In the present invention, unless specifically stated and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly and may be, for example, fixedly connected or integral; either mechanically or electrically (e.g., movable wall as described herein, using an electrically powered damper); can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and can be communicated with the inside of two elements or the interaction relationship of the two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
In the present invention, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, a first feature may include first and second features directly contacting each other, either above or below a second feature, or through additional features contacting each other, rather than directly contacting each other. Moreover, the first feature being above, over, and on the second feature includes the first feature being directly above and obliquely above the second feature, or simply indicating that the first feature is higher in level than the second feature. Example 1
After green tea is deactivated, the green tea is drier, the green tea is put into a box 108, a first chute 109 is placed, a bin gate 114 is closed, a computer edition controller is opened, an atomizer 104 and a blowing device 107 are started, an air flow blows a movable wall 119 to be closed, moist air circulates in a shell 101, the humidity of a cavity 110 is increased, water molecules are absorbed by tea leaves conveniently, and the aim of humidifying and conditioning is fulfilled.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment provides a circulating green tea humidifier, which comprises a housing 101, a baffle plate 102, an automatic water inlet device 103, an atomizer 104, a blowing device 107 and a plurality of boxes 108, wherein the housing 101 comprises a cavity, movable walls capable of rotating relative to the housing 101 are arranged on the side walls of the housing 101, the baffle plate 102 is mounted on the housing 101, two ends of the baffle plate 102 are respectively connected with the housing 101, holes are formed in the top of the baffle plate and used for air circulation of the cavity and a first channel, the other two ends of the baffle plate 102 are arranged at intervals with the housing 101, the baffle plate 102 divides the cavity into a cavity 110 and the first channel 111, and the baffle plate 102 and the movable walls form the first channel 111; the plurality of box bodies 108 are respectively arranged on the shell 101, the plurality of box bodies 108 are all positioned in the cavity 110, the box bodies 108 are vertically arranged with the baffle plate 102, the plurality of box bodies 108 are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the baffle plate 102, and a second channel 112 is formed between the lowest box body 108 and the shell 101; the blowing device 107 is located in the junction of the first channel 111 and the second channel 112, the blowing device 107 moving gas from the second channel 112 towards the first channel 111; the atomizer 104 is arranged in the second channel 112, and the output direction of the atomizer 104 faces towards one end of the second channel 112 close to the air blowing device 107; the automatic water inlet device 103 is installed at the top of the shell 101, and the output end of the automatic water inlet device 103 is connected with the input end of the atomizer 104.
The circulation type green tea humidifier provided by this embodiment sprays water mist into the second channel 112 by the atomizer 104 to be fully mixed with air, then is sent into the cavity 110 to realize more uniform mixing of water mist and air, then under the effect of the blowing device 107, moist gas continuously circulates between the cavity 110 and the channel, in the circulation process, the moist gas can continuously pass through the green tea positioned in the box 108, and then the green tea is dehumidified, the humidification mode of the moisture regain can enable the green tea to be always under the surrounding of the moist gas, meanwhile, flowing water molecules can be better attached to the green tea, thereby improving the moisture regain effect and saving the moisture regain cost.
If the temperature sensing device senses that the temperature in the cavity is too high, the computer edition controller can enable the blowing device 107 to reversely rotate, gas reversely flows to blow the movable wall 119, a large surface of the movable wall is perpendicular to the baffle plate 102, the first channel 111 is blocked, air outside the circulating green tea humidifier enters the first channel 111 through the lower part of the movable wall 119, then the air is sent into the cavity 110 through the blowing device, the original gas in the cavity 110 is gradually discharged from the upper part of the movable wall 119, at the moment, the gas in the cavity circulates outside, the gas circulates outside the cavity, and the temperature in the cavity is gradually close to the outside temperature, so that the gas in the cavity reaches the purposes of ventilation and cooling in the process of outer circulation in green tea humidification. The movable wall 119 can be rotated by 90 degrees by the small contact wall 118, so that the control of the movable wall 119 is more convenient, when the movable wall 119 is arranged in parallel with the baffle plate 102 on a large surface, the first channel 111 is communicated, and gas in the first channel 111 can enter the cavity 110 through the hole in the baffle plate 102, and at the moment, the gas in the cavity circulates.
The automatic water inlet device 103 comprises a water tank, a guide pipe and a floating ball, the atomizer 104 comprises a water box and an atomizer, the water tank is arranged at the top of the shell 101, the water box and the atomizer are arranged in the second channel 112, the guide pipe is connected with the floating ball, the water level in the water box is controlled by the floating ball, automatic water supplementing is formed, the atomizer can work smoothly, the water box can be placed on the side of the air blowing device 107, and atomized gas generated by the atomizer in the water box is sucked into the air blowing device by negative pressure generated by the air blowing device 107.
The blower 107 is located at the intersection of the first and second channels of the housing, and the blower 107 closes the gap between the baffle 102 and the housing 101. The gap between the baffle plate 102 and the shell 101 is closed by the air blowing device 107, so that the wind direction in the channel is clearer, the air humidity in the cavity is uniformly increased, and the efficiency of resurgence and humidification is improved.
The blowing device 107 comprises a fan (or centrifugal fan) and a plurality of sealing plates forming a box provided with a gas inlet 105 and a gas outlet 106, the fan being mounted in the box, the inlet 105 being in communication with the second passage 112, the outlet 106 being in communication with the first passage 111, the atomizer 104 being located in the vicinity of the inlet 105. After the fan is mounted, the gap between the partition plate and the casing 101 is closed by the sealing plate.
The box 108 is connected to the housing 101 through a second chute 113, and the box 108 is connected to the baffle 102 through a first chute 109. This allows for more complete contact of the water molecules with the green tea, as well as the efficiency of humidification, by allowing all of the moist gas to pass through the bottom of the cartridge 108, i.e., must contact the green tea.
The box body 108 comprises a bottom plate 116 and a peripheral plate 115, the peripheral plate 115 is surrounded to form an annular structure with two open ends, the bottom plate 116 is covered at an opening, the bottom plate 116 and the peripheral plate 115 form a containing cavity 117, the box body 108 is placed on a sliding chute, the bottom plate 116 is a filter screen, and the bottom plate 116 is positioned at one end of the peripheral plate 115 close to the second channel 112. Green tea can be placed in holding cavity 117, can hold a large amount of green tea in holding cavity 117 to can once get damp a large amount of green tea again, promote work efficiency, and because water smoke is circulated in circulating green tea humidifier, consequently the green tea that piles up together can all reach qualified effect of getting damp again.
The bin gate 114 is rotationally connected with the shell 101 through a hinge and a lock catch, the axis line of rotation of the bin gate 114 relative to the shell 101 is parallel to the width direction of the baffle plate 102, the bin gate 114 is convenient to put in and take out green tea, and meanwhile, after the bin gate 114 is closed, the bin gate 114 needs to be in close contact with the side wall of the peripheral plate 115 of the box body, a plurality of sealing strips are arranged on the bin gate 114 and respectively correspond to the side wall of the shell 101 and the peripheral plate 115 of the box bodies. The sealing performance of the circulating green tea humidifier can be further improved, ventilation between the environment and the side of the bin gate is avoided, and air passing through the center of the box body 108 is ensured.
The seal is flexible, so that the door 114 is provided to allow the door 114 to better contact the box 108 when the door 114 is closed, thereby reducing damage to the box 108 caused by the closing of the door 114.
The box body 108 is slidably connected with the casing 101, a plurality of sliding grooves are formed in the casing 101, the sliding grooves extend towards the baffle plate 102 along the direction of the bin gate 114, the sliding grooves are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the casing 101, and the box bodies 108 are respectively arranged in the sliding grooves. Therefore, green tea is more convenient to take and place, the box body 108 can slide in the chute due to the arrangement of the chute, meanwhile, the peripheral plate 115 of the box body is tightly abutted in the chute, the bottom of the box body 108 has good air permeability, and the tightness between the peripheral plate 115 of the box body and the shell 101 can be well ensured.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a humidifying device comprising the circulating green tea humidifier.
The humidifying device provided by the embodiment comprises the circulating green tea humidifier, and has higher humidifying efficiency, so that higher humidifying effect and efficiency are ensured, and the aim of saving cost is fulfilled.
Example 3
When the device is used for fermenting black tea, the operation is started to moisten the black tea, tea leaves to be fermented are put into the box body 108, the computer edition controller is opened, and the controller moistens the black tea by a fan (or a centrifugal fan), the atomizer 104, heating equipment and the like, and the process is the same as the humidification of the green tea; after a period of time, the tea leaves need fresh air, at the moment, the computer edition controller adjusts the air blowing device 107 to reversely rotate, the air flows reversely, the movable wall 119 is blown to form a first air channel for blocking, the outside is opened to form open circulation, original gas in the cavity is discharged, and fresh air is sucked; after a certain time, the computer edition regulator regulates the direction of the blowing device 107 again to form reverse air flow, the air flow blows the movable wall 119, and the movable wall 119 forms a box body which is closed with the outside and circulates internally; and (5) reciprocating operation. The inner circulation is the purpose of humidifying and fermenting tea leaves, and the outer circulation is the purpose of sucking fresh air into the cavity. Because the moist gas is circulated in the circulating black tea humidifier, the black tea piled together can achieve acceptable humidifying effect. And black tea can fully contact with flowing air to achieve the fermentation effect.
In the internal circulation process, due to the fact that certain heat can be generated in the working process of weather and heating equipment (the equipment can be added with the heating equipment) and the atomizer, the cavity temperature is driven to be too high, a temperature sensing probe gives a signal to a computer controller, the controller can adjust the blowing direction, external circulation is formed, the temperature in the box body is reduced, and the temperature of tea leaves is driven to be reduced. The temperature is reduced to a certain temperature, the temperature sensing is transmitted to a computer edition controller, and the controller adjusts the blowing direction again to form internal circulation. Therefore, the movable wall has the other advantage of protecting the fermented tea from too high temperature, thereby achieving a very good effect.

The device for humidifying green tea and fermenting black tea is characterized by comprising a shell, a baffle, an automatic water inlet device, an atomizer, a condensate box, a blowing device, a plurality of box bodies, a T-shaped automatic movable wall and a computer edition controller, wherein the shell comprises a cavity; the box bodies are respectively arranged in the shell, are all positioned in the cavity, are vertically arranged with the baffle plate, are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the baffle plate, and form a second channel between the lowest box body and the shell; the gas must pass through the bottom filter screen of the box body, and the gas in the shell can circulate in the two channels and the cavity; the blowing device is positioned in the joint of the first channel and the second channel, and the blowing device enables the gas to move from the second channel towards the first channel; the atomizer is arranged in the second channel, and the output direction of the atomizer faces towards one end of the second channel, which is close to the blowing device; the side wall of the shell is provided with a T-shaped automatic movable wall; the automatic water inlet device is arranged at the top of the shell, the output end of the automatic water inlet device is connected with the input end of the atomizer, the condensate box is arranged below the channel, the guide pipe and the valve are introduced below the water box, and the computer edition controller controls the air blowing device and the atomizer according to the requirement;
the automatic water inlet device comprises a water tank, a guide pipe and a floating ball, the atomizer comprises a water box and an atomizing nozzle, the water tank is arranged at the top of the shell, water flows into the water box by natural gravity, the water box and the atomizing nozzle are arranged in the second channel, a water inlet is arranged at the upper part of the water box, the guide pipe is communicated with the water box through the water inlet, the floating ball controls the water level, the floating ball is positioned at the side of the water inlet or below a box cover, the water box is in a square structure, the upper cover is sealed and detachable, the upper half part of the water box is provided with a plurality of holes, the water box is placed at the side of the blowing device and is close to the blowing device, so that part or all of gas passes through the water box, and atomized gas generated by the atomizing device in the water box is sucked into a first channel of the blowing device by negative pressure generated by the blowing device;
the air blowing device is positioned between the shell and the baffle, the air blowing device seals a gap between the baffle and the shell, the air blowing device comprises a fan and a plurality of sealing plates, the sealing plates form a box body, the box body is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet for sucking gas and exhausting gas, the fan is arranged in the box body, the inlet is communicated with the second channel, the outlet is communicated with the first channel, and the atomizer is positioned at the inlet;
the box body is connected with the shell through a sliding groove and the baffle plate through a sliding groove, the box body comprises a bottom plate and a peripheral plate, the Zhou Banwei is of an annular structure with two open ends, the bottom plate is covered at one opening, the bottom plate and the Zhou Banxing form a containing cavity, the box body is respectively connected with the shell and the baffle plate through the peripheral plate, the bottom plate is a filter screen, and the bottom plate is positioned at one end of the peripheral plate close to the lower part of the second channel; the box body is provided with a plurality of layers and is placed in parallel, and is freely taken out and put in from the side of the bin gate;
