本发明涉及一种探矿方法,具体涉及一种风化残积型矿床钻探方法。本发明的技术方案如下:一种风化残积型矿床钻探方法,利用一种螺旋钻具实施,所述螺旋钻具包括钻具、钻头和销钉;所述钻具包括钢管、螺旋叶片、外六方形插头和内六方形插套,所述螺旋叶片设置在所述钢管外围,所述外六方形插头和内六方形插套分别设置在所述钢管的两端;所述外六方形插头用于连接传动系统;所述内六方形插套上设置圆孔一,所述钻头上设置圆孔二,所述钻头插入所述内六方形插套中,所述销钉插入所述圆孔一及圆孔二内对所述钻具及所述钻头实施固定。本发明提供的风化残积型矿床钻探方法,有效解决岩心烧结以及原岩成分改变的问题,降低钻探成本,提高工作效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种探矿方法,具体涉及一种风化残积型矿床钻探方法。
背景技术
风化残积(红土)型矿床基本裸露于地表,分布面积广,层厚稳定,岩石固结低,疏松土状,局部可塑,勘查时需采用无冲洗介质钻进的钻探工艺。传统钻探钻具装置为筒状合金钻具,其工艺是钻具通过传动系统在一定压力下,旋转切削研磨岩矿石,将岩矿心采集到筒状钻具内,再提升至地表取出。由于无冲洗介质钻进,合金钻头升温过快易烧结,岩粉固结,易堵塞钻具,孔底的岩矿粉不能及时向上传导,导致重复破碎,无法钻进;更重要的是温度升高会改变岩矿石的原始成分,从而导致化验结果失真;即使可以实现正常钻进,但是回次进尺少,工作效率低、劳动强度大,岩矿芯易粘附在钻具内壁上,造成样品采集困难;钻杆、钻具锁接手由于扭矩大固结紧,需要大锤击打震松打开,易导致钻具、钻头损坏,因此传统钻探工艺效率低、成本高、劳动强度大,不适合该类矿床钻探施工。
发明内容
本发明提供一种风化残积型矿床钻探方法,有效解决岩心烧结以及原岩成分改变的问题,降低钻探成本,提高工作效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种风化残积型矿床钻探方法,利用一种螺旋钻具实施,所述螺旋钻具包括钻套、钻头和销钉;所述钻套包括钢管、螺旋叶片、外六方形插头和内六方形插套,所述螺旋叶片设置在所述钢管外围,所述外六方形插头和内六方形插套分别设置在所述钢管的两端;所述外六方形插头用于连接传动系统;所述内六方形插套上设置圆孔一,所述钻头上设置圆孔二,所述钻头插入所述内六方形插套中,所述销钉插入所述圆孔一及圆孔二内对所述钻套及所述钻头实施固定;传动系统启动,根据不同岩层选择不同的钻压及转速;钻机动力头通过钻具带动钻头旋转,在一定压力下,钻头旋转切削岩矿石成碎屑,沿着螺旋叶片传送到盛样器中,最后把钻具上残留的样品剥离到盛样器中。
本发明的有益效果为:采用本发明的风化残积型矿床钻探方法,钻探质量及样品采集不仅能够满足规范要求,而且大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高钻探效率,经检验是传统钻具钻探效率的6.77倍及综合施工效率的3.5倍。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,一种风化残积型矿床钻探方法,包括钻具、钻头6和销钉5;所述钻具包括钢管1、螺旋叶片2、外六方形插头3和内六方形插套4,所述螺旋叶片2焊接在所述钢管1外围,所述外六方形插头3和内六方形插套4分别焊接在所述钢管1的两端;所述外六方形插头3用于连接传动系统;所述内六方形插套4上设置圆孔一,所述钻头6上设置圆孔二7,所述钻头6插入所述内六方形插套4中,所述销钉5插入所述圆孔一及圆孔二7内对所述钻具及所述钻头6实施固定;所述钢管1外径为70mm;螺旋叶片2外径为145mm,螺旋叶片2间距为100mm;所述钻头6为双翼硬质合金钻头,直径150mm,顶角度数135°;所述销钉5长度为90mm;工作过程如下:传动系统启动,根据不同岩层选择不同的钻压及转速;钻机动力头通过钻具带动钻头6旋转,在一定压力下,钻头6旋转切削岩矿石成碎屑,沿着螺旋叶片2传送到盛样器中,最后把钻具上残留的样品剥离到盛样器中。

1.一种风化残积型矿床钻探方法,其特征在于,利用一种螺旋钻具实施,所述螺旋钻具包括钻套、钻头和销钉;所述钻套包括钢管、螺旋叶片、外六方形插头和内六方形插套,所述螺旋叶片设置在所述钢管外围,所述外六方形插头和内六方形插套分别设置在所述钢管的两端;所述外六方形插头用于连接传动系统;所述内六方形插套上设置圆孔一,所述钻头上设置圆孔二,所述钻头插入所述内六方形插套中,所述销钉插入所述圆孔一及圆孔二内对所述钻套及所述钻头实施固定;传动系统启动,根据不同岩层选择不同的钻压及转速;钻机动力头通过钻具带动钻头旋转,在一定压力下,钻头旋转切削岩矿石成碎屑,沿着螺旋叶片传送到盛样器中,最后把钻具上残留的样品剥离到盛样器中。
