More specifically, in the present embodiment, the abutting portion 31 of the swinging member 30 includes an abutting surface 311 and a pushing portion 312, the abutting surface 311 is V-shaped to abut against the corner of the paper 70, the pushing portion 312 is used to push the touching member 50, preferably, the abutting surface 311 has a V-shaped angle, the V-shaped angle is right-angled and faces the front opening 11 of the main body 10, so that the staple binding angle is exactly 45 degrees, and the paper 70 abuts against the abutting surface 311 with two perpendicular sides together, so that the swinging member 30 can be pushed more easily, and the paper can be prevented from rolling up or folding concavely; furthermore, the swinging member 30 further includes two swinging arms, the two swinging arms are respectively located at two sides of the abutting surface 311 and are respectively connected with the abutting surface 311, and the other end of each swinging arm is pivoted to the nail striking mechanism 21, so that the swinging member 30 is in a swing shape to maintain the position of the abutting surface 311 accurate and avoid paper displacement.
The touching element 50 includes an elastic element 51, the touching element 50 is positioned to the bottom of the body 10 through the elastic element 51 and tends to be maintained at the return position, more specifically, a convex portion is formed at the bottom of the body 10, and two ends of the elastic element 51 are respectively sleeved on the convex portion and the touching element 50, so that the touching element 50 can swing but is in an upright state in a normal state; in addition, a side of the triggering member 50 facing the swinging member 30 has a slot 52, and the slot 52 extends a predetermined length along the vertical direction to allow the swinging member 30 to move up and down without being blocked by the triggering member 50.
In other possible embodiments of the present invention, the triggering member may not be provided, that is, the triggering member and the swinging member are integrally formed, that is, the triggering member is an extension of the swinging member, and similar effects can be achieved.
In this embodiment, the switch 40 can be a U-shaped photoelectric switch, the switch 40 has a sensing slot 41, and a light beam is emitted from one side of the sensing slot 41 and then detected by the other side of the sensing slot 41, when the trigger 50 is in the trigger position, the trigger 50 is at least partially located in the sensing slot 41 to block the light beam, and when the switch 40 does not detect the light beam, the nail striking device 20 is driven to strike nails.
On the other hand, it further comprises an elastic guide 60, the elastic guide 60 is disposed at the front end of the nailing mechanism 21, the elastic guiding member 60 includes a guiding portion 61, an elastic mechanism 62 and a pivoting portion 63, the pivot 63 is pivoted to a pivot 212 at the front end of the nail striking mechanism 21, the guiding portion 61 extends toward the nail discharging portion 211 and can swing up and down, the elastic mechanism 62 makes the guiding portion 61 have a tendency of swinging downward (e.g. elastically abutting against an abutting surface 213 at the front end of the nailing mechanism 21 to provide an elastic force to the guiding portion 61), when the nailing mechanism 21 moves to the nailing position, the guiding part 61 of the elastic guiding member 60 is pressed against the paper 70 placed on the working plane 12, so that the guiding part 61 swings upwards and compresses the elastic mechanism 62, the guide portion 61 thereby pulls the sheet 70 further toward the staple discharging portion 211 to fix the sheet 70 and ensure correct binding position.
In practical use, a user inserts the paper 70 to be bound into the front opening 11 of the main body 10 at one corner until the paper abuts against the abutting surface 311 of the swinging member 30 to push the swinging member 30 to swing slightly, so as to push the triggering member 50 to trigger the switch 40, and further to drive the nail striking mechanism 21 to drop and strike the nail, thereby completing the automatic binding operation.
The cooperation between the swing element 30 and the triggering element 50 enables the paper 70 to be pushed with a small force to achieve the triggering and triggering effects, and the V-shaped abutting surface 311 can further ensure the accuracy of the binding position and prevent the paper from being folded or rolled up.
In conclusion, the present invention can easily trigger automatic nail striking, ensure accurate binding position, avoid paper from being folded or rolled up without being pushed greatly, and avoid the damage of nail striking action due to the fact that the switch is far away from the nail striking mechanism, thereby having great progress effect.
