As an alternative embodiment, the number of the cutter heads 41 is at least two, and equally distributed in the circumferential direction of the cutter body 42. The more the number of the tool bits 41 is, the more labor-saving is required for machining the fastening groove 31, but the structure of the tool bits 41 is complex, the machining cost of the tool bits 41 is high, in this embodiment, the number of the tool bits 41 is two, the simpler structure is provided, and the convenience is provided for machining the fastening groove 31.
As an alternative embodiment, the shank 43, the cutter body 42 and the cutter head 41 are integrally formed or connected by welding, and an all-alloy integrally formed process may be employed for the reworked cutter.
If the original cutter is modified or part of the structure is processed and formed separately, the cutter head 41 in the embodiment can be welded on the cutter body 42; in order to facilitate welding of the cutter head 41, the cutter body 42 is provided with a notch allowing the cutter head 41 to be mounted.
In order to facilitate the use of the machining tool, the machining tool is conveniently mounted on the corresponding device, and the tool shank 43 is cylindrical.

The connecting piece body (1) can be connected with the second plate (3) through interference fit between the reinforcing ribs (11) and the side walls of the fastening grooves (31), and when the connecting piece body (1) is connected with the first plate (2) and the second plate (3) at the same time, the first plate (2) is connected with the second plate (3);
