The working principle of the invention is as follows:
referring to the attached fig. 1-3 of the specification, when a pipeline is maintained and processed, the pipeline is lifted up by the support band 9 by placing the pipeline on the surface of the support band 9, when the pipeline is placed on the support band 9, a sudden downward force is easily generated, the first spring 6 is compressed by the sliding sleeve 5, the first spring 6 applies a buffering force to the sliding sleeve 5, the T-shaped rod 7 is simultaneously compressed by both ends of the sliding rod 20, the second spring 8 applies a buffering force to the sliding sleeve 5, the support band 9 is effectively buffered, the support band 9 is prevented from being damaged by the sudden downward force, when the pipeline is placed on the surface of the support band 9, the first screw 14 is rotated by manually rotating the crank 15, the first screw 14 is engaged with the first slide block 10 by the first screw 14, the first slide block 10 is moved, the first slide block 10 pushes the extrusion rod 11 to extend inside the sliding sleeve 5, so that the elastic pressing plate 12 compresses both sides of the pipeline, the pipeline is prevented from rotating on the surface of the supporting belt 9 in the processing process, so that the processing efficiency of the pipeline is prevented from being influenced;
