Claims (5)

1. The automatic bait casting machine for soft feed comprises a frame, a bait casting device, a head shaking device for adjusting the bait casting angle of the bait casting device, a discharging device and a control device, wherein the bait casting device, the head shaking device and the discharging device are respectively connected with the control device;
the automatic bait feeder also comprises a water adding device and a stirring device, wherein the water adding device comprises a water storage tank, a water outlet pipeline, a first electromagnetic valve for controlling the on-off of the water outlet pipeline and a flowmeter for controlling the water outlet quantity of the water outlet pipeline, the water storage tank is fixed on the frame, a water outlet is arranged on the side wall of the water storage tank, and one end of the water outlet pipeline is arranged at the water outlet;
the stirring device comprises a stirring cylinder, a stirring head, a stirring motor, a feeding screw and a die head, wherein the stirring motor, the feeding screw and the die head are used for driving the stirring head to rotate, the stirring motor and the stirring cylinder are respectively fixed on the frame, the upper end of the stirring cylinder is provided with a feeding hole for feeding materials conveyed by the blanking device into the stirring cylinder, the stirring head is positioned in the stirring cylinder, one end of the feeding screw extends into the stirring cylinder from the side wall of the stirring cylinder and then is coaxially connected with the stirring head, a cavity is formed in the die head, the other end of the feeding screw extends into the cavity, the other end of the throwing hose also extends into the cavity, and the other end of the water outlet pipeline extends into the stirring cylinder from the feeding hole;
the automatic bait casting machine also comprises a self-cleaning device, the self-cleaning device comprises a residue placing pipeline and a sixth electromagnetic valve for controlling the on-off of the residue placing pipeline, the residue placing pipeline stretches into the stirring tank from the side wall of the stirring tank, when the self-cleaning device is used for cleaning, the first electromagnetic valve is closed, the water outlet pipeline is used for communicating the water storage tank with the stirring tank, water in the water storage tank flows into the stirring tank through the water outlet pipeline, the stirring motor firstly drives the stirring head and the feeding screw to rotate anticlockwise for a period of time, soft feed residue attached during working in the stirring tank is preliminarily washed, then the stirring motor drives the stirring head and the feeding screw to rotate clockwise for a period of time, meanwhile, water in the stirring tank is automatically sucked into the outer wall thread of the feeding screw to dilute and wash the soft feed residue on the stirring head, and the water in the stirring tank flows out of the outer wall thread of the feeding screw through the feeding screw is higher than the cleaning liquid through the feeding screw in the stirring process, and the cleaning liquid is discharged to the outside through the feeding screw through the lower than the residue discharging pipeline.
