Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a ball head universal joint adjusting mechanism and a shadowless lamp, and solves the problem that the existing universal adjusting mechanism cannot be used in a narrow space to vibrate again.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a ball joint universal joint adjusting mechanism comprises a locking head 1, a ball head 2, a brake block 3, a push rod plug 4, a universal joint seat 6, a pushing assembly and an adjusting assembly, wherein the ball head 2, the brake block 3 and the push rod plug 4 are sequentially arranged in the universal joint seat 6, the ball head 2 is of a hollow structure, the brake block 3 is provided with a first spherical surface, the locking head 1 is positioned in a cavity of the ball head 2 and is provided with a second spherical surface, the adjusting assembly is fixedly connected with the ball head 2, when the ball joint adjusting mechanism is in a universal adjusting state, the pushing assembly supports the locking head 1 to enable the second spherical surface to be in a same spherical surface with the outer surface of the ball head 2, the first spherical surface is in a same spherical surface with the outer surface of the ball head 2, a gap is formed between the brake block 3 and the push rod 4, and the adjusting assembly is rotated to enable the ball head 2 and the locking head 1 to rotate in the universal joint seat 6, and direction adjustment is realized, when the brake block is in a locking state, the pushing assembly pushes the locking head 1 to enable the second spherical surface to extend out of the ball head 2, and pushes the brake block 3 to enable the brake block 3 to be attached to the ejector rod plug 4.
In an optional embodiment, the ball joint universal joint adjusting mechanism further includes a spring 5, and the spring 5 is sleeved on the ejector rod plug 4, is located in the universal joint seat 6 together with the ejector rod plug 4, and is in a pre-tightening state.
In an alternative embodiment, the universal joint seat 6 is provided with a spherical cavity, a first cylindrical cavity and a second cylindrical cavity which are sequentially communicated, the spherical cavity is used for mounting the ball head 2, the first cylindrical cavity is used for mounting the brake block 3, and the second cylindrical cavity is used for mounting the ejector rod plug 4.
In an alternative embodiment, the diameter of the first cylindrical cavity is smaller than the diameter of the second cylindrical cavity.
In an alternative embodiment, the adjusting assembly includes a ball seat 12 and a handle 9, and one end of the ball seat 12 is fixedly connected to the ball 2, and the other end is fixedly connected to the handle 9.
In an optional embodiment, the adjusting part still includes switching dish 13, switching dish 13 includes first installation department, connecting portion and second installation department, connecting portion are the hollow cylinder structure, and the cover is established the periphery of 6 bulb places in the universal joint seat, first installation department and second installation department are the loop configuration and are located respectively the both ends of connecting portion, first installation department sets up be used for fixed connection in the connecting portion handle 9 with bulb seat 12, the second installation department sets up connecting portion periphery for fixed external member.
In an optional embodiment, the handle 9 is a hollow cylindrical structure, an external thread is arranged at one end far away from the ball cup 12, the pushing assembly comprises a push rod 11 and a rotating handle 10, the push rod 11 is located in the cavity of the handle 9 and used for supporting the locking head 1, the rotating handle 10 is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread, and the rotating handle 10 is rotated to drive the push rod 11 to push the locking head 1.
A shadowless lamp comprises a lamp body and a ball head universal joint adjusting mechanism, wherein the ball head universal joint adjusting mechanism comprises a locking head 1, a ball head 2, a brake block 3, a push rod plug 4, a universal joint seat 6, a pushing assembly and an adjusting assembly, the ball head 2, the brake block 3 and the push rod plug 4 are sequentially arranged in the universal joint seat 6, the ball head 2 is of a hollow structure, the brake block 3 is provided with a first spherical surface, the locking head 1 is positioned in a cavity of the ball head 2 and is provided with a second spherical surface, the adjusting assembly is fixedly connected with the ball head 2, the lamp body is fixedly connected with the adjusting assembly, when the ball head universal joint adjusting mechanism is in a universal adjusting state, the pushing assembly supports the locking head 1 to enable the second spherical surface to be in a common sphere with an outer surface of the ball head 2, and the first spherical surface is in a common sphere with the outer surface of the ball head 2, and a gap is formed between the brake block 3 and the ejector rod plug 4, the adjusting assembly is rotated to enable the ball head 2 and the locking head 1 to rotate in the universal joint seat 6, direction adjustment is achieved, when the brake block is in a locking state, the pushing assembly pushes the locking head 1 to enable the second spherical surface to extend out of the ball head 2, and the brake block 3 is pushed to enable the brake block 3 to be attached to the ejector rod plug 4.

In an alternative embodiment, the lamp body includes a light source assembly 14, an outer cover 7 and a transparent cover 8, the light source assembly 14 is fixed on the second mounting portion and is used for generating a light source, the outer cover 7 and the transparent cover 8 are both disc-shaped structures with flanges, and the outer cover 7 and the transparent cover 8 are fixed with the second mounting portion through respective flanges.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the ball head universal joint adjusting mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes direction adjustment by matching the ball head and the universal joint seat, the ball head is designed into a hollow structure, the locking head is arranged in the ball head, meanwhile, the brake block and the ejector rod plug are arranged in the universal joint seat for mounting the ball head, the locking head is driven to move upwards by the push-up and push-down component, the brake block matched with the locking head is pressed against the ejector rod plug when moving to a certain position, the universal joint adjusting mechanism is locked by using friction force, and unlocking is realized by the pull-down and push-down component, so that the ball head universal joint adjusting mechanism is convenient and reliable, greatly saves space, and can be used in a narrow vibrating space;
(2) one end of the spring is pressed on the brake block by arranging the spring and is in a pre-tightening state, so that the universal joint mechanism has good operation hand feeling when angle adjustment is carried out, and structural part damage caused by overlarge angle adjustment can be reduced or avoided;
(3) through setting the universal joint seat inner chamber to two different cylinder sections of diameter, both made things convenient for the inside subassembly to assemble, and add man-hour, the big diameter section need not higher machining precision and reduces the processing degree of difficulty.
Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a ball joint universal joint adjusting mechanism, which includes a locking head 1, a ball 2, a brake block 3, a ram plug 4, a universal joint seat 6, a pushing assembly and an adjusting assembly, where the ball 2, the brake block 3 and the ram plug 4 are sequentially disposed in the universal joint seat 6, the ball 2 is a hollow structure, the brake block 3 is provided with a first spherical surface 18, the locking head 1 is located in a cavity of the ball 2 and is provided with a second spherical surface 19, the adjusting assembly is fixedly connected to the ball 2, when the ball joint adjusting mechanism is in a universal adjusting state, as shown in fig. 4, the pushing assembly supports the locking head 1 such that the second spherical surface 19 and an outer surface 17 of the ball 2 are coplanar, the first spherical surface and the outer surface of the ball 2 are coplanar, and a gap is formed between the brake block 3 and the ram plug 4, the adjusting assembly is rotated to enable the ball head 2 and the locking head 1 to rotate in the universal joint seat 6, direction adjustment is achieved, after the direction adjustment is in place, the pushing assembly is pushed or rotated to push the locking head 1 to enable the second spherical surface to extend out of the ball head 2, the brake block 3 is pushed to enable the brake block 3 to be attached to the ejector rod plug 4, and the mechanism is in a locking state due to the fact that the contact surface of the locking head 1 and the brake block 3 has friction force.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pushing assembly may be a screw rod, or other assemblies that convert circumferential motion into linear motion, or may be a cam, a connecting rod, or other assemblies, which is not limited in the present invention;
the ball head universal joint adjusting mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes direction adjustment through the matching of the ball head and the universal joint seat, the ball head is designed into a hollow structure, the locking head is arranged in the ball head, the brake block and the ejector rod plug are arranged in the universal joint seat for mounting the ball head, the ejector rod can move upwards through the push-up and push-out component, the locking head is driven to move upwards, the brake block matched with the locking head is pressed against the ejector rod plug when moving to a certain position, the universal joint adjusting mechanism is locked by friction force, and unlocking is realized through the pull-down and push-out component.
Referring to fig. 1, in an alternative embodiment, the ball joint universal joint adjusting mechanism further includes a spring 5, and the spring 5 is sleeved on the ejector rod plug 4, is located in the universal joint seat 6 together with the ejector rod plug 4, and is in a pre-tightening state. In an optional embodiment, the handle 9 is a hollow cylindrical structure, an external thread is arranged at one end far away from the ball cup 12, the pushing assembly comprises a push rod 11 and a rotating handle 10, the push rod 11 is located in the cavity of the handle 9 and used for supporting the locking head 1, the rotating handle 10 is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread, and the rotating handle 10 is rotated to drive the push rod 11 to push the locking head 1. The pushing assembly and the adjusting assembly of the structure are simple in structure, installation space can be further saved, the pushing distance can be conveniently adjusted, and damage to devices caused by excessive pushing is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1-4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a shadowless lamp, which includes a lamp body and a ball head gimbal adjustment mechanism, where the ball head gimbal adjustment mechanism includes a locking head 1, a ball head 2, a brake block 3, a rod plug 4, a gimbal base 6, a pushing assembly and an adjustment assembly, the ball head 2, the brake block 3 and the rod plug 4 are sequentially disposed in the gimbal base 6, the ball head 2 is a hollow structure, the brake block 3 is provided with a first spherical surface, the locking head 1 is located in a cavity of the ball head 2 and is provided with a second spherical surface, the adjustment assembly is fixedly connected with the ball head 2, the lamp body is fixedly connected with the adjustment assembly, when the ball head gimbal adjustment mechanism is in a gimbal adjustment state, the pushing assembly supports the locking head 1 so that the second spherical surface is coplanar with an outer spherical surface of the ball head 2, the first spherical surface and the outer surface of the ball head 2 are in a spherical surface, a gap 15 is formed between the brake block 3 and the ejector rod plug 4, the adjusting assembly is rotated to enable the ball head 2 and the locking head 1 to rotate in the universal joint seat 6, direction adjustment is achieved, when the adjusting assembly is located in a locking state, the pushing assembly pushes the locking head 1 to enable the second spherical surface to extend out of the ball head 2, and the brake block 3 is pushed to enable the brake block 3 to be attached to the ejector rod plug 4.
The ball joint universal joint adjusting mechanism used in the embodiment of the invention is provided by the above mechanism embodiment, and specific description and effects refer to the above embodiment, which are not described herein again.

referring to fig. 1-4, the shadowless lamp is applied to the vibration conditions of airplanes, medical cabins, medical ships and the like, so that shadowless irradiation during operation under the vibration conditions can be realized, the irradiation requirement of any angle can be realized, and meanwhile, locking can be realized under the vibration conditions, and the working angle is kept unchanged.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the shadowless lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention includes a locking head 1, a ball head 2, a brake block 3, a push rod plug 4, a spring 5, a universal joint seat 6, an outer cover 7, a transparent cover 8, a sterile handle 9, a rotating handle 10, a push rod 11, a ball head seat 12 and a switching disk 13, wherein the ball head seat 12 and the sterile handle 09 are installed on the switching disk 13, the ball head 2 is connected to the ball head seat 12 through a screw, the outer cover 7 and the transparent cover 8 are connected to the switching disk 13 through a screw, and the push rod plug is connected to the universal joint seat 6 through a screw.
When the angle of the shadowless lamp needs to be adjusted, the rotating handle 10 is rotated, so that the ejector rod 11 can move upwards or downwards to drive the locking head 1 to move upwards or downwards, the upper end surface of the locking head 1 pushes the concave surface (spherical surface) of the brake block 3 to be attached to or separated from the ejector rod plug 4 in an extruding manner, and locking and unlocking are achieved.
According to the shadowless lamp provided by the invention, the spring 5 is always in a pre-tightening state, so that the pre-tightening pressure of the brake block 3 can be adjusted, good adjusting hand feeling is kept, and the universal joint mechanism can be in a stable state in an unlocking state.
The shadowless lamp provided by the invention is specifically introduced as follows when angle adjustment and locking are carried out:
