the process is continued until the ratio of the synthetic ester oil to the total oil mass in the transformer reaches a preset value. The second process is the traditional oil filtering process of the oil filter, namely the mixed transformer oil in the transformer is communicated with the oil filter in a time-sharing way through an oil inlet and outlet pipeline, the dewatering and filtering process is completed in the oil filter, and the process is continued until the monitoring of the micro water in the oil in the transformer reaches the national standard. After the filtered oil reaches the standard, the mixed oil in the transformer is replaced by the original insulating oil of the transformer by using an oil filter or other means, thereby achieving the purpose of not changing the operation condition of the transformer.
Two points of attention in the present invention:
(1) the percentage of the part of original insulating oil of the transformer, which needs to be replaced by synthetic ester oil, in the total oil quantity of the transformer cannot threaten the safe operation of the transformer, and experimental research shows that the percentage is in a safe range within a range of 10-70% according to the degradation degree of the original insulating oil of the transformer, and the more serious the degradation of the original insulating oil of the transformer is, the higher the percentage corresponding ratio is;
(2) the water solubility of the synthetic ester oil is high, so that the temperature control in the vacuum cavity is improved, and the temperature rise is not obvious to the aging of the silicone oil and the common mineral insulating oil in a certain range, so that the temperature in the vacuum cavity is properly increased by 5-6 ℃ but is not more than 80 ℃.
The technical scheme of the invention is characterized in that:
(1) by using synthetic ester oil which has a much higher water solubility than common mineral oil, the water in the insulating paper board can be transferred to the oil to a greater extent and filtered out by mixing the synthetic ester oil with the mineral oil.
(2) The transformer is subjected to insulation recovery operations such as water removal and impurity removal of the oil filter, so that the whole service life of the transformer is prolonged to a certain extent, and better economic benefit is obtained.
(3) The synthetic ester oil is more environment-friendly than the traditional mineral oil, meets the development requirement of green economy, and can improve the insulation recovery level of the transformer and ensure the service life of the transformer under more economical and safe conditions by adopting a method of mixing the synthetic ester oil and the synthetic ester oil in a certain proportion under the condition of higher price at present.
