Sealing device for drum of clothes dryer
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of clothes dryers, in particular to a drum sealing device of a clothes dryer.
Background
The clothes dryer is characterized in that the clothes are quickly dried by raising the temperature, lowering the temperature, increasing the air flow speed and expanding the evaporation area, and the circulating hot air is used for condensing water vapor evaporated from clothes into water through a condenser and then discharging the water from the clothes dryer. This requires a sealing means between the hot air duct system of the dryer and the drum to minimize the loss of heat from the circulating hot air stream.
In the prior art, a sealing structure at the end part of a roller of a clothes dryer usually adopts radial sealing, but the self gravity of the roller can cause radial assembly errors, so that the end part of the roller is not uniformly sealed, the radial sealing structure is continuously abraded along with the extension of the working time of the clothes dryer, the end part of the roller is more and more non-uniform, further heat loss is caused, and the clothes drying efficiency is low; axial sealing is also adopted, but the sealing effect is poor.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a drum sealing device of a clothes dryer, which is used for improving the sealing effect of the end part of a drum.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the end part of the roller is in sealing connection with the sealing ring, so that the roller is in sealing connection with the support part in the axial direction and the radial direction through the sealing ring.
Further, the sealing ring comprises an axial sealing part and a first radial sealing part, the axial sealing part is connected with the support piece in an axial sealing mode, the first radial sealing part is connected with the support piece in a radial sealing mode, the axial sealing part and the first radial sealing part are connected to form a groove, and the end portion of the roller is axially extruded into the groove and connected in a sealing mode.
Further, the axial sealing part and the first radial sealing part are an integral part, and one end of the axial sealing part, which is in sealing contact with the support part, is bent towards the inside of the roller to form the first radial sealing part.
Furthermore, the periphery of the supporting piece is a limiting part, the limiting part is a circle of vertically arranged plates, the limiting part is perpendicular to the axial direction of the roller, and the limiting part is in sealing contact with the axial sealing part of the sealing ring; the supporting piece on the inner side of the limiting part is provided with a radial sealing surface protruding towards the inner direction of the roller, and the first radial sealing part of the sealing ring is sleeved outside the radial sealing surface to be connected with the radial sealing surface in a sealing manner.
Further, the radial sealing surface is formed by a profiling protruding towards the inside of the drum on the support.
Further, a first end of the first radial sealing part is connected with the axial sealing part, and a second end of the first radial sealing part is in sealing contact with the radial sealing surface; the first radial sealing part is an inclined plane which gradually inclines towards the middle of the roller from the first end to the second end, so that the first radial sealing part and the radial sealing surface are correspondingly sealed.
Further, the second end of the first radial sealing part is bent towards the inside of the groove to form a first bending part, the end part of the roller is axially extruded into the groove, and the inner wall surface of the end part of the roller is in sealing contact with the end part of the first bending part;
preferably, the end of the drum is axially pressed into the interior of the groove and is in sealing contact with the axial seal.
Further, the sealing ring also comprises a second radial sealing part which horizontally extends from the axial sealing part to the inner part of the roller, the end part of the roller is axially extruded into the groove, and the outer wall surface of the end part of the roller is in sealing contact with the second radial sealing part;
preferably, the end of the drum is inserted into the second radial sealing portion, and the outer wall of the end of the drum is in interference fit with the inner wall of the second radial sealing portion, so that the end of the drum is in sealing contact with and fixed to the second radial sealing portion.
Furthermore, an elastic ring with elastic contraction property is sleeved outside the end part of the second radial sealing part, so that the second radial sealing part is clamped and fixed between the end part of the roller and the elastic ring to realize the fixed connection between the end part of the roller and the second radial sealing part;
preferably, an adhesive layer is arranged between the end part of the roller and the second radial sealing part so as to realize the adhesive fixation of the end part of the roller and the second radial sealing part.
Further, the front and/or rear end of the drum are hermetically connected with the corresponding front and rear supporting pieces through sealing rings.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention realizes the sealing connection of the end part of the roller and the supporting piece in the axial direction and the radial direction through the axial sealing part and the radial sealing part of the sealing device, and improves the sealing effect of the end part of the roller, thereby reducing the loss of heat of circulating hot air flow in the clothes drying process, realizing the effective utilization of the heat of the circulating hot air flow, shortening the drying time, reducing the drying energy consumption and improving the drying effect.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments are clearly and completely described below, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not used for limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment of the present invention introduces a drum sealing device for a clothes dryer, the clothes dryer includes a drum 1, an end of the drum 1 is connected with a support 2, the sealing device includes a sealing ring 3 in snap-fit connection with the support 2, the end of the drum 1 is in sealing connection with the sealing ring 3, and the drum 1 is in sealing connection with the support 2 in both axial and radial directions through the sealing ring 3.
The sealing device realizes the sealing of the end part of the roller 1 in the axial direction and the radial direction, and improves the sealing effect of the end part of the roller 1, thereby shortening the drying time, reducing the drying energy consumption and improving the drying effect. And through the above setting, the staff only need with 1 tip warp axial extrusion of cylinder to the sealing ring 3 inside can accomplish the sealed of 1 tip of cylinder, above-mentioned easy operation, swift.
Specifically, the sealing ring 3 comprises an axial sealing part 8 in axial sealing connection with the support part 2 and a first radial sealing part 9 in radial sealing connection with the support part 2, the axial sealing part 8 is connected with the first radial sealing part 9 to form the groove 4, and the end part of the roller 1 is axially extruded into the groove 4 and is in sealing connection.
The axial sealing part 8 and the first radial sealing part 9 are an integral piece, and one end of the axial sealing part 8, which is in sealing contact with the support part 2, is bent towards the inside of the roller 1 to form the first radial sealing part 9.
The front and/or rear end of the drum are sealingly connected to the corresponding front and rear supports via sealing rings 3, respectively.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1-4, in the present embodiment, the periphery of the supporting member 2 is a limiting portion 5, the limiting portion 5 is a circle of vertically arranged plate material, the limiting portion 5 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the drum 1, and the limiting portion 5 is in sealing contact with the axial sealing portion 8 of the sealing ring 3; the supporting piece 2 on the inner side of the limiting part 5 is provided with a radial sealing surface 12 protruding towards the inner direction of the roller 1, and the first radial sealing part 9 of the sealing ring 3 is sleeved outside the radial sealing surface 12 to enable the first radial sealing part 9 to be in sealing connection with the radial sealing surface 12.
The arrangement improves the sealing effect between the sealing ring 3 and the support 2, thereby improving various functions of the clothes dryer,
the radial sealing surface 12 is formed by a profiling on the support 2 projecting in the direction of the interior of the drum 1.
The radial sealing surface 12 is not easy to deform and has better supporting effect on the sealing ring 3.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, the first radial seal portion 9 is connected to the axial seal portion 8 at a first end and is in sealing contact with the radial seal surface 12 at a second end; the first radial sealing part 9 is an inclined plane which gradually inclines towards the middle of the roller 1 from the first end to the second end, so that the first radial sealing part 9 is correspondingly clamped with the radial sealing surface 12.
Above-mentioned setting makes sealing ring 3 have elastic shrinkage nature, does benefit to and is connected with support piece 2 looks lock, simultaneously, when cylinder 1 received self action of gravity, the first radial seal portion 9 of sealing ring 3 through elastic shrinkage all the time with support piece 2's radial seal face 12 looks sealing connection to sealing ring 3 and support piece 2 between sealed effect has been improved.
The second end of the first radial sealing part 9 is bent towards the inside of the groove 4 to form a first bending part 10, the end part of the roller 1 is axially extruded into the groove 4, and the inner wall surface of the end part of the roller 1 is in sealing contact with the end part of the first bending part 10.
The arrangement improves the sealing effect between the end part of the roller 1 and the sealing ring 3, thereby improving various functions of the clothes dryer, strengthening the support of the sealing ring 3 to the roller 1, and reducing the influence of the gravity of the roller 1 on the end sealing effect of the roller 1.
Preferably, the end of the drum 1 is axially pressed inside the groove 4 and is in sealing contact with the axial seal 8.
The arrangement improves the sealing effect between the end part of the roller 1 and the sealing ring 3, thereby improving various functions of the clothes dryer.
The end of the first bent portion 10 is a tapered surface that gradually tapers toward the inside of the seal ring 3.
On the basis of realizing the sealing connection between the end part of the roller 1 and the sealing ring 3, the arrangement reduces the frictional resistance of the first bending part 10 to the end part of the roller 1, and is convenient for the end part of the roller 1 to be inserted into or drawn out of the sealing ring 3.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1-4, in this embodiment, the sealing ring 3 further includes a second radial sealing portion 7 extending horizontally from the axial sealing portion 8 toward the inside of the drum 1, the end of the drum 1 is axially pressed into the groove 4, and the outer wall surface of the end of the drum 1 is in sealing contact with the second radial sealing portion 7.
The arrangement improves the sealing effect between the end part of the roller 1 and the sealing ring 3, thereby improving various functions of the clothes dryer.
The end part of the second radial sealing part 7 is bent towards the outside of the sealing ring 3 to form a second bending part;
preferably, the end of the second bending part is in sealing contact with the limiting part 5 of the supporting part 2.
Also, the above arrangement improves the sealing effect between the sealing ring 3 and the support 2, thereby improving various functions of the dryer.
The second radial sealing part 7 of the sealing ring 3 and the outer surface of the axial sealing part 8 are arranged horizontally in the axial direction.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1-4, in this embodiment, the end of the drum 1 is bent outward to form a connecting portion 11, the end of the drum 1 is axially pressed into the sealing ring 3, and the end of the drum 1 outside the connecting portion 11 is sealingly connected with the second radial sealing portion 7 under the action of radial pressure.
The connecting part 11 and the end part of the roller 1 form a U-shaped structure with elastic property, so that when the roller 1 is acted by self gravity, the connecting part 11 is always in sealing connection with the second radial sealing part 7 of the sealing ring 3 through elastic contraction, and the sealing effect between the end part of the roller 1 and the sealing ring 3 is improved.
The sealing ring 3 in the above embodiment may be made of a metal plate, a rubber material, a felt, or the like.
The second radial seal portion 7, the axial seal portion 8, and the first radial seal portion 9 of the seal ring 3 are formed by bending in one piece.
EXAMPLE five
In the present invention, the sealing ring 3 may be made of rubber, felt, or the like.
The limiting part 5 is provided with a sealing part which extends towards the inner direction of the roller 1 and is arranged outside the radial sealing surface 12, the sealing part and the radial sealing surface 12 are respectively provided with a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece which extend oppositely, and the axial sealing part 8 is clamped and fixed between the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, so that the sealing ring 3 and the supporting piece 2 are fixedly connected.
The end faces of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are arranged horizontally in the axial direction.
The inclined radial sealing surface 12 can cause the sealing ring 3 to slide downwards under the action of self gravity or the gravity of the roller 1, so that the sealing effect between the sealing ring 3 and the supporting piece 2 is reduced, the sealing effect between the sealing ring 3 and the supporting piece 2 is improved through the arrangement, and the weight of the sealing ring 3 is reduced, so that the sealing effect between the sealing ring 3 and the supporting piece 2 is further improved.
The first clamping piece is connected with the second radial sealing part 7 in a sealing mode, and the vertical projection parts of the first clamping piece and the end part of the roller 1 are overlapped.
Through the arrangement, when the roller 1 vibrates, the second radial sealing part 7 is always clamped between the end part of the roller 1 and the first clamping piece, and the end sealing effect of the roller 1 is improved.
The second radial sealing portion 7 is bent outward to form a second bending portion, and the second bending portion seals a joint of the first clamping member and the second radial sealing portion 7.
The above arrangement improves the sealing effect between the second radial seal portion 7 and the first clamping member, and even if the seal ring 3 of the present invention is unevenly radially sealed over a long period of use, the second bent portion can still achieve sealing between the first clamping member and the second radial seal portion 7.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, the sealing ring 3 includes a first radial sealing portion 9, an axial sealing portion 8 and a second radial sealing portion 7, and the end of the drum 1 is axially pressed inside the groove 4 and fixedly connected with the second radial sealing portion 7, so as to fixedly connect the end of the drum 1 with the sealing ring 3.
Through the arrangement, a technician firstly fixedly connects the end part of the roller 1 and the sealing ring 3 and then fixedly connects the end part of the roller and the sealing ring with the supporting piece 2.
In this embodiment, the end of the roller 1 is inserted into the second radial sealing portion 7, and the outer wall of the end of the roller 1 is in interference fit with the inner wall of the second radial sealing portion 7, so that the end of the roller 1 is in sealing contact with and fixed to the second radial sealing portion 7.
Through the arrangement, the fixed connection between the end part of the roller 1 and the sealing ring 3 can be realized without an auxiliary connecting piece, and the method is simplest and most rapid.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an elastic ring 6 with elastic shrinkage property is sleeved outside the second radial sealing portion 7, so that the second radial sealing portion 7 is clamped and fixed between the end of the drum 1 and the elastic ring 6, so as to fixedly connect the end of the drum 1 and the second radial sealing portion 7. The elastic ring 6 can also be sleeved outside the second bending part.
The above arrangement also facilitates separation of the end of the drum 1 from the second radial seal 7, thereby facilitating separation of the end of the drum 1 from the seal ring 3, on the basis of ensuring reliability of connection of the end of the drum 1 with the second radial seal 7.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, an adhesive layer 13 is disposed between the end of the roller 1 and the second radial sealing portion 7 to achieve the adhesion and fixation of the end of the roller 1 and the second radial sealing portion 7.
The above arrangement enhances the reliability of the connection of the end portion of the drum 1 with the second radial seal portion 7.
