背景技术
过敏性鼻炎即变应性鼻炎，是指特应性个体接触变应原后，主要由lgE介导的介质(主要是组胺)释放，并有多种免疫活性细胞和细胞因子等参与的鼻黏膜非感染性炎性疾病。其发生的条件一般有：特异性抗原即引起机体免疫反应的物质；特应性个体即所谓个体差异、过敏体质；特异性抗原与特应型个体二者相遇。近年来，由于环境的不良变化尤其是污染因素影响，过敏性鼻炎的发病率呈逐年增高的趋势，已成为国际关注的全球性疾病，也是难防难治一种疾病，发病机制还不十分明确，无论何时何地，无明显诱因，突然发作，呈阵发性，发作快，消失也快，发作多与环境温度的变化、气味刺激、阳光照射、机械刺激密切相关；发作时鼻塞、鼻痒、鼻酸、流清涕，喷嚏连连，痛苦不堪。

作为优选，一种治疗过敏性鼻炎的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：麻黄18份、鱼腥草18份、陈皮19份、石决明6份、蒲公英38份、桂枝16份、金银花18份、菟丝子22份、蔓荆子27份、薏苡仁12份、苍耳子24份、僵蚕27份、辛夷30份、诃子13份、牛蒡子30份、柴胡28份。
将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—30分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮20—30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；两次煎煮取汁，合并服用，日服一剂，分2—3次服完，五天为一个疗程。

诃子：味苦、酸、涩，性平；归肺、大肠经；具有涩肠敛肺，降火利咽之功效。
牛蒡子：味辛、苦，性寒；归肺、胃经；具有疏散风热，宣肺透疹，清利咽喉，解毒消肿之功效。
柴胡：味苦，性微寒；归肝、胆经；具有和解表里，疏肝解郁，升举阳气之功效。
本中药组合物采用天然中药为原料，进行辨证配伍组方，组份中的各种原料药物相互协调在一起，能够起到最大程度的发挥药效，可有效调节患者机体的阴阳平衡和自我协调能力，具有温肺通窍、祛水脱敏、补肺益气的作用，从而达到标本兼治的目的；且吸收效果好，疗效显著，无副作用，安全性高。
具体实施方式
实施例1，一种治疗过敏性鼻炎的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：麻黄17份、鱼腥草17份、陈皮19份、石决明9份、蒲公英30份、桂枝19份、金银花21份、菟丝子22份、蔓荆子21份、薏苡仁13份、苍耳子21份、僵蚕24份、辛夷28份、诃子11份、牛蒡子28份、柴胡22份。
将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—30分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮20—30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；两次煎煮取汁，合并服用，日服一剂，分2—3次服完，五天为一个疗程。

1.一种治疗过敏性鼻炎的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：麻黄15--20份、鱼腥草15--20份、陈皮16--22份、石决明5--10份、蒲公英30--40份、桂枝14--20份、金银花16--22份、菟丝子20--30份、蔓荆子20--30份、薏苡仁8--16份、苍耳子18--25份、僵蚕20--35份、辛夷25--35份、诃子10--15份、牛蒡子25--35份、柴胡20--35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗过敏性鼻炎的中药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：麻黄18份、鱼腥草18份、陈皮19份、石决明6份、蒲公英38份、桂枝16份、金银花18份、菟丝子22份、蔓荆子27份、薏苡仁12份、苍耳子24份、僵蚕27份、辛夷30份、诃子13份、牛蒡子30份、柴胡28份。
