Description

Method for accessing terminal to network and mobile communication network
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method for a terminal to access a network and a mobile communication network.
Background
The method for developing a novel flow product meeting personalized requirements of a user by newly establishing an Access Point (APN) (APN, Access Point Name) at a network side becomes one of important means of flow management, and the network side and a terminal need to complete APN switching simultaneously when the user uses the flow product based on the newly established APN. According to the requirements of Chinese Mobile 2G/3G/LTE converged core network MME/SGSN equipment specification, MME/SGSN shall support APN error correction function of different access systems (2G, 3G, LTE). And if the APN field of the user request is not consistent with the user signing APN, the APN is the illegal APN. And the MME/SGSN can correct the illegal APN by combining the information such as user subscription data, local APN error correction strategy and the like when receiving the illegal APN request, so that a user can access the network. When MME/SGSN receives PDN connection request of user, processing according to the following steps:
1) judging whether the user belongs to an international roaming visiting user, if so, not starting an APN error correction function, and normally performing activation request processing operation, otherwise, turning to 2);
2) judging whether the APN field in the PDN connection request is illegal according to the judgment principle of the illegal APN, if so, turning to 3), otherwise, normally performing activation request processing operation;
3) the MME/SGSN continues the activation request processing operation using the 'default APN' in the subscription data of the terminal corresponding to a home subscriber Server HSS (HSS).
Taking the newly-created APN as an APN of an Intelligent traffic operation Platform (hereinafter referred to as iTOP), when the APN subscribed to the home subscriber server is an APN of iTOP, if an APN received by a Mobility Management Entity (MME) receives that an APN in a user activation request is CMNET/CMWAP, the APN is corrected to a default APN subscribed to the HSS, that is, an APN of iTOP, and the MME determines that the terminal is connected to the APN of iTOP. The method comprises the steps that a terminal can check an APN carried by an MME to the terminal when activating and establishing PDN connection under a 4G network, the APN carried by the MME is an APN of iTOP after error correction, and the APN when the terminal requests to establish the PDN connection is CMNET/CMWAP initially set by an operator.
Therefore, the following technical problems exist in the prior art: when the APN when the terminal requests to access the mobile communication network is inconsistent with the APN corresponding to the terminal in the home subscriber server HSS, the terminal may not be able to access the mobile communication network, thereby reducing user experience.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a terminal accessing a mobile communication network in the prior art is shown, and specific steps are, for example:
step one, a mobile communication network receives a PDN connection request of a terminal;
step two, judging whether the terminal belongs to an international roaming visiting user, if so, not starting an APN error correction function, turning to step five, and if not, turning to step three;
step three, judging whether the APN in the PDN connection request is illegal according to the judgment principle of the illegal APN, namely judging whether the APN in the PDN connection request is consistent with a default APN in the subscription data of the terminal corresponding to the HSS, if not, judging that the APN is illegal, and turning to step four; if the two are consistent, the judgment is that the two are not illegal, and the step five is carried out.
Step four, the MME/SGSN uses the default APN of the signing data of the terminal in the HSS to continuously execute step five;
and step five, performing a normal PDN connection processing flow.
In the above step, taking the newly-created APN as the APN of the intelligent traffic management platform as an example, when the APN subscribed by the home subscriber server HSS is an APN of iTOP, if the APN received in the user activation request by the MME is CMNET/CMWAP, the APN is corrected to be the default APN subscribed by the HSS, that is, the APN of iTOP, and the MME determines that the terminal is connected to the APN of iTOP.
The embodiment of the invention provides a network side solution for the terminal not to access the mobile communication network because the terminal does not support APN error correction. Specifically, a method for accessing a terminal to a network and a mobile communication network are provided, wherein a network connection request which is sent by the terminal and used for requesting to access the mobile communication network and comprises a first access point name APN corresponding to the terminal is received; acquiring a second Access Point Name (APN) corresponding to the terminal stored in a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) in the mobile communication network based on the network connection request; when detecting that the first access point name APN is inconsistent with the second access point name APN, obtaining and returning a third access point name APN corresponding to the second access point name APN to the terminal, so that the terminal can access the mobile communication network based on the third access point name APN, wherein the third access point name APN is the same as the first access point name APN. By adopting the technical scheme, the technical problem that the terminal can not access the mobile communication network possibly when the APN when the terminal requests to access the mobile communication network is inconsistent with the APN corresponding to the terminal in the Home Subscriber Server (HSS) in the prior art is solved, so that the user experience is reduced, and the technical effect that the terminal can smoothly access the mobile communication network based on any newly-built APN at the mobile communication network side is achieved.
In the following embodiments, the terminal may be any communication terminal capable of accessing a mobile communication network, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like, and is not limited in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 2, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for a terminal to access a network, which is applied to a mobile communication network, and includes the following steps:
s101, receiving a network connection request which is sent by a terminal and used for requesting to access the mobile communication network and comprises a first Access Point Name (APN) corresponding to the terminal;
s102, based on the network connection request, acquiring a second Access Point Name (APN) corresponding to the terminal stored in a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) in the mobile communication network;
s103, when detecting that the first access point name APN is inconsistent with the second access point name APN, obtaining and returning a third access point name APN corresponding to the second access point name APN to the terminal, so that the terminal can access the mobile communication network based on the third access point name APN, wherein the third access point name APN is the same as the first access point name APN.
Specifically, for example, when a mobile communication network receives a network connection request sent by a terminal to request access to the mobile communication network, for example, the terminal sends a network connection request for establishing a PDN connection to an MME, where the network connection request includes a first access point name APN (hereinafter referred to as a first APN) corresponding to the terminal as CMNET/CMWAP; the mobile communication network acquires a second Access Point Name (APN) (hereinafter referred to as a second APN) corresponding to the terminal stored in HSS in the mobile communication network as an APN (hereinafter referred to as an APN of iTOP) of an intelligent traffic operation platform iTOP based on the received network connection request, wherein the APN of the intelligent traffic operation platform iTOP is a newly-established APN; when detecting that the first APN is CMNET/CMWAP and is inconsistent with the APN of the second APN, namely iTOP, obtaining a third access point name APN (hereinafter referred to as a third APN) corresponding to the APN of the second APN, namely iTOP, and returning the third APN to the terminal, wherein the third APN is CMNET/CMWAP and is the same as the first APN, so that the terminal can access the mobile communication network based on the third APN, and the situation that the terminal cannot access the mobile communication network due to the inconsistency between the APN returned by the network side and the APN in a network connection request sent by the terminal can not be generated. The second APN may be any newly established APN on the mobile network side.
The step S102 specifically includes:
a Mobility Management Entity (MME) in the mobile communication network initiates a first default bearer establishment request to an SGW/PGW in the mobile communication network so as to establish a first default bearer between the MME and the SGW/PGW;
and the MME sends a second default bearer establishment request to a communication base station in the mobile communication network and acquires a second access point name APN corresponding to the terminal stored in a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) in the mobile communication network.
Specifically, following the foregoing example, when a mobile communication network receives a network connection request that is sent by a terminal and requests to access the mobile communication network, where the network connection request includes that a first access point name APN corresponding to the terminal is CMNET/CMWAP, a mobility management entity MME in the mobile communication network initiates a first default bearer establishment request to an SGW/PGW to establish a first default bearer between the MME and the SGW/PGW; and the MME sends a second default bearer establishment request to a communication base station eNodeB in the mobile communication network and acquires a second APN (access point name) corresponding to the terminal and stored in the HSS (home subscriber server).
In step S103, the obtaining and returning a third access point name APN corresponding to the second access point name APN to the terminal specifically includes:
a Mobility Management Entity (MME) in the mobile communication network maps the second Access Point Name (APN) to a third Access Point Name (APN);
and the MME returns a first non-access stratum (NAS) message comprising the third APN to the terminal.
Specifically, following the foregoing example, when detecting that the first APN is CMNET/CMWAP and is inconsistent with the APN with the second APN being iTOP, the MME maps the second APN, that is, the APN of iTOP, to a third APN, which is CMNET/CMWAP and is the same as the first APN; and the MME returns the first non-access stratum NAS message comprising the third APN to the terminal.
After the obtaining and returning a third access point name APN corresponding to the second access point name APN to the terminal, the method further includes:
based on the second default bearer establishment request, a communication base station in the mobile communication network sends a second message for representing that the terminal needs to reconfigure Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection to the terminal so that the terminal reconfigures the RRC connection;
meanwhile, based on the first default bearer which is already established, the communication base station sends a first message for representing that the mobile communication network has accepted the network connection request to the terminal.
Specifically, following the foregoing example, based on the second default bearer setup request, the eNodeB sends a second message to the terminal to characterize that the terminal needs to reconfigure the radio resource control RRC connection, so that the terminal reconfigures the RRC connection; meanwhile, based on the first default bearer established between the MME and the SGW/PGW, the eNodeB sends a first message for representing that the mobile communication network has accepted the network connection request to the terminal.
After the communication base station sends a second message to the terminal for indicating that the terminal needs to reconfigure the radio resource control RRC connection, so that the terminal reconfigures the radio resource control RRC connection, the method further includes:
after receiving a third message sent by the terminal for representing that the Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection is reconfigured, the communication base station sends a first control message to the Mobile Management Entity (MME) to respond to the second default bearer establishment request, so that the terminal can access the mobile communication network based on the third Access Point Name (APN).
Specifically, following the foregoing example, after the eNodeB sends a second message for characterizing that the terminal needs to reconfigure the radio resource control, RRC, connection to the terminal, so that the terminal reconfigures the RRC connection, and after the eNodeB receives a third message sent by the terminal for characterizing that the RRC connection has been reconfigured, the eNodeB sends a first control message to the MME through the S1-MME interface in response to the second default bearer setup request; and the terminal establishes a PDN connection completion message on the NAS layer, sends the PDN connection completion message to the eNodeB, and then sends an uplink NAS message to the MME, so that the establishment of the PDN connection is completed, namely, the terminal can access the mobile communication network based on the third access point name APN.
In this way, when the APN when the terminal requests to access the mobile communication network is not consistent with the corresponding APN of the terminal in the Home Subscriber Server (HSS), the MME maps the corresponding APN of the terminal in the Home Subscriber Server (HSS) into a third APN, and the third APN is the same as the APN when the terminal requests to access the mobile communication network; and the MME returns the first NAS message comprising the third APN to the terminal, so that the terminal can access the mobile communication network, and the technical effect that the terminal can smoothly access the mobile communication network based on any newly-established APN at the mobile communication network side is achieved.
Referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a method for a terminal to access a network, including the following steps:
s201, request for establishing PDN connection: the terminal sends a request for establishing PDN connection to the MME;
s202, after the MME receives the network connection request and acquires that the first APN corresponding to the terminal in the network connection request is CMNET/CMWAP, the MME sends a first default bearer establishment request to an SGW/PGW so as to establish a first default bearer between the MME and the SGW/PGW;
s203, the MME sends a second default bearer establishment request to a communication base station eNodeB in the mobile communication network, acquires a second APN (access point name) which is stored in HSS and corresponds to the terminal and is an iTOP APN, wherein the iTOP APN is a newly-established APN, and when the first APN is detected to be inconsistent with the second APN, acquires and returns a third APN corresponding to the second APN to the terminal, wherein the third APN is CMNET/CMWAP and is the same as the first APN;
s204, based on the second default bearer establishment request, the eNodeB sends a second message for representing that the terminal needs to reconfigure Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection to the terminal; meanwhile, based on the established first default bearer, the eNodeB sends a first message of PDN connection acceptance to the terminal;
s205, the terminal sends a message of completing the reconfiguration RRC connection to the eNodeB;
s206, the eNodeB sends a control message to an MME through an S1-MME interface to respond to the second default bearer establishment request.
And S207, the terminal constructs a PDN connection completion message on the NAS layer, sends the PDN connection completion message to the eNodeB, and then sends an uplink NAS message to the MME by the eNodeB to complete PDN connection establishment.
Referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the present invention provides a mobile communication network including:
a mobility management entity MME 10;
a home subscriber server HSS 20 connected to the mobility management entity MME 10;
wherein, the mobility management entity MME 10 includes:
a receiving unit 101, configured to receive a network connection request that is sent by a terminal and includes a first access point name APN corresponding to the terminal, and is used for requesting to access a mobile communication network; and
a first obtaining unit 102, configured to obtain, based on the network connection request, a second access point name APN corresponding to the terminal stored in the home subscriber server HSS 20; and
a second obtaining unit 103, configured to, when it is detected that the first access point name APN is inconsistent with the second access point name APN, obtain and return a third access point name APN corresponding to the second access point name APN to the terminal, so that the terminal can access the mobile communication network based on the third access point name APN, where the third access point name APN is the same as the first access point name APN.
Specifically, the mobile communication network comprises a mobile management entity MME 10; and a home subscriber server HSS 20 connected to the mobility management entity MME 10. For example, when a receiving unit 101 in a mobile management entity MME 10 receives a network connection request sent by a terminal to request access to the mobile communication network, for example, the terminal sends a network connection request for establishing a PDN connection to the MME, where the network connection request includes that a first APN corresponding to the terminal is CMNET/CMWAP; a first acquiring unit 102 in the mobile communication network, based on the received network connection request, acquiring that a second APN corresponding to the terminal stored in an HSS in the mobile communication network is an APN of iTOP, where the APN of iTOP is a newly-created APN; when detecting that the first APN is CMNET/CMWAP and is inconsistent with the APN of the second APN, i.e. iTOP, the second obtaining unit 103 obtains a third APN corresponding to the APN of the second APN, i.e. iTOP, and returns the third APN to the terminal, wherein the third APN is CMNET/CMWAP and is the same as the first APN, so that the terminal can access the mobile communication network based on the third APN, and the situation that the terminal cannot access the mobile communication network due to inconsistency between the APN returned by the network side and the APN included in the network connection request sent by the terminal does not occur.
The first acquiring unit 102 includes:
a first sending module, configured to initiate a first default bearer establishment request to an SGW/PGW in the mobile communication network, so as to establish a first default bearer between the SGW/PGW;
a second sending module, configured to send a second default bearer establishment request to a communication base station in the mobile communication network;
and the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a second access point name APN corresponding to the terminal stored in the home subscriber server HSS.
Specifically, following the foregoing example, when a mobile communication network receives a network connection request that is sent by a terminal and requests to access the mobile communication network, where the network connection request includes that a first access point name APN corresponding to the terminal is CMNET/CMWAP, a first sending module in the MME in the mobile communication network sends a first default bearer establishment request to an SGW/PGW to establish a first default bearer between the MME and the SGW/PGW; a second sending module in the MME sends a second default bearer establishment request to a communication base station eNodeB in the mobile communication network, and a first acquiring module in the MME acquires a second APN corresponding to the terminal stored in the HSS.
The second acquisition unit 103 includes:
a mapping module for mapping the second access point name APN to a third access point name APN;
a returning module, configured to return the first non-access stratum NAS message including the third access point name APN to the terminal.
Specifically, following the foregoing example, when detecting that the first APN is CMNET/CMWAP and is inconsistent with the APN with the second APN being iTOP, the mapping module in the MME maps the second APN, that is, the APN of iTOP, to a third APN, which is CMNET/CMWAP and is the same as the first APN; the return module in the MME returns a first non-access stratum, NAS, message including the third APN to the terminal.
The mobile communication network further comprises a communication base station, the communication base station comprising:
a third sending module, configured to send, by a communication base station in the mobile communication network, a second message, to the terminal, based on the second default bearer setup request, to characterize that the terminal needs to reconfigure a radio resource control, RRC, connection, so that the terminal reconfigures the radio resource control, RRC, connection;
meanwhile, a fourth sending module, configured to send, to the terminal, a first message used for indicating that the mobile communication network has accepted the network connection request based on the first default bearer that has been established.
Specifically, following the foregoing example, based on the second default bearer setup request, the third sending module in the eNodeB sends a second message used for characterizing that the terminal needs to reconfigure the radio resource control RRC connection to the terminal, so that the terminal reconfigures the RRC connection; meanwhile, based on the first default bearer established between the MME and the SGW/PGW, a fourth sending module in the eNodeB sends a first message for indicating that the mobile communication network has accepted the network connection request to the terminal.
The communication base station further includes:
the receiving module is used for receiving a third message which is sent by the terminal and used for representing the completion of the reconfiguration of the Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection;
a fifth sending module, configured to send the first control message to the mobility management entity MME in response to the second default bearer establishment request after the receiving module receives the third message, so that the terminal can access the mobile communication network based on the third access point name APN.
