技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种用于灯具的水性漆。
背景技术
“照明用器具”是随着人类文明的不断发展而产生的。灯泡早在1854年就出现了。灯泡最常见的功能是照明。伴随着生活质量的提高,LED灯的逐渐占据灯泡的市场,成为趋势。LED灯具有节能、使用寿命较长、抗震、环保,还可以在高速状态下持续工作。
传统LED灯的灯泡外壳上覆盖油性涂料居多。然而这种油性涂料的生产以及使用对人而言都产生危害,还对环境造成污染,而且其耐温性能较差。人们开始研发水性漆来完善油性涂料的缺陷。目前市面上的水性漆还存在很多不足,比如不耐水、易发白、透光率低、光线散射不均匀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于灯具的水性漆,使得LED灯能耐水腐蚀、不易发白、透光率较高。
本发明的技术方案:一种用于灯具的水性漆,原料由以下重量份组成:树脂24-42份、助溶剂18-38份、流平剂0.3-1.3份、光扩散剂28-48份、消泡剂1-2.6份、密着剂1-2.6份、钛酸酯偶联剂0.4-1.6份。
前述的用于灯具的水性漆,所述树脂为丙烯酸树脂、氨基树脂中的一种或混合物。
前述的用于灯具的水性漆,所述助溶剂为乙醇或聚乙二醇。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的用于灯具的水性漆,利用树脂为主材料,然后添加助溶剂、密着剂,使其能耐水腐蚀;添加密着剂,起到保持灯泡泡壳清澈、不易发白的效果;添加光扩散剂,使其透光率较高。

实施例1:
一种用于灯具的水性漆,原料由以下重量份组成:树脂33份、助溶剂28份、流平剂0.8份、光扩散剂38份、消泡剂1.8份、密着剂1.8份、钛酸酯偶联剂1份。
所述树脂为丙烯酸树脂。
所述助溶剂为乙醇。
实施例2:
一种用于灯具的水性漆,原料由以下重量份组成:树脂40份、助溶剂25份、流平剂1份、光扩散剂30份、消泡剂2份、密着剂1.5份、钛酸酯偶联剂0.5份。
所述树脂为丙烯酸树脂、氨基树脂中的混合物。
所述助溶剂为乙醇。
实施例3:
一种用于灯具的水性漆,原料由以下重量份组成:树脂24份、助溶剂18份、流平剂1.3份、光扩散剂28份、消泡剂2.6份、密着剂2.6份、钛酸酯偶联剂1.6份。
所述树脂为氨基树脂。
所述助溶剂为聚乙二醇。
实施例4:
一种用于灯具的水性漆,原料由以下重量份组成:树脂42份、助溶剂38份、流平剂1.3份、光扩散剂48份、消泡剂2.6份、密着剂2.6份、钛酸酯偶联剂1.6份。
