Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a machine shield 100 according to an embodiment of the present application comprises a body 1 defining a working area 11 and a safety area 12. The body 1 is schematically shown as a square, however the application is not limited to a square body 1, but may also be of other shapes. The walls of the body 1 are glazed so that a worker can see the inside from the outside of the body 1. In another embodiment, an opaque plate material such as a steel plate may be attached to a wall surface that does not require observation. The inside of the body 1 is a working area 11, and the outside of the body 1 is a safety area 12. A machine (not shown) is mounted in the work area 11 and when the machine is in operation, the worker remains in the safe area 12 to prevent the operating machine from injuring the worker. The body 1 is provided with an operation port 10 communicating a working area 11 and a safety area 12. A protective door is installed on the operation opening 10 of the body 1. The guard door includes a first door 21 and a second door 22. The frame of the operation opening 10 includes a vertical upright 14 and a horizontal beam 15, a first door 21 is pivoted on the upright 14 at the left rear side of the body 1, and a second door 22 is pivoted on the upright 14 at the right rear side of the body 1. The first door 21 and the second door 22 are movable between an open door position and a closed door position, respectively. In the closed door position shown in fig. 7, the first door 21 and the second door 22 are both shielded from the working opening 10, and the worker is blocked by the protective doors 21 and 22 and cannot enter the working area through the working opening 10. In the door-open position shown in fig. 1, the first door 21 and the second door 22 are respectively moved away from the operation opening 10, and a worker can enter a work area through the operation opening 10 to perform an operation such as maintenance.
A fool-proof device is arranged between the first door 21 and the second door 22 of the body 1. For example, the first door 21 is provided with the projection 6 interfering with the second door 22, and the projection 6 is provided such that the projection 6 extends to the inside of the second door 22 when both the first door 21 and the second door 22 are in the door-closed position. Therefore, if the second door 22 reaches the closed door position first, when the first door 21 is to be closed, the protrusion 6 will hit the second door 22 and fail to close, that is, the fool-proofing device will prevent the first door 21 from being closed. Whereas, if the first door 21 is located at the closed door position, the second door 22 can be closed.
The door latch 3 is pivotally mounted to the first door 21 about a latch shaft 30. The latch 3 is movable between an open latch position and a closed latch position in conjunction with the second door 22. In the open position, the elongated bolt 3 rests on the stop block 31 and extends in an inclined direction slightly above the horizontal position, which is below the cross member 15, and the first door 21 can be opened freely. Also, as will be explained further in the text, the position in which the bolt 3 rests will be advantageous to be driven by the push block 34. In this embodiment, the stop block 31 is implemented by a screw mounted on the first door, and the structure is simple and feasible. In the bolt-closed position, the bolt 3 extends substantially vertically partially up to the height of the cross member 15, i.e. the bolt 3 interferes with the cross member 15, and the first door 21 is locked to the operation opening 10 by the bolt 3, i.e. the position of the first door 21 is defined by the bolt 3 and cannot leave the operation opening 10. The second door 22 is provided with a push block 34, the push block 34 drives the latch 3 during the movement of the second door 22 to the door closing position, the distance from the position where the push block 34 contacts the latch 3 to the latch shaft gradually increases to the maximum during the driving, and the latch 3 is driven to the latch closing position when the second door 22 moves to the door closing position. In the closed position the bolt 3 interferes with the cross member 15. In the closed position, the weight force applied to the bolt 3 is removed from the bolt shaft 30 and a moment is applied to rotate the bolt 3 from the closed position to the open position. When the second door 22 is moved to the door-open position, the keeper 3 automatically returns to the keeper-open position under its own weight. A stopper 32 is provided on the first door 21 below the latch shaft 30, and a push block 34 is inserted between the stopper 32 and the latch 3 when the second door 22 moves to the closed door position. The stopper 32 provides a supporting force to the pusher 34 against the movement of the keeper 3 to the open position at the closed position, and holds the keeper 3 at the closed position. The stopper 32 may be formed of a bolt mounted to the first door 21, which is simple in structure, but greatly improves the stress of the push block 34 by providing a supporting force to the push block 34. Therefore, the driving portion 340 of the push block 34 for contacting the keeper 3 does not need to be thick and may be formed in a plate shape. A guide portion 342 is provided at the front edge of the driving portion 340, the guide portion 342 is formed by chamfering the upper edge of the front portion of the driving portion 340, and the guide portion 342 is formed to gradually decrease in thickness toward the front edge, so that the guide portion 342 faces the keeper 3 before the driving portion 340 contacts the keeper 3, and it is easier to drive the keeper 3.
The body 1 is further provided with a door lock 4, the door lock 4 being capable of locking the second door 22 in a closed door position. The door lock 4 may be an electrically controlled automatic lock, and the door lock 4 is automatically locked when the second door 22 is moved to the closed door position. As shown in fig. 8, the door lock 4 is in the form of an electromagnet, and when the second door 22 reaches the closed door position, the electromagnet 41 is automatically energized, so that the electromagnet 41 catches the armature 42 to lock the second door 22. In another embodiment shown in fig. 9, the door lock 4 is in the form of an electrically controlled latch, and when the second door 22 reaches the closed door position, the insertion portion 43 mounted on the first door 21 enters the latch portion 44 mounted on the second door 22, and the latch portion 44 automatically latches the insertion portion 43 to achieve locking. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the door lock 4 is not limited to these two forms. The protective cover 100 is further provided with a controller 5, a display screen is arranged on the controller 5 to display information such as the working state of the machine, and an input device (for example, a button, which may be a physical button or a touch button) is arranged to input instructions and data. The door lock 4 can be controlled to be opened by operating an input device on the controller 5, the locking of the second door 22 is released to open the second door 22, and the first door 21 is opened after the second door 22 is opened. According to the embodiment of the application, the first door 21 is firmly locked by the simple bolt 3, and the door lock is safe, reliable, simple in structure and low in cost. The second door 22 can be automatically locked after being closed, and the operation is convenient.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the present application and are not meant to be limiting, and those skilled in the relevant art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the scope of the present application, so that all equivalent technical solutions also belong to the scope of the present application, and the scope of the present application should be defined by the claims.
