Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a wearing device which is suitable for a standing assisting device and helps the old and the patients with the damaged lower limbs (especially the patients with hemiplegia and paralysis) to stand, transfer and go to the toilet, so that the old and the patients with the damaged lower limbs can realize self-care in life.
A wearing device comprises a waist protecting belt and leg protecting belts, wherein two ends of the waist protecting belt are detachably connected, and the waist protecting belt wraps the waist of a user and is detachably connected with auxiliary standing mechanisms of auxiliary standing equipment on two sides of the waist of the user; the leg protection belts are connected to the left side and the right side of the waist protection belt, the leg protection belts wrap the legs of a user from the outer sides of the thighs, the leg protection belts are detachably connected to a standing assisting mechanism of standing assisting equipment, and the waist protection belt and the leg protection belts are exposed out of the hip space of the user.
Preferably, the waist support belt both sides fixedly connected with installed part, the waist of user is lived in the waist parcel of waist support belt, the installed part is located user's health both sides, the installed part can be dismantled with the supplementary mechanism of standing of supplementary equipment of standing and be connected.
Preferably, the tail end of the leg protection belt is fixedly provided with a connecting piece, and the connecting piece is detachably connected with the auxiliary standing mechanism.

A method of standing using the wearable device in conjunction with a standing aid: when the wearable device is used in combination with the auxiliary standing equipment to stand, the waist protecting belt, the leg protecting belt and the auxiliary standing mechanism form 3 or 4 tension points for pulling the body of a user forward, wherein 2 tension points of the waist protecting belt support the waist of the user, the number of the tension points on the leg protecting belt is 1 or 2, the tension points on the leg protecting belt support the legs of the user, and the tension points and the auxiliary standing equipment help the user to stand alone;
when the wearable device is used and the auxiliary standing mechanism is combined to sit down, the waist protecting belt and the leg protecting belt are connected with the auxiliary standing mechanism to form 3 or 4 upward oblique tension points, wherein 2 tension points of the waist protecting belt support the waist of a user, the number of the tension points on the leg protecting belt is 1 or 2, the tension points of the leg protecting belt support the legs of the user, and the tension of the tension points is consistent with the effect of the seat supporting force.
A method of using the wearable device to go to a toilet, comprising the steps of: (1) removing the trousers from the hip space exposed by the waist and leg protecting belts to the leg protecting belts; (2) the auxiliary standing mechanism is used for assisting a user to sit on the closestool; (3) separating the connecting piece on the leg protecting belt from the auxiliary standing mechanism, and completely taking off the trousers; (4) after the toilet is used, the trousers are put on the upper part of the leg protecting belt; (5) connecting the connecting piece on the leg protecting belt with an auxiliary standing mechanism, and then standing by using auxiliary standing equipment; (6) the trousers are completely put on from the hip space exposed by the waist and leg protecting belts after standing.
In conclusion, the wearable device has the advantages of ingenious design, compact structure, simplicity in operation, safety, stability and the like.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The objects and functions of the present invention and methods for accomplishing the same will be apparent by reference to the exemplary embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments disclosed below; it can be implemented in different forms. The nature of the description is merely to assist those skilled in the relevant art in a comprehensive understanding of the specific details of the invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, a wearing device 10 of the present invention includes a waist support belt 1, a connecting buckle 2, a mounting member 3, a leg support belt 4, a connecting member 5, and a waist support plate 6. The invention can be combined with the auxiliary standing equipment to drive the user to independently complete the actions of standing, sitting down, going to the toilet and the like, thereby realizing the self-care of life.
The waist protecting belt 1 is a main body part of the waist protecting belt, is used for wrapping the waist of a user, and two ends of the waist protecting belt 1 can be detachably connected through sticking or buckling or hasp and the like.
The radius of the waist protecting belt 1 which is encircled on the waist can be adjusted, and the waist protecting belt can adapt to the waistlines of different users.
The connecting buckles 2 are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the waist protecting belt 1, and the waist protecting belt 1 is buckled with the connecting buckles 2 when being wound on the waist, so that the convenience and the rapidness are realized, and the use safety is enhanced.
Installation part 3, waist support belt 1 encloses on user's waist, and installation part 3 is located user's waist both sides, and installation part 3 can be dismantled the connection with the supplementary mechanism of standing of waist support belt 1 and the supplementary equipment of standing, lets waist support belt 1 and supplementary mechanism of standing form 2 pulling force points.
The installed part 3 adopts in this embodiment is safe the knot, installs the clamping of safe knot on supplementary equipment of standing, connects the buckle in the left and right sides of waist support belt 1, and the buckle can be dismantled with the clamping and be connected convenient and fast.
When the waist support belt 1 is wound on the waist of a user, the buckle and the connecting buckle 2 are just arranged on two sides of the body of the user, the buckle is buckled into the safety clamp, and the connecting buckle 2 is buckled and enclosed on the waist of the user.
In another embodiment, the mounting 3 may be a combination of a hook and a loop, or a combination of a hook and a safety belt.
Leg protecting belts 4 are connected to the left side and the right side of the waist protecting belt 1, and the leg protecting belts 4 wrap the legs of the user from the outer sides of the thighs to the inner sides of the thighs.
The waist protecting belt 1 and the leg protecting belt 4 wrap the user, the space of the hip position is exposed, and the user can complete the functions of taking off and wearing trousers in the space, thereby being convenient for going to the toilet.
The leg protection belt 1 can be respectively detachably connected with the auxiliary standing mechanism to form 2 tension points, or can be detachably connected with the auxiliary standing mechanism after connecting the belts on the left side and the right side together to form 1 tension point.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the leg protection belt 1 is detachably connected with the auxiliary standing mechanism to form 2 tension points.
And the connecting piece 5 is used for detachably connecting the leg protection belt 4 with the auxiliary standing mechanism of the auxiliary standing equipment.
In this embodiment, the connecting member 5 is a tension ring, and the auxiliary standing mechanism is provided with a hook for hanging the tension ring into the hook, so that the operation is convenient and fast.
In another embodiment, a connecting hole is formed in the tail end of the leg protection belt 4, a hook is arranged on the auxiliary standing device, and the connecting hole is hung in the hook, so that the leg protection device is convenient and quick.
Waist support board 6, detachably installs in the centre of waist support belt 1, preferably uses the mode of pasting of magic subsides.
When a user stands or sits down on the auxiliary standing equipment for a long time, the waist of the user is easy to fatigue, especially a paralyzed patient with the waist being powerless feels more obvious, and the waist protecting plate 6 can provide comfortable and powerful support for the waist of the user.
When the wearing device 10 is used, the waist protecting belt 1 is tied on the waist of a user, the connecting buckle 2 is buckled, the mounting piece 3 and the auxiliary standing mechanism are buckled, the leg protecting belt 4 wraps the thigh from outside to inside, then the connecting piece 5 is connected with the auxiliary standing mechanism, and the user is fixed on the auxiliary standing equipment.
In combination with the functions of the wearable device 10 and the standing-assist apparatus of the present invention, the user can perform the functions of standing, sitting, and going to the toilet autonomously.
With the method of the present invention for autonomous standing with a wearable device 10, a user first sits and secures himself to the assisted standing apparatus with the wearable device 10 and then pulls himself up with the force of the assisted standing mechanism on the wearable device 10.
The user stands up and then tightens the mounting member 3 and the connecting member 5, and the leg-protecting band 4 enables the user to stand in a correct posture.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the wearable device 10 is used in combination with the standing-assistant apparatus to stand, the mounting member 3 and the connecting member 5 form 4 tension points for pulling the body of the user forward, wherein 2 tension points on the waist-protecting belt 1 support the waist of the user, 2 tension points on the leg-protecting belt 4 support the legs of the user, and 4 tension points and the standing-assistant apparatus help the user stand alone.
The method for realizing the self-sitting by using the wearing device 10 of the invention uses the auxiliary standing equipment to adjust the standing posture into the sitting posture, the installation part 3 and the connecting part 5 form 4 oblique upward tension points, wherein 2 tension points on the waist protecting belt 1 support the waist of a user, and 2 tension points on the leg protecting belt 4 support the legs of the user, and the supporting force is consistent with the supporting force of a seat, so that the user feels comfortable.
The method for using the wearable device 10 of the present invention to go to the toilet comprises the following steps: (1) the trousers are taken off to the leg protection belt 4 from the hip space exposed by the waist protection belt 1 and the leg protection belt 4; (2) using the auxiliary standing equipment to assist the user to sit on the closestool; (3) separating the connecting piece 5 from the auxiliary standing equipment and completely taking off the trousers; (4) after the toilet is used, the trousers are put on the leg protecting belts 4; (5) connecting the leg protecting belt 4 with the auxiliary standing equipment, and then standing by using the auxiliary standing equipment; (6) the trousers are completely put on from the hip space exposed by the waist support belt 1 and the leg support belts 4 after standing.
In another embodiment, the wearable device 10 of the present invention is combined with a standing rehabilitation wheelchair 30, as shown in fig. 2-4.
The installed part 3 chooses for use safe knot, and the clamping of safe knot is installed in the protection machanism 15 both sides of the recovered wheelchair car of standing, and the buckle is installed on wearing the device, and the buckle can be detained into or take out the clamping.
The connecting piece 5 is a tension ring, the head part of the auxiliary standing mechanism 32 of the standing rehabilitation wheelchair is provided with a hook 31, and the connecting piece 5 can be hung in or taken out of the hook 31.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the user sits down, wraps the waist support belt 1 around the waist, sticks both ends of the waist support belt 1, buckles the connecting buckle 2, buckles the buckle of the safety buckle into the clip, wraps the leg support belt 4 from the outer side of the thigh to the inner side of the thigh, hangs the connecting member 5 in the hook 31, and stands up using the standing rehabilitation wheelchair 30 and the wearing device 10.
In summary, the combination of the wearable device 10 and the standing-assisting device of the present invention can enable the patient with impaired lower limbs to perform daily life contents such as self-standing, sitting down, and going to the toilet, so as to realize self-care of life. When the user stands, the wearable device 10 provides forward force to the user, ensuring that the user does not topple over; when the user sits down, the wearable device 10 provides the user with a point of support that is consistent with the seat, making the user feel more comfortable. During use, the wearable device 10 provides the user with a greater area of lumbar support without the user feeling tired. The wearing device 10 is wound on the body of a user, the radius of the wearing device can be adjusted according to the waistline of the user, and the wearing device is suitable for people with different weights. Finally, the invention has the advantages of small structure, simple manufacture, low cost and the like.
