本发明公开了一种新型卡扣投光灯,包括散热壳体,所述散热壳体的侧壁设有支架,所述散热壳体的内部设有光源基板,光源基板前侧设有反光杯,所述反光杯的外侧设有玻璃,所述玻璃边缘的散热壳体内设有卡扣槽,所述卡扣槽内卡接有玻璃卡扣,玻璃卡扣设置为倒R型且直边末端水平向内侧弯折,所述卡扣槽的内壁设有倒勾槽,玻璃卡扣的倒R型曲边末端卡在倒勾槽内。该新型卡扣投光灯,通过倒R型的玻璃卡扣将玻璃固定在散热壳体的前端面上,安装方便、简易,极大的提高了安装效率,节省成本,设有倒勾槽,避免玻璃卡扣意外掉落。

技术领域
本发明属于投光灯面罩固定技术领域,具体涉及一种新型卡扣投光灯。
背景技术
投光灯是指定被照面上的照度高于周围环境的灯具。又称聚光灯。通常,它能够瞄准任何方向,并具备不受气候条件影响的结构。主要用于大面积作业场矿、建筑物轮廓、体育场、立交桥、纪念碑、公园和花坛等。
现有的投光灯的玻璃面罩或者塑料面罩都是通过螺钉固定投光灯的前框,前框再将面罩压住,从而固定面罩,此种固定结构不仅安装麻烦,而且多个固定前框,增加了成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型卡扣投光灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型卡扣投光灯,包括散热壳体,所述散热壳体的侧壁设有支架,所述散热壳体的内部设有光源基板,光源基板前侧设有反光杯,所述反光杯的外侧设有玻璃,所述玻璃边缘的散热壳体内设有卡扣槽,所述卡扣槽内卡接有玻璃卡扣,玻璃卡扣设置为倒R型且直边末端水平向内侧弯折,所述卡扣槽的内壁设有倒勾槽,玻璃卡扣的倒R型曲边末端卡在倒勾槽内。
优选的,所述玻璃的边缘下侧设有密封圈。
优选的,所述支架的形状设置为 n字形,且支架的两端通过锁紧螺栓连接散热壳体的侧壁。
优选的,所述支架的中部横面上对称设有两个腰型孔。
优选的,所述反光杯的内面设置为弧形面,且弧形面上设有反光涂层。
优选的,所述玻璃卡扣水平段的末端向上侧弯折。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该新型卡扣投光灯,通过倒R型的玻璃卡扣将玻璃固定在散热壳体的前端面上,安装方便、简易,极大的提高了安装效率,节省成本,设有倒勾槽,避免玻璃卡扣意外掉落。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1-2所示的一种新型卡扣投光灯,包括散热壳体1,所述散热壳体1的侧壁设有支架2,所述散热壳体1的内部设有光源基板3,光源基板3前侧设有反光杯4,所述反光杯4的外侧设有玻璃5,所述玻璃5边缘的散热壳体1内设有卡扣槽7,所述卡扣槽7内卡接有玻璃卡扣6,玻璃卡扣6设置为倒R型且直边末端水平向内侧弯折,所述卡扣槽7的内壁设有倒勾槽9,玻璃卡扣6的倒R型曲边末端卡在倒勾槽9内。
具体的,所述玻璃5的边缘下侧设有密封圈8,起到密封的作用,避免雨水、灰尘进入散热壳体1内部影响照明。
具体的,所述支架2的形状设置为n字形,且支架2的两端通过锁紧螺栓连接散热壳体1的侧壁,锁紧螺栓起到固定的作用,还方便调节角度。
具体的,所述支架2的中部横面上对称设有两个腰型孔,安装支架2时可进行微调。
具体的,所述反光杯4的内面设置为弧形面,且弧形面上设有反光涂层,减少光线损耗,利用光线集中。
具体的,所述玻璃卡扣6水平段的末端向上侧弯折,方便扣起玻璃卡扣6,方便拆卸。
安装时,直接在玻璃卡扣6卡入卡扣槽7内,当玻璃卡扣6的倒R型曲边末端卡在倒勾槽9内即可,拆卸时,沿玻璃卡扣6水平段末端的侧弯折处扣起,并侧向旋转即可,非常方便。
通过倒R型的玻璃卡扣6将玻璃5固定在散热壳体1的前端面上,安装方便、简易,极大的提高了安装效率,节省成本,设有倒勾槽9,避免玻璃卡扣6意外掉落。

1.一种新型卡扣投光灯,包括散热壳体(1),所述散热壳体(1)的侧壁设有支架(2),所述散热壳体(1)的内部设有光源基板(3),光源基板(3)前侧设有反光杯(4),所述反光杯(4)的外侧设有玻璃(5),其特征在于:所述玻璃(5)边缘的散热壳体(1)内设有卡扣槽(7),所述卡扣槽(7)内卡接有玻璃卡扣(6),玻璃卡扣(6)设置为倒R型且直边末端水平向内侧弯折,所述卡扣槽(7)的内壁设有倒勾槽(9),玻璃卡扣(6)的倒R型曲边末端卡在倒勾槽(9)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型卡扣投光灯,其特征在于:所述玻璃(5)的边缘下侧设有密封圈(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型卡扣投光灯,其特征在于:所述支架(2)的形状设置为 n字形,且支架(2)的两端通过锁紧螺栓连接散热壳体(1)的侧壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型卡扣投光灯,其特征在于:所述支架(2)的中部横面上对称设有两个腰型孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型卡扣投光灯,其特征在于:所述反光杯(4)的内面设置为弧形面,且弧形面上设有反光涂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型卡扣投光灯,其特征在于:所述玻璃卡扣(6)水平段的末端向上侧弯折。
