Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of circuit breaker accessory structures, and particularly relates to a reset bent plate of a circuit breaker magnetic flux converter.
Background
The universal circuit breaker controller is internally provided with a magnetic flux converter, when the circuit breaker fails, the iron core of the magnetic flux converter performs a breaking action, so that the circuit breaker performs a failure breaking operation, and then the circuit is disconnected, thereby ensuring the electricity utilization safety; after the iron core of the magnetic flux converter is punched out, the iron core needs to be mechanically reset; the iron core resetting mechanism of the magnetic flux converter comprises a resetting bent plate and a resetting push rod which is linked with the resetting bent plate, and when the resetting is needed, the iron core of the magnetic flux converter is reset through a series of linkage of a main shaft, the bent plate, the resetting push rod and the like of the breaker operating mechanism. In the process of resetting the magnetic flux converter of the circuit breaker, the reset mechanism is also linked with the corresponding micro switch, and corresponding switch-on and switch-off state indication signals of the circuit breaker are output to an electronic control system or a user for use.
The existing reset mechanism needs to touch the corresponding micro switch to output corresponding electric signals when resetting the magnetic flux converter iron core, and the existing reset mechanism is realized by using a bending lever and a plastic lever fixed with the bending lever, wherein the bending lever is arranged on a bracket, and the bracket is arranged on a base of a controller; the bending lever is only responsible for linking the reset push rod to reset the iron core, and the plastic lever is used for linking the micro switch; the traditional reset mechanism has a large number of parts, is unfavorable for standardization of parts of the circuit breaker, and is complicated to install and replace.

The invention aims to overcome the technical defects that the existing circuit breaker magnetic flux converter reset mechanism is complex in installation structure and high in linkage control operation difficulty, and provides a circuit breaker magnetic flux converter reset bent plate, wherein linkage parts are integrated on a whole structure to realize operation of multiple actions, so that the installation difficulty is reduced, and the linkage accuracy is ensured.

Further, the poking support legs are linked with the signal output micro-switch, so that the switch of the poking support legs can be controlled.
