Description

Oil sludge cleaning agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil storage tank cleaning, in particular to an oil sludge cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The oil storage tank is the most common petroleum storage equipment, but in the long-term storage process of crude oil, inorganic substances, asphaltenes, paraffin and other heavy oily components in the oil product naturally settle under the action of gravity and accumulate at the bottom of the oil storage tank to form black and thick oil sludge. The oil sludge deposited at the bottom of the oil storage tank is not only inconvenient to use, but also occupies a large amount of storage space. Therefore, from the perspective of reasonable resource utilization, the oil storage tank is cleaned in time, and the oil products in the oil sludge are recycled for secondary use. The currently common cleaning methods for oil storage tanks include a heating circulation method, a hot water circulation method, a dissolved oil mechanical cleaning method and the like, and all the methods adopt a method of adding hot oil or hot water for assisting in mechanical cleaning. However, the current mechanical cleaning modes by means of heat energy have the problems of large energy consumption, low wax dissolving rate, unsuitability for selling or deep processing of recovered secondary oil products and the like, and meanwhile, the adoption of a heating method can separate light hydrocarbon in oil sludge, change the crystal structure of paraffin, enable asphaltene to be more aggregated, and form a paraffin, asphalt and impurity mixed layer which is permanently difficult to remove. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new sludge cleaning method.
At present, the development of a novel oil sludge cleaning mode is mainly focused on an oil sludge cleaning agent, and the purposes of cleaning an oil storage tank and recovering oil products are achieved by adopting a chemical cleaning agent to dissolve oil sludge. For example, patent document CN104411377A discloses a method for removing sludge and recovering oil with a nano-emulsion surfactant system; patent document CN104403818A discloses a petroleum silt cleaner; patent document CN104876405A discloses a cleaning method for cleaning aged oil sludge; patent document CN104761108A discloses a method for treating oil sludge with a surfactant.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the prior art has at least the following problems:
the cleaning agent disclosed in the prior art uses a large amount of non-pure hydrocarbon in the treatment of oil sludge, so that the oil storage tank is easily polluted, and the quality of the recovered secondary oil product is reduced.

Detailed Description
Unless defined otherwise, all technical terms used in the examples of the present invention have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. Before further detailed description of embodiments of the present invention, some terms in the examples of the present invention are explained.
(1) The refining liquefier provided by the embodiment of the invention can dissolve solid oil sludge, refine the solid oil sludge into small oil sludge particles and refine the small oil sludge particles into oil sludge molecules.
(2) The space blocking agent provided by the embodiment of the invention is an organic additive with a space stereo molecular structure, and the space stereo molecular structure can form a blocking space between different oil sludge molecules, so that the aim of preventing the two oil sludge molecules from approaching is fulfilled.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an oil sludge cleaning agent, which includes the following components in parts by mass: 30-50% of myrcene, 20-40% of space blocking agent, 10-20% of lubricant and 1-10% of dispersant; the space blocking agent and the lubricant are both hydrocarbons.
The cleaning principle of the oil sludge cleaning agent provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
myrcene is used as a thinning liquefier for dissolving solid oil sludge, and the jagged molecular structure of myrcene is helpful for further thinning the oil sludge, and the molecular structure of myrcene is shown in the following chart:
Figure BDA0001175781250000031
the refining and liquefying principle of myrcene is as follows: as a small molecular substance, myrcene is easier to enter gaps among oil sludge particles, and the oil sludge particles are dispersed under the action of external force, so that part of solid oil sludge is dissolved. Meanwhile, the jagged molecular structure of myrcene is beneficial to further refining and liquefying the solid oil sludge, and particularly under the operations of stirring, shaking and the like, the jagged molecular structure has a certain shearing force on gathered oil sludge molecules, so that the decomposition of large-particle oil sludge into small-particle oil sludge is accelerated, the small-particle oil sludge is dispersed into oil sludge molecules, and the refining and liquefying of the solid oil sludge are completed. Thus, the solid oil sludge is further refined into oil sludge small particles or oil sludge molecules, and the refining and liquefaction of the solid oil sludge are realized.
Further, on the basis of realizing refining and liquefaction of the solid oil sludge, the space blocking agent, the lubricant and the dispersant in the cleaning agent further ensure that the solid oil sludge is fully and stably dissolved in the cleaning agent: the space blocking agent and the dispersing agent are beneficial to dispersing oil sludge molecules dissolved in the oil sludge cleaning agent, so that certain intervals exist among the oil sludge molecules dissolved in the oil sludge cleaning agent, the oil sludge molecules are difficult to be aggregated again to form small-particle oil sludge, the dissolution stability of the solid oil sludge is ensured, and the solid oil sludge is fully dissolved in the cleaning agent; the lubricant has good fluidity and lubricity, plays a role in lubricating among oil sludge particles and between oil sludge particles and oil sludge molecules, and prevents the oil sludge particles from being adhered together again.
The solid oil sludge is refined and liquefied through myrcene, and the sufficient and stable dissolution of the solid oil sludge is further ensured through a space blocking agent, a dispersing agent and a lubricating agent, so that the purposes of dissolving the oil sludge, recovering secondary oil and cleaning an oil storage tank by using the oil sludge cleaning agent are achieved. The oil sludge cleaning agent provided by the embodiment of the invention is convenient to use and high in dissolving efficiency, and the main components of the cleaning agent are hydrocarbons which account for more than 90% of the cleaning agent, so that the pollution to an oil storage tank is avoided to a great extent, and the quality of recovered secondary oil is ensured.
Wherein, the space blocking agent is preferably α -pinene, α -pinene is olefin with a space spatial structure, and the molecular structure is shown as follows:
Figure BDA0001175781250000041
α -pinene has spatial stereo structure capable of effectively blocking adjacent oil sludge molecules, especially for benzene rings in oil sludge molecules, α -pinene can effectively block two benzene rings close to each other up and down, thereby avoiding formation of large pi bonds between adjacent benzene rings.
The poly- α olefin is preferably selected as a poly- α olefin, the molecular weight of the poly- α olefin is 1000-3000, the poly- α olefin has a comb-shaped molecular structure, macroscopically shows good low-temperature fluidity and is a commonly used lubricant, in the oil storage tank cleaning agent, the comb-shaped molecular structure of the poly- α olefin can effectively isolate oil sludge molecules, so that the oil sludge molecules are not easy to reaggregate, the poly- α olefin can also play a good lubricating role between oil sludge particles and oil sludge molecules and between oil sludge particles, the mutual aggregation between refined oil sludge particles is avoided, the difficulty of the refined oil sludge particles adhering to solid oil sludge which is not fully dissolved is increased, the sufficient and stable dissolution of the oil sludge particles in the oil storage tank cleaning agent is ensured, further, the poly- α olefin with the molecular weight of 1000-3000 has moderate viscosity, the oil sludge particles can be better dispersed, and the poly-a olefin is prepared by chemical reactions such as polymerization and catalysis from ethylene dispersed from gas or natural gas in crude oil.
The dispersant is preferably a phosphate polyol which contains both polar phosphate groups and nonpolar multi-carbon chains, so that the phosphate groups having polarity in the phosphate polyol can be adsorbed to the polar groups in the sludge molecules while the nonpolar multi-carbon chains are directed to the outside of the sludge molecules. Due to the fact that the multi-element carbon chains have non-polarity, polar groups in oil sludge molecules are not easy to combine, and then the polar groups in the oil sludge molecules are dispersed, so that the effect of polarity shielding is achieved, and the oil sludge molecules are prevented from being gathered again. Meanwhile, the phosphoric acid polyester has three multi-carbon chains, so that polar groups in other oil sludge molecules can be relatively and comprehensively shielded. Particularly, the polar shielding effect of the phosphate polyester is more remarkable for the colloidal asphalt in the oil sludge, and the colloidal asphalt is favorably and fully and stably dissolved in the cleaning agent. Further, the specific type of the phosphate polyester in the sludge cleaning agent provided in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited, and for example, tributyl phosphate or tributoxyethyl phosphate may be selected as the dispersant.
In summary, it is apparent that the main component of the cleaning agent for the oil storage tank provided by the embodiment of the invention is hydrocarbon, specifically, the hydrocarbon content of the cleaning agent is more than 99%, and the cleaning agent for the oil storage tank does not pollute the oil storage tank. Meanwhile, the cleaning agent for the oil storage tank is easy to biodegrade, has low heavy metal content, and is a safe, reliable, green and environment-friendly chemical cleaning agent.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing the sludge cleaning agent provided in the first aspect, where the method includes:
step 1: slowly adding 1-10 parts by mass of a dispersing agent into 30-50 parts by mass of myrcene at room temperature, and uniformly stirring to form a first mixed solution;
step 2: and sequentially adding 20-40 parts by mass of a space blocking agent and 10-20 parts by mass of a lubricating agent into the first mixed solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain the oil sludge cleaning agent.
More specifically, in the step 1, the amount of the dispersant is 5-10 parts by mass, and the amount of the myrcene is 40-50 parts by mass; in the step 2, the amount of the space blocking agent is 30-40 parts by mass, and the amount of the lubricant is 5-10 parts by mass. The cleaning agent for the oil storage tank provided by the first aspect of the embodiment of the invention can be prepared by the preparation method. And the prepared oil storage tank cleaning agent can be used for detecting the wax dissolving rate, the biological toxicity, the biological degradability and the heavy metal content, so that the oil storage tank cleaning agent provided by the embodiment of the invention is ensured to be safe and reliable.
