本发明涉及机动车室内灯领域。一种采用激光光源的超长车内氛围灯,包括壳体、激光器、驱动器、聚光器和光导部分,所述的驱动器与所述激光器电连接,用于驱动激光器工作,所述驱动器和所述激光器均设置在所述壳体内,所述驱动器通过引脚与汽车内电源连接,所述聚光器设置在所述激光器的出光口,所述的光导部分与所述聚光器连接。有益效果:本申请中利用激光器作为氛围灯灯具光源,光通量较大,能够满足超长车内氛围灯的使用要求,同时光线在光导内产生漫反射,光导表面发出均匀的光线。

一种采用激光光源的超长车内氛围灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种采用激光光源的超长车内氛围灯,用于机动车室内灯领域。
背景技术
传统的汽车车内氛围灯一般采用LED作为灯具光源。由于氛围灯的安装空间较小,只能采用光通量较小的小功率LED,由于氛围灯前面的光导存在光损,导致目前氛围灯光导的长度不能超过1米,否则末端会较暗。而且LED的发光角度较大,会导致一部分光不能汇聚到光导内,特别是很细的光导。大客车内部长度一般有十米左右,而且一些情况下需要采用细光导来勾勒线条,常规的LED氛围灯不能满足其要求,因此需要设计一种尺寸小、光通量大并且发光角度小的氛围灯。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中LED车内氛围灯光通量小的缺陷,提供一种采用激光光源的车内氛围灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种采用激光光源的超长车内氛围灯,包括壳体、激光器、驱动器、聚光器和光导部分,所述的驱动器与所述激光器电连接,用于驱动激光器工作,所述驱动器和所述激光器均设置在所述壳体内,所述驱动器通过引脚与汽车内电源连接,所述聚光器设置在所述激光器的出光口,所述的光导部分与所述聚光器连接。
作为优选,为有效将激光器产生的热量导出,提高激光器的使用寿命,还包括散热器,所述激光器安装在所述散热器上。
作为优选,所述的聚光器的进光端为弧面凹槽,所述弧面凹槽与所述激光器的出光口相对设置。为防止偏差导致激光不能射入光导,因此采用弧面凹槽,更容易聚光。
进一步地,所述聚光器的进光端位于所述壳体内,所述聚光器的出光端位于所述壳体外。
作为优选,所述的光导部分与所述聚光器的出光端连接。从而光线能顺利的耦合进光导部分。
有益效果:本申请中利用激光器作为氛围灯灯具光源,光通量较大,能够满足超长车内氛围灯的使用要求,同时光线在光导内产生漫反射,光导表面发出均匀的光线。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,一种采用激光光源的超长车内氛围灯,包括壳体1、激光器3、散热器5、驱动器2、聚光器6和光导部分7,所述的驱动器2与所述激光器3电连接,用于驱动激光器3工作,所述激光器3安装在所述散热器5上,所述驱动器2、散热器5和所述激光器3均设置在所述壳体1内,所述驱动器2通过引脚4与汽车内电源连接,所述聚光器6设置在所述激光器3的出光口,所述的聚光器6的进光端为弧面凹槽,所述弧面凹槽与所述激光器3的出光口相对设置,所述聚光器6的进光端位于所述壳体1内,所述聚光器6的出光端位于所述壳体1外,所述的光导部分7与所述聚光器6的出光端连接。
工作原理:驱动器2驱动激光器3来点亮激光器3,散热器5紧贴激光器3,将激光器3工作时产生的热量导出并散出去,激光器3发出的光由聚光器6导入光导部分7,从而光线能够顺利的耦合进光导部分7,从而光导部分7表面发出均匀的光线。

1.一种采用激光光源的超长车内氛围灯,其特征在于:包括壳体(1)、激光器(3)、驱动器(2)、聚光器(6)和光导部分(7),所述的驱动器(2)与所述激光器(3)电连接,用于驱动激光器(3)工作,所述驱动器(2)和所述激光器(3)均设置在所述壳体(1)内,所述驱动器(2)通过引脚(4)与汽车内电源连接,所述聚光器(6)设置在所述激光器(3)的出光口,所述的光导部分(7)与所述聚光器(6)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采用激光光源的超长车内氛围灯,其特征在于:还包括散热器(5),所述激光器(3)安装在所述散热器(5)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的采用激光光源的超长车内氛围灯,其特征在于:所述的聚光器(6)的进光端为弧面凹槽,所述弧面凹槽与所述激光器(3)的出光口相对设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的采用激光光源的超长车内氛围灯,其特征在于:所述聚光器(6)的进光端位于所述壳体(1)内,所述聚光器(6)的出光端位于所述壳体(1)外。
5.根据权利要求4所述的采用激光光源的超长车内氛围灯,其特征在于:所述的光导部分(7)与所述聚光器(6)的出光端连接。
