Abstract
The invention relates to a far and near light integrated lens assembly which comprises a lens, a lens support, a bulb, a reflecting bowl, a light shielding plate and an electromagnetic valve, wherein the lens is clamped on the lens support, the bulb is fixed on the reflecting bowl, the light shielding plate and the electromagnetic valve are arranged at the lower part of the reflecting bowl, the lens support is fixed at the front side of the reflecting bowl, the reflecting bowl is fixed on the lens assembly support, and the lens assembly support is connected with a lamp shell through a dimming screw and a dimming bulb. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the cut-off line is clear, the illuminance of the bright area is higher, the arrangement space is saved, the light shape is more stable, and the service life of the dimming structure is prolonged.

Background
The traditional headlight high beam and low beam integrated dimming structure consists of an H4 bulb, a reflecting mirror, a dimming screw and a bulb screw, and is large in required arrangement space, low in light utilization rate and insufficient in brightness complained by customers. The switching of the high beam and the low beam is realized by switching different filaments in the bulb, the cut-off line of the high beam and the low beam is formed by reflection of shading sheets and reflecting mirror patterns in the bulb, and the cut-off line is fuzzy, so that the driving safety is influenced; meanwhile, the whole light-emitting assembly is supported by a longer dimming screw, and the reflector is loosened due to frequent shaking in the running process of the automobile, so that the light shape is not stable enough.

In this example, the light shielding plate 5 is rotatably connected to the reflecting bowl 4 through a bolt, a spring and a light shielding plate rotating shaft 11, the electromagnetic valve 6 is mounted on the reflecting bowl 4 through an electromagnetic valve bracket 12, and an electromagnetic valve pull rod 13 of the electromagnetic valve 6 is connected with the light shielding plate 5.

The far and near light of the invention adopts the same bulb HB3 to emit light, when the near light is started, the bulb is lighted, and the cut-off line is realized through the light shielding plate 5; when the high beam is on, the high beam signal controls the electromagnetic valve 6 to work, the light shielding plate 5 is removed, and the requirement of high beam illuminance is met; the whole lens assembly 15 is hung on the lamp housing 10 through the lens assembly bracket 7, and is connected with the lamp housing 10 through the dimming screw 8, the lens assembly 15 takes the dimming ball head 9 as a center during dimming, and along with the rotation of the dimming screw 8, the lens assembly bracket 7 drives the lens assembly 15 to slide on the lamp housing 10, and the gravity of the lens assembly 15 is mainly borne by a sliding rail on the lamp housing 10.
The specific working process of switching between far and near light comprises the following steps: after the electromagnetic valve 6 is electrified, the electromagnetic valve pull rod 13 is controlled to move left and right, the electromagnetic valve pull rod 13 pulls the light shielding plate 5, the light shielding plate 5 rotates around the light shielding plate rotating shaft 11 under the pulling of the electromagnetic valve pull rod 13, and the light shielding plate 5 is limited by the limiting positions of upward and downward movement by the light shielding plate baffle piece 14 and the electromagnetic valve bracket 12 respectively. After being reflected by the reflecting bowl, the light emitted by the bulb is blocked by the light shielding plates at different positions to form different light shapes, and then the light distribution of the lens can generate different light shapes which respectively meet the requirements of high beam and low beam.
The invention is applied to the solid vehicle, and the actual production proves that the product quality is stable, the far and near light bright and dark cut-off line is clear, and the light shape is stable.
