According to the method for unlocking and locking the network, after a first network side receives a remote unlocking RSU request message sent by a terminal, if the first network side supports communication connection with a second network side, an RSU confirmation message is sent to the terminal; the second network side is the original operator network side; sending the received unlocking registration request message sent by the terminal to the second network side; after receiving an unlocking registration passing message which is sent by the second network side and determined according to the unlocking registration request message, sending the unlocking registration passing message to the terminal; sending the received unlocking request message sent by the terminal to the second network side; after receiving a new unlocking parameter which is sent by the second network side and determined according to the unlocking request message, sending the new unlocking parameter to the terminal; the new unlocking parameter is used for indicating the terminal to unlock the network; the network locking of the terminal is unlocked when the terminal cannot be connected to the WiFi network in a place covered by a non-operator network by a user.

FIG. 3 is a flowchart of a third embodiment of a method for unlocking a network according to the present invention; the method is applied to interaction among a terminal, a roaming operator network side (a first network side) and an original operator network side (a second network side); as shown in fig. 3, a method for unlocking a lock net according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
step 301: the terminal sends an RRC connection request message to the network side of the roaming operator.
The terminal sends an RRC connection request message to a roaming operator network side; for example, in practical applications, the status may be set as RSU entity.
Step 302: and when the roaming operator network side supports the RSU function, the network side sends an RRC establishment message to the terminal.
After receiving the RRC connection request message sent by the terminal, the roaming operator network side returns an RRC establishment message to the terminal if the roaming operator network side supports the RSU function.
Step 303: the terminal sends RSU connection request information to the network side of the roaming operator.
After receiving an RRC establishment message sent by a Network operator Network side at a roaming location, a terminal sends an RSU connection request message to the Network operator Network side at the roaming location through a Network Attached Storage (NAS) layer, where the connection type is an RSU emergency connection, that is, an attach type (RSU emergency attach).
Step 304: and the roaming operator network side sends an RSU connection confirmation message to the terminal, establishes an RSU emergency bearer and sends an RSU bearer establishment completion message to the terminal.
After receiving the RSU connection request message sent by the terminal, the roaming operator network side sends an RSU connection confirmation message to the terminal and establishes an RSU emergency bearer, where an Access Point Name (APN) of the bearer is an RSU emergency bearer type, and after establishing the RSU emergency bearer, sends an RSU bearer establishment completion message to the terminal.
Step 305: and the terminal sends an RSU connection completion message and an RRC establishment completion message to the network side of the roaming operator.
After receiving the RSU connection confirm message and the RSU bearer setup complete message sent by the roaming operator network side, the terminal sends an RSU connection complete message and an RRC setup complete message to the roaming operator network side, thereby completing the setup of the RSU channel between the terminal and the roaming operator network side.
Step 306: and after detecting the operation of unlocking the registration request, the terminal sends an RSU request message to the network side of the roaming operator.
The terminal is in a network locking state, and after the operation of unlocking and registering a request is detected, an RSU request message is sent to a roaming operator network side; the RSU request message includes information such as a network locking flag bit and an IMEI of the terminal.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal in a third embodiment of a method for unlocking and locking a network according to the present invention; as shown in fig. 4, the terminal mainly includes an unlocking management unit, a key management unit, and a network control unit; the unlocking management unit mainly comprises a registration interface and an unlocking interface; when a user clicks the unlocking operation of the unlocking management unit, an unlocking registration request is triggered; at this time, the terminal will send an RSU request message with the terminal network locking flag bit and the terminal IMEI number from the network control unit to the wireless network locking management device at the network side of the roaming operator.
Step 307: and the network side of the roaming operator judges whether the network side supports the RSU function.
After receiving an RSU request message sent by a terminal, a roaming operator network side judges whether the roaming operator network side supports an RSU function; if the network side of the roaming operator does not support the RSU function, go to step 308; if the network side of the roaming operator supports the RSU function, step 309 is executed.
Specifically, after receiving an RSU request message sent by a network control unit of a terminal, a wireless network lock management device at a network side of a roaming operator judges whether the wireless network lock management device supports an RSU function, that is, whether the wireless network lock management device can establish communication with an unlocking server at the network side of the original operator; if the network side of the roaming operator does not support the RSU function, go to step 308; if the network side of the roaming operator supports the RSU function, step 309 is executed.
Step 308: and the roaming operator network side sends RSU rejection information to the terminal and ends the process.
And when the roaming operator network side judges that the roaming operator network side does not support the RSU function, sending an RSU rejection message to a network control unit of the terminal, and ending the process.
Step 309: and the roaming operator network side sends an RSU confirmation message to the terminal.
And when the network side of the roaming operator judges that the network side supports the RSU function, the network side sends an RSU confirmation message to a network control unit of the terminal.
Step 310: and the terminal sends an unlocking registration request message to the network side of the roaming operator.
After receiving the RSU confirmation message sent by the roaming place operator network side, the terminal sends an unlocking registration request message to the roaming place operator network side; the unlocking registration request message includes information such as IMEI, SUID, public key, and private key of the terminal.
Specifically, after receiving the RSU confirmation message sent back by the wireless network lock management device on the network side of the roaming operator, the network control unit of the terminal sends an unlock registration request message to the wireless network lock management device on the network side of the roaming operator, where the unlock registration request message includes information such as the IMEI, the SUID, the public key, and the private key of the terminal.
Step 311: and the roaming operator network side sends an unlocking registration request message to the original operator network side.
After receiving an unlocking registration request message sent by a network control unit of a terminal, a wireless network locking management device at a network side of a roaming operator sends the unlocking registration request message to an unlocking server at the network side of the original operator.
Step 312: and the original operator network side judges whether the unlocking registration request message meets a first preset condition.
After receiving the unlocking registration request message sent by the network side of the roaming operator, the network side of the original operator judges whether the unlocking registration request message meets a first preset condition, and if the unlocking registration request message does not meet the first preset condition, the step 313 is executed; if the unlock registration request message satisfies the first predetermined condition, step 314 is executed.
Specifically, after receiving an unlocking registration request message sent by a wireless network locking management device at a roaming operator network side, an unlocking server at an original operator network side judges whether the unlocking registration request message meets a first preset condition, namely judges whether IMEI and SUID information in the unlocking registration request message can be identified by the unlocking server at the original operator network side, and judges whether a public key and a private key in the unlocking registration request message are matched with a public key and a private key in the unlocking server at the original operator network side; if the unlocking registration request message does not satisfy the first preset condition, that is, the IMEI and SUID information in the unlocking registration request message cannot be identified by the unlocking server, or the public key and the private key in the unlocking registration request message are not matched with the public key and the private key in the unlocking server, the unlocking server determines that the terminal is an illegal terminal, and step 313 is executed; if the unlock registration request message satisfies the first preset condition, that is, the IMEI and SUID information in the unlock registration request message can be identified by the unlock server, and the public key and the private key thereof are matched with the public key and the private key in the unlock server, the unlock server determines that the terminal is a valid terminal, and step 314 is executed.
Step 313: and the original operator network side sends an unlocking registration refusing message to the roaming operator network side, and the process is ended.
And when the unlocking server at the network side of the original operator judges that the unlocking registration request message does not meet the first preset condition, namely the terminal is judged to be an illegal terminal, sending an unlocking registration refusing message to the wireless network locking management device at the network side of the roaming operator, finally informing the terminal, and ending the process.
Step 314: and the original operator network side sends an unlocking registration passing message to the roaming operator network side.
And when the unlocking server at the network side of the original operator judges that the unlocking registration request message meets a first preset condition, namely the terminal is judged to be a legal terminal, sending an unlocking registration passing message to the wireless network locking management device at the network side of the roaming operator.
Step 315: and the roaming operator network side sends an unlocking registration passing message to the terminal.
After receiving the unlocking registration passing message sent by the unlocking server of the original operator network side, the wireless network locking management device of the roaming operator network side sends the unlocking registration passing message to the network control unit of the terminal.
Step 316: and the terminal sends an unlocking request message to the roaming operator network side after detecting the unlocking request operation.
After receiving an unlocking registration passing message sent by a roaming operator network side, a terminal sends an unlocking request message to the roaming operator network side after detecting an unlocking request operation; the unlocking request message comprises information such as terminal identification information, a secret key, an unlocking type, unlocking time length and the like.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, after receiving an unlock registration passing message sent by a wireless network lock management device on a network side of a roaming operator, a network control unit of the terminal prompts a user of successful registration in an unlock management unit, and after seeing the registration success prompt, the user can initiate an unlock request on a network lock application interface of the unlock management unit.
Step 317: and the roaming operator network side sends an unlocking request message to the original operator network side.
After receiving an unlocking request message sent by a network control unit of a terminal, a wireless network locking management device at a network side of a roaming operator sends the unlocking request message to an unlocking server at the network side of the original operator.
Step 318: and the original operator network side judges whether the unlocking request message meets a second preset condition.
After receiving the unlocking request message, the unlocking server on the original operator network side determines whether the unlocking request message satisfies a second preset condition, and if the unlocking request message does not satisfy the second preset condition, step 319 is executed; if the unlocking request message satisfies the second predetermined condition, step 320 is executed.
Specifically, after receiving the unlocking request message, the unlocking server on the original operator network side determines that the unlocking request message does not pass if it is determined that the terminal identification information in the unlocking request message cannot be identified, or it is determined that the key in the unlocking request message is not matched, or it is determined that the unlocking type in the unlocking request message is not matched, or it is determined that the unlocking time length in the unlocking request message is not within the preset time length range, that is, the unlocking request message does not satisfy the second preset condition, and then step 319 is executed; if it is determined that the terminal identification information in the unlocking request message can be identified, the key is matched with the key in the unlocking server, the unlocking type is matched with the unlocking type in the unlocking server, and the unlocking time length is within the preset time length range, that is, it is determined that the unlocking request message satisfies the second preset condition, the unlocking request message is determined to pass, and step 320 is executed.
Step 319: the original operator network side does not send new unlocking parameters to the roaming operator network side.
And the unlocking server at the original operator network side judges that the unlocking request message does not meet the second preset condition, namely when the unlocking request message is determined to be failed, new unlocking parameters cannot be sent to the operator network side at the roaming place, the unlocking request fails, and the process is ended.
Step 320: and the original operator network side sends new unlocking parameters to the roaming operator network side.
And the unlocking server at the network side of the original operator judges that the unlocking request message meets a second preset condition, namely when the unlocking request message is determined to pass, new unlocking parameters are sent to the wireless network locking management device at the network side of the roaming operator.
Step 321: and the roaming operator network side sends new unlocking parameters to the terminal.
And after receiving the new unlocking parameter sent by the unlocking server of the original operator network side, the wireless network locking management device of the roaming operator network side sends the new unlocking parameter to the terminal so that the user can unlock the terminal conveniently.
Step 322: and the terminal unlocks the locked network according to the new unlocking parameters.
And after receiving the new unlocking parameters sent by the wireless network locking management device at the network side of the roaming operator, the terminal unlocks the network locking according to the new unlocking parameters.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the unlocking interface of the terminal receives a new unlocking parameter issued by the unlocking server by using the wireless network locking management device on the network side of the roaming operator, responds to the unlocking, and prompts the unlocking parameter to the user.
In order to more clearly embody the object of the present invention, further illustration is made on the basis of the above-mentioned method embodiment.
The user signs a contract with the operator A, at this time, the terminal equipment of the user can only be used under the network of the operator A, and when the terminal is inserted into a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card of other operators, a network locking condition occurs; when the user temporarily goes abroad and does not have the network of the operator A, the user acquires the SIM card of the operator B on business, but the SIM card of the operator B can be locked immediately after being inserted because the terminal of the user is a contract machine; at this time, the user initiates an unlocking registration request, the network control unit of the terminal interacts with the wireless network locking management device of the operator network B, and the network locking information of the terminal is transmitted to the unlocking server of the operator network A through the wireless network locking management device; the terminal sends a request for registering an unlocking server of the A operator network through the unlocking management unit, and after the unlocking server of the A operator network passes, the terminal sends the unlocking request again, wherein the time of the request is exactly the time period of the user going on business in the country, for example, from 12/17/2015 to 3/2016/13/2016; at this time, after the unlocking server of the operator network A receives the request, the request is considered reasonable, and then the unlocking parameter is issued, so that the terminal of the user can be normally used under the network of the operator B without network locking, and the unlocking is overdue after the return country returns to the network of the operator A; therefore, the trouble that a user changes a mobile phone or finds a Wifi network is avoided.
The method for unlocking and locking the network, provided by the embodiment of the invention, comprises the steps of sending an RRC connection request message to a network side of a roaming operator through a terminal; when the roaming operator network side supports the RSU function, the network side sends RRC establishment information to the terminal; the terminal sends RSU connection request information to a roaming operator network side; the roaming operator network side sends RSU connection confirmation information to the terminal, establishes RSU emergency load, and sends RSU load establishment completion information to the terminal; the terminal sends RSU connection completion information and RRC establishment completion information to a roaming operator network side; after detecting the operation of unlocking and registering the request, the terminal sends RSU request information to the network side of the operator at the roaming place; the network side of the roaming operator judges whether the network side supports the RSU function, and if the network side supports the RSU function, the network side sends an RSU confirmation message to the terminal; the terminal sends an unlocking registration request message to a roaming operator network side; a roaming operator network side sends an unlocking registration request message to an original operator network side; the original operator network side judges whether the unlocking registration request message meets a first preset condition, and if so, the original operator network side sends an unlocking registration passing message to the roaming operator network side; the roaming operator network side sends an unlocking registration passing message to the terminal; the terminal sends an unlocking request message to a roaming operator network side after detecting the unlocking request operation; a roaming operator network side sends an unlocking request message to an original operator network side; the original operator network side judges whether the unlocking request message meets a second preset condition, and if so, new unlocking parameters are sent to the roaming operator network side; the roaming operator network side sends a new unlocking parameter to the terminal; the terminal unlocks the locked network according to the new unlocking parameters; when the user is in a foreign place and arrives at a place covered by a non-operator network, and the terminal of the user cannot be connected to the WiFi network, the purpose of unlocking the network locking of the terminal can be achieved, and convenience is provided for the user.

1. A method for unlocking and locking a network is applied to a terminal side, and comprises the following steps:
after the unlocking registration request operation is detected, a remote unlocking RSU request message is sent to a first network side; the first network side is a roaming operator network side;
after receiving the RSU confirmation message sent by the first network side, sending an unlocking registration request message to the first network side;
receiving an unlocking registration passing message which is sent by the first network side and determined by the second network side according to the unlocking registration request message, and sending an unlocking request message to the first network side after detecting an unlocking request operation; the second network side is the original operator network side;
unlocking the network according to the received new unlocking parameters which are sent by the first network side and determined by the second network side according to the unlocking request message;
the determining, by the second network side, a new unlocking parameter according to the unlocking request message includes:
determining the new unlocking parameters by the second network side according to the unlocking request message and a second preset condition;
the determining, by the second network side, the new unlocking parameter according to the unlocking request message and a second preset condition includes:
judging whether the unlocking request message meets the second preset condition or not by the second network side, and if the unlocking request message meets the second preset condition, determining the new unlocking parameter;
the unlocking request message satisfies the second preset condition, including: the terminal identification information in the unlocking request message can be identified by the second network side, the key in the unlocking request message is matched with the key in the second network side, the unlocking type in the unlocking request message is matched with the unlocking type in the second network side, and the unlocking time length in the unlocking request message is within the preset time length range in the second network side.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the detecting the operation of unlocking the registration request, before sending a remote unlocking RSU request message to the first network side, the method further comprises:
establishing an RSU channel with the first network side;

the unlock registration request message includes: IMEI, user identity identification SUID, public key and private key;
the unlocking request message includes: terminal identification information, a key, an unlocking type and an unlocking time length.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining, by the second network side, the unlock registration pass message according to the unlock registration request message comprises:
determining, by the second network side, the unlocking registration passing message according to the unlocking registration request message and a first preset condition;
the determining, by the second network side, the unlock registration passing message according to the unlock registration request message and a first preset condition includes:
judging whether the unlocking registration request message meets the first preset condition or not by the second network side, and if the unlocking registration request message meets the first preset condition, determining that the unlocking registration passes the message;
the unlocking registration request message satisfies the first preset condition, and includes: the IMEI and SUID information in the unlock registration request message can be identified by the second network side, and the public key and the private key in the unlock registration request message are matched with the public key and the private key in the second network side.
5. A method for unlocking and locking a network is applied to a first network side, and the method comprises the following steps:
after receiving a remote unlocking RSU request message sent by a terminal, if the terminal supports communication connection with a second network side, sending an RSU confirmation message to the terminal; the second network side is the original operator network side;
sending the received unlocking registration request message sent by the terminal to the second network side;
after receiving an unlocking registration passing message which is sent by the second network side and determined according to the unlocking registration request message, sending the unlocking registration passing message to the terminal;
sending the received unlocking request message sent by the terminal to the second network side;
after receiving a new unlocking parameter which is sent by the second network side and determined according to the unlocking request message, sending the new unlocking parameter to the terminal; the new unlocking parameter is used for indicating the terminal to unlock the network;
the receiving of the new unlocking parameter determined according to the unlocking request message and sent by the second network side includes:
receiving the new unlocking parameters which are sent by the second network side and determined according to the unlocking request message and a second preset condition;
the determining, by the second network side, the new unlocking parameter according to the unlocking request message and a second preset condition includes:
judging whether the unlocking request message meets the second preset condition or not by the second network side, and if the unlocking request message meets the second preset condition, determining the new unlocking parameter;
the unlocking request message satisfies the second preset condition, including: the terminal identification information in the unlocking request message can be identified by the second network side, the key in the unlocking request message is matched with the key in the second network side, the unlocking type in the unlocking request message is matched with the unlocking type in the second network side, and the unlocking time length in the unlocking request message is within the time length range preset by the second network side.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein after receiving the remote unlocking RSU request message sent by the terminal, before sending an RSU confirmation message to the terminal if the terminal supports communication connection with the second network side, the method further comprises:
establishing an RSU channel with the terminal;
the establishing of the RSU channel with the terminal comprises the following steps:
after receiving a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection request message sent by the terminal, sending an RRC establishment message to the terminal when the terminal supports the RSU function;
after receiving the RSU connection request message sent by the terminal, sending an RSU connection confirmation message to the terminal, establishing an RSU emergency bearer, and sending an RSU bearer establishment completion message to the terminal;
and receiving RSU connection completion information and RRC establishment completion information sent by the terminal.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the RSU request message comprises: a network locking zone bit and an international mobile equipment identity code IMEI;
the unlock registration request message includes: IMEI, user identity identification SUID, public key and private key;
the unlocking request message includes: terminal identification information, a key, an unlocking type and an unlocking time length.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the receiving the unlock registration pass message sent by the second network side and determined according to the unlock registration request message comprises:
receiving the unlocking registration passing message which is sent by the second network side and determined according to the unlocking registration request message and a first preset condition;
the determining, by the second network side according to the unlock registration request message and a first preset condition, the unlock registration passing message includes:
judging whether the unlocking registration request message meets the first preset condition or not by the second network side, and if the unlocking registration request message meets the first preset condition, determining that the unlocking registration passes the message;
the unlocking registration request message satisfies the first preset condition, and includes: the IMEI and SUID information in the unlock registration request message can be identified by the second network side, and the public key and the private key in the unlock registration request message are matched with the public key and the private key in the second network side.
9. A terminal for unlocking a network, the terminal comprising:
the detection module is used for sending a remote unlocking RSU request message to the first network side after detecting the operation of the unlocking registration request; the first network side is a roaming operator network side;
the registration module is used for sending an unlocking registration request message to the first network side after receiving the RSU confirmation message sent by the first network side;
the request module is used for receiving an unlocking registration passing message which is sent by the first network side and determined by the second network side according to the unlocking registration request message, and sending an unlocking request message to the first network side after the unlocking request operation is detected; the second network side is the original operator network side;
the unlocking module is used for unlocking the network according to the received new unlocking parameters which are sent by the first network side and determined by the second network side according to the unlocking request message;
the unlocking module is specifically configured to determine, by the second network side, the new unlocking parameter according to the unlocking request message and a second preset condition;
the unlocking module is further specifically configured to determine, by the second network side, whether the unlocking request message satisfies the second preset condition, and if the unlocking request message satisfies the second preset condition, determine the new unlocking parameter;
the unlocking request message satisfies the second preset condition, including: the terminal identification information in the unlocking request message can be identified by the second network side, the key in the unlocking request message is matched with the key in the second network side, the unlocking type in the unlocking request message is matched with the unlocking type in the second network side, and the unlocking time length in the unlocking request message is within the preset time length range in the second network side.
10. The terminal of claim 9, wherein the terminal further comprises:
the establishing module is used for establishing an RSU channel with the first network side;
the establishing module is specifically configured to send a radio resource control RRC connection request message to the first network side;
after receiving the RRC establishment message sent by the first network side, sending an RSU connection request message to the first network side;
and after receiving the RSU connection confirmation message and the RSU bearer establishment completion message sent by the first network side, sending an RSU connection completion message and an RRC establishment completion message to the first network side.
11. The terminal of claim 9, wherein the RSU request message comprises: a network locking zone bit and an international mobile equipment identity code IMEI;
the unlock registration request message includes: IMEI, user identity identification SUID, public key and private key;
the unlocking request message includes: terminal identification information, a key, an unlocking type and an unlocking time length.
12. The terminal according to claim 11, wherein the request module is specifically configured to determine, by the second network side, that the unlock registration passes the message according to the unlock registration request message and a first preset condition;
the request module is further specifically configured to determine, by the second network side, whether the unlock registration request message satisfies the first preset condition, and if the unlock registration request message satisfies the first preset condition, determine that the unlock registration passes the message;
the unlocking registration request message satisfies the first preset condition, and includes: the IMEI and SUID information in the unlock registration request message can be identified by the second network side, and the public key and the private key in the unlock registration request message are matched with the public key and the private key in the second network side.
13. A network-side system for unlocking and locking a network, the network-side system comprising:
the confirmation module is used for sending an RSU confirmation message to the terminal if the confirmation module supports communication connection with a second network side system after receiving a remote unlocking RSU request message sent by the terminal; the second network side system is an original operator network side system;
a sending module, configured to send a received unlocking registration request message sent by the terminal to the second network-side system;
after receiving an unlocking registration passing message which is sent by the second network side system and determined according to the unlocking registration request message, sending the unlocking registration passing message to the terminal;
sending the received unlocking request message sent by the terminal to the second network side system;
after receiving a new unlocking parameter which is sent by the second network side system and determined according to the unlocking request message, sending the new unlocking parameter to the terminal; the new unlocking parameter is used for indicating the terminal to unlock the network;
the sending module is further specifically configured to receive the new unlocking parameter, which is sent by the second network-side system and determined according to the unlocking request message and a second preset condition;
the sending module is further specifically configured to determine, by the second network-side system, whether the unlocking request message satisfies the second preset condition, and if the unlocking request message satisfies the second preset condition, determine the new unlocking parameter;
the unlocking request message satisfies the second preset condition, including: the terminal identification information in the unlocking request message can be identified by the second network side system, the key in the unlocking request message is matched with the key in the second network side system, the unlocking type in the unlocking request message is matched with the unlocking type in the second network side system, and the unlocking time length in the unlocking request message is within the preset time length range in the second network side system.
14. The network-side system according to claim 13, wherein the network-side system further comprises:
the establishing module is used for establishing an RSU channel with the terminal;
the establishing module is specifically configured to, after receiving a radio resource control RRC connection request message sent by the terminal, send an RRC establishment message to the terminal when the establishing module supports an RSU function;
after receiving the RSU connection request message sent by the terminal, sending an RSU connection confirmation message to the terminal, establishing an RSU emergency bearer, and sending an RSU bearer establishment completion message to the terminal;
and receiving RSU connection completion information and RRC establishment completion information sent by the terminal.

the unlocking registration request message satisfies the first preset condition, and includes: the IMEI and SUID information in the unlock registration request message can be recognized by the second network side system, and the public key and the private key in the unlock registration request message are matched with the public key and the private key in the second network side system.
