Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a caster assembly 20 is shown to include a caster mount 22 and two caster members 24. Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of caster assemblies 20 can be disposed on the bottom 12 of a traveling case 10. Further, the wheel seat 22 is used to connect the traveling case 10, and the traveling case 10 can be moved conveniently by the rotation of the wheel member 24.
Referring to fig. 3, the wheel seat 22 of the caster set 20 includes a base member (seat member)30 and an assembling member (assembling member) 32. The base member 30 and the composite member 32 may be integral or may be separate and separable components as shown. The outer wheel member 50 is mounted to the outer ring portion 54 of the inner wheel member 48.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, two wheel members 24 are respectively coupled to two sides of the wheel seat 22, and particularly, the wheel members 24 are mounted on two sides of the assembly part 32 of the wheel seat 22.
Referring to fig. 7, the wheel member 24 is mounted on both ends of the sleeve 38. Specifically, the two ends of the sleeve 38 are inserted into the mounting holes 64 of the inner ring 52 in the axial direction. The sleeve 38 and the assembly 32 may be integrally formed so that the sleeve 38 does not rotate and thus may serve as a shaft for the wheel member 24. The hollow shaft 42 is mounted in the mounting passage 40 in the axial direction of the sleeve 38. Both ends of the hollow shaft 42 protrude from the mounting passages 40 to be stopped at the end surfaces of the wheel members 24, and particularly, both ends of the hollow shaft 42 protrude from the end surfaces of the inner ring portion 52 of the inner wheel member 48.
Further, both ends of the hollow shaft 42 each form the catching edge 46. The outer diameter of the stop flange 46 is greater than the outer diameter of the sleeve 38 and less than the outer diameter of the inner annular portion 52 of the wheel member 24. As such, the stop edge 46 of the hollow shaft 42 can block or inhibit the wheel member 24 from disengaging from the sleeve 38.
Still further, a shoulder 66 is formed at the end face of the inner ring portion 52. The stop edge 46 of the hollow shaft 42, in correspondence with the shoulder 66, limits the disengagement of the wheel member 24 from the sleeve 38. Next, as shown in fig. 7, the catch 46 is located inside the wheel member 24.
Therefore, according to the above-disclosed structure and combination of the components, the wheel members 24 of the caster set 20 can be movably rotated, and the through holes 58 can still be seen through during the rotation of the wheel members 24. Secondly, the see-through passage 44 remains visible regardless of whether the hollow shaft 42 is rotated or not. Therefore, the use state of the caster set 20 disclosed by the invention has a clear visual effect of being seen through.
Second, the wheel member 24 is mounted on both ends of the sleeve 38, so that no bearing is required between the wheel member 24 and the wheel base 22. Therefore, the caster set 20 disclosed in the present invention has a simplified structure.
In addition, referring to fig. 8, in addition to the through holes 58 and the through channels 44 being able to be seen through, the inner ring 52 of the inner wheel 48, the outer wheel 50 and the hollow shaft 42, especially the blocking edge 46, can be made of different colors or made of different colors, so that the caster set 20 can provide more diversified visual effects in use.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in another embodiment of the present invention, the inner wheel 48 includes the inner ring portion 52 and the outer ring portion 54, and the shoulder 66 is formed on an end surface of the inner ring portion 52. In particular, the inner ring portion 52 may abut the outer ring portion 54. The stop edge 46 of the hollow shaft 42 corresponding to the shoulder 66 limits the wheel member 24 from disengaging, and the see-through channel 44 remains visible.
