Abstract
本发明公开了一种普外科医疗器械清洗装置,包括驱动电机、伸缩杆、外壳、注水口、排水口、驱动连杆、显示屏、玻璃管、托盘、清洗网、控制底座、弹簧组12、电阻圈、盖板、玻璃罩、消毒液槽和温度传感器,所述外壳顶端一侧有盖板,顶部装有驱动电机,注水口,所述驱动电机与驱动连杆向连,并通过伸缩杆、弹簧,与托盘形成一个处于动态平衡的结构,所述消毒液槽位于装置内部,与外壳外侧的玻璃管相连,所述消毒液槽底部的电阻圈与温度传感器和显示屏相连接。本发明将电机、连通器、电热装置有机结合,使得普外科医疗器械清洗装置具有卫生,方便的特点,同时具有极高的自主性。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及医疗技术领域,具体是一种普外科医疗器械清洗装置。
背景技术
[0002]医疗技术,是指医疗机构及其医务人员以诊断和治疗疾病为目的,对疾病作出判 断和消除疾病、缓解病情、减轻痛苦、改善功能、延长生命、帮助患者恢复健康而采取的诊 断、治疗措施。医疗技术分为三类:第一类医疗技术是指安全性、有效性确切,医疗机构通过 常规管理在临床应用中能确保其安全性、有效性的技术。
[0003]普外科是以手术为主要方法治疗肝脏、胆道、胰腺、胃肠、肛肠、血管疾病、甲状腺 和乳房的肿瘤及外伤等其它疾病的临床学科,是外科系统最大的专科。普外科即普通外科, 一般综合性医院外科除普外科外还有骨科、神经外科、心胸外科、泌尿外科等。的医院甚至 将普外科更细的分为颈乳科、胃肠外科、肝胆胰脾外科等,还有肛肠科、烧伤整形科、血管外 科、小儿外科、移植外科营养科等都与普外科有关系。
[0004] 目前普外科使用过的医疗器械进行清洗是必不可少的。当前,国内医院清洗器械 主要靠手工完成,其清洗质量易受人为因素和专用工具的缺乏的影响,效率普遍较低;部分 医院使用以自动清洗消毒机为代表的机器清洗方法,现有一般直接将试管直接投放在清洗 箱内部,且消毒液温度为常温,这不易将医疗器械表面的粘附物进行清理,造成清洗效果 差,且清洗过程的医疗器械不易放置与取出,造成操作麻烦。同时,清洗器的不透明装置也 使得人员无法对清洗器内的消毒液进行观察,并及时更换。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的在于提供一种普外科医疗器械清洗装置,以解决上述背景技术中提 出的问题。
[0006]为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案: 一种普外科医疗器械清洗装置,包括驱动电机、伸缩杆、外壳、注水口、排水口、驱动连 杆、显示屏、玻璃管、托盘、清洗网、控制底座、弹簧组、电阻圈、盖板、玻璃罩、消毒液槽和温 度传感器,所述外壳I贞部一半为可活动的盖板,可活动的盖板通过铰链与外壳顶部相连接, 所述外壳顶部在远离盖板的一侧固定有注水口,注水口下延伸出一截软管,所述外壳顶部 还固定有一个驱动电机和两个伸缩杆,所述驱动电机固定在外壳顶端,驱动电机的转动轴 与驱动连杆上端相连,所述驱动连杆滑动连接一滑动套,所述滑动套与托盘固定相连,托盘 上放有清洗网,所述伸缩杆为液压伸缩杆,所述液压伸缩杆的缸体为多级伸缩缸体,其筒部 固定在外壳顶部,伸缩杆的杆部与托盘的中部相接触,所述托盘中部的底端有弹簧支撑;夕卜 壳底部靠近注水口一侧开有排水口,通过暗管与装置内部的消毒液槽相连接,所述消毒液 槽的底部装有电阻圈,通电后可发热。
[0007]作为本发明进一步的方案:所述外壳远离盖板的一侧上装有一显示屏,所述显示 屏可以触摸控制,所述外壳内部靠近消毒液槽的一侧装有温度传感器,温度传感器和电阻 圈均与显不屏电性连接。
[0008]作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述外壳远离盖板的一侧上装有一玻璃管,玻璃管 的底端与消毒液槽的底端相通;所述弹簧组处于玻璃罩内,所述玻璃罩一侧与消毒液槽相 连,所述消毒液槽俯视形状为一扇形。
[0009]与现有技i相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过驱动电机的转动带动驱动连杆转动, 使得两个托盘可以交换位置,从而提高了普外科医疗器械清洗装置的工作效率,同时也将 医疗器械的清洗与使用后医疗器械的放置分开从而大大增加了卫生程度,减少了消毒水被 =界污染的可能并提高了消毒水的使用寿命;电阻圈的加热使得消毒水并不处于常温,提 高了杀毒灭菌的效果,温度传感器和显示屏的连接使得加热的温度可视化,也让医务人员 能够对消毒水的加热进行控制;玻璃管与消毒液槽底部的连接也使得消毒液槽内消毒水的 高度能在玻璃管中得到体现,医务人员也可以通过玻璃管观察消毒水的水质,从而对消毒 水进行及时的补充与更换;整个普外科医疗器械清洗装置具有极高的自主性。

[00M]请参阅图1〜3,本发明实施例中,一种普外科医疗器械清洗装置,包括驱动电机1、 伸缩杆2、外壳3、注水口4、排水口 5、驱动连杆6、显示屏7、玻璃管8、托盘9、清洗网10、控制底 座11、弹簧组12、电阻圈I3、盖板14、玻璃罩15、消毒液槽16和温度传感器17,所述外壳3顶部 一半为可活动的盖板14,可活动的盖板14通过铰链与外壳3顶部相连接,医疗人员可将盖板 14打开,将使用过的医疗器械放入清洗网10中待洗,所述外壳3顶部在远离盖板14的一侧固 定有注水口 4,注水口 4下延伸出一截软管,可通过注水口 4向消毒液槽16中添加消毒水,所 述外壳3顶部还固定有一个驱动电机1和两个伸缩杆2,所述驱动电机1固定在外壳3顶端,其 下端转动轴与驱动连杆6上端相连,所述驱动连杆6滑动连接一滑动套,所述滑动套与托盘9 固定相连,所述伸缩杆2为液压伸缩杆,所述液压伸缩杆的缸体为多级伸缩缸体,其筒部固 定在外壳3顶部,可以人为控制其伸缩,伸缩杆2的杆部与托盘9的中部相接触,当伸缩杆2伸 长时,托盘9将被向下压,所述托盘9中部的底端有弹簧支撑,当伸缩杆2收缩时,弹簧可以带 动托盘9向上,到达其原来的位置;外壳3底部靠近注水口 4一侧开有排水口 5,通过暗管与装 置内部的消毒液槽16相连接,可通过排水口 5排出消毒液槽16内的消毒水,所述消毒液槽16 的底部装有电阻圈13,通电后可发热,对消毒水进行加热。
[0015] 所述外壳3远离盖板14的一侧上装有一显示屏7,显示屏7上可以显示消毒水的实 时温度,所述显示屏7可以触摸控制,可以通过显示屏7控制电阻圈13是否通电,从而控制消 毒水的温度,所述外壳3内部靠近消毒液槽I6的一侧装有温度传感器17,温度传感器17、电 阻圈13与显示屏7相连接。
[0016]所述外壳3远离盖板14的一侧上装有一玻璃管8,玻璃管8的底端与消毒液槽丨6的 底端相通,通过玻璃管8中消毒水的高度与水质可以判断消毒液槽16中消毒水的高度与水 质;所述弹簧组12处于玻璃罩I5内,可以防止弹簧在受力后发生大幅度偏移,所述玻璃罩I5 一侧与消毒液槽16相连,所述消毒液槽16俯视形状为一扇形。
[0017]本发明的工作原理是:将驱动电机1、驱动连杆6、伸缩杆2、弹簧相结合,使得普外 科医疗器械清洗装置具有自主分步清洁的功能,将显示屏7、电阻圈13、温度传感器17相结 合,使得对消毒水的加热和温控成为可能,注水口 4,出水口和玻璃管8结合,实现对于消毒 水的卫生的更替。具体工作方式是,通过驱动电机1的转动带动驱动连杆6转动,使得两个托 盘9可以交换位置,实现了同一个普外科医疗器械清洗装置清洗两组医疗仪器,从而提高了 普外科医疗器械清洗装置的工作效率,同时也将医疗器械的清洗与使用后医疗器械的待消 毒分开从而大大增加了卫生程度,减少了消毒水被外界污染的可能并提高了消毒水的使用 寿命;电阻圈13的加热使得消毒水并不处于常温,提高了杀毒灭菌的效果,温度传感器17和 显示屏7的连接使得加热的温度可视化,也让医务人员能够对消毒水的加热进行控制;玻璃 管8与消毒液槽16底部的连接也使得消毒液槽16内消毒水的高度能在玻璃管8中得到体现, 医务人员也可以通过玻璃管8观察消毒水的水质,从而对消毒水进行及时的补充与更换。 [0018] 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说, 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等 同替换,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本 发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种普外科医疗器械清洗装置,包括驱动电机(丨)、伸缩杆(2)、外壳(3)、注水口(4)、 排水口(5)、驱动连杆(6)、显示屏(7)、玻璃管(8)、托盘(9)、清洗网(1〇)、控制底座(u)、弹 簧组(12)、电阻圈(13)、盖板(14)、玻璃罩(I5)、消毒液槽(16)和温度传感器(17),其特征在 于,所述外壳(3)顶部一半为可活动的盖板(14),可活动的盖板(14)通过铰链与外壳(3)顶 部相连接,所述外壳(3)顶部在远离盖板(14)的一侧固定有注水口(4),注水口(4)下延伸出 一截软管,所述外壳(3)顶部还固定有一个驱动电机(1)和两个伸缩杆(2),所述驱动电机 (1)固定在外壳(3)顶端,驱动电机(1)的转动轴与驱动连杆(6)上端相连,所述驱动连杆(6) 滑动连接一滑动套,所述滑动套与托盘(9)固定相连,托盘(9)上放有清洗网(10),所述伸缩 杆(2)为液压伸缩杆,所述液压伸缩杆的缸体为多级伸缩缸体,其筒部固定在外壳(3)顶部, 伸缩杆(2)的杆部与托盘(9)的中部相接触,所述托盘(9)中部的底端有弹簧支撑;外壳(3) 底部靠近注水口(4) 一侧开有排水口(5),通过暗管与装置内部的消毒液槽(16)相连接,所 述消毒液槽(16)的底部装有电阻圈(13)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的普外科医疗器械清洗装置,其特征在于,所述外壳(3)远离盖 板(14)的一侧上装有一显示屏(7),所述外壳(3)内部靠近消毒液槽(16)的一侧装有温度传 感器(17),温度传感器(I7)和电阻圈(13)均与显示屏⑺电性连接。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的普外科医疗器械清洗装置,其特征在于,所述外壳(3)远离盖 板(14)的一侧上装有一玻璃管(8),玻璃管(8)的底端与消毒液槽(16)的底端相通;所述弹 簧组(12)处于玻璃罩(lf5)内,所述玻璃罩(lf5) —侧与消毒液槽(16)相连,所述消毒液槽 (16)俯视形状为一扇形。
