The application method of the environment-friendly hot-melt pencil paint prepared by the method as claimed in claim 5 is characterized in that the pencil rod is sequentially passed through a hopper for primer, finish paint and varnish by adopting a rubber ring extrusion and suction coating method, and the pencil painting is completed after cooling, wherein the temperature of the primer in the primer hopper is kept between 180 ℃ and 220 ℃, and the temperature of the finish paint in the finish paint hopper and the temperature of the varnish in the varnish hopper are kept between 150 ℃ and 190 ℃.
8. The method for applying an environmentally friendly hot melt pencil paint as claimed in claim 7, wherein the number of times of applying the primer is 1-3, the number of times of applying the top-coat is 1-3, and the number of times of applying the clear coat is 0-2.
