The invention provides a circular ring clamping device, and aims to solve the problems in the prior art.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
a circular ring clamping device comprises a base, wherein the base is of a cubic structure, a slot is formed in the top of the base downwards, and the slot is of a semicircular structure; the base comprises a base body, a left top block and a right top block, the left top block and the right top block are adjacently arranged above the base body, and the left top block and the right top block are detachably connected with the base body; the slot is located between the left top block and the right top block.
Furthermore, a jack is arranged on the base along the horizontal direction, one end of the jack is communicated with the side part of the base, the other end of the jack is communicated with the slot, a press rod is inserted into the jack, and the jack is higher than the bottom of the slot; the bottom of the slot is provided with an arc-shaped elastic sheet, and the top of the elastic sheet is lower than the bottom of the jack.
Furthermore, the elastic sheet is of an arc-shaped structure, the outer arc surface of the elastic sheet is arranged upwards, and the elastic sheet is of an integrated structure; the bottom of the slot is symmetrically provided with two limiting grooves which are obliquely arranged, and two ends of the elastic sheet are respectively inserted into the two limiting grooves.
Furthermore, the longitudinal section of the pressing rod is semicircular, and the shape of the insertion hole is matched with that of the pressing rod; a pressure head is formed at one end, close to the slot, of the pressure rod, and the bottom of the pressure head is of an inclined surface structure, so that the thickness of the pressure head is gradually increased from the end part of the pressure rod to the middle part of the pressure rod; the base is further provided with a sliding hole, the sliding hole and the jack are respectively arranged on two sides of the slot, and the sliding hole and the jack are coaxially arranged; and a push rod is connected in the sliding hole in a sliding manner, and one end of the push rod, which is close to the slot, is formed into a connector capable of accommodating the pressure head.

The ring clamping device provided by the invention can stably clamp a ring similar to a key ring, and is convenient for corresponding operations on the ring, such as connecting a key to the key ring; the structure is reasonable in design, convenient for processing and assembling of each part and long in service life.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The embodiment provides a ring clamping device, which can stably clamp a ring similar to a key ring, and is convenient for corresponding operations on the ring, such as connecting a key to the key ring; the structure is reasonable in design, convenient for processing and assembling of each part and long in service life.
As shown in fig. 1, the circular ring clamping device includes a base 11, the base 11 is in a cubic structure, a slot 12 is formed in the top of the base 11, and the slot 12 is in a semicircular structure; a pry bar 13 is arranged on the base 11, the pry bar 13 is detachably connected with the base 11, and one end of the pry bar 13 forms a flat needle 14.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the base 11 is provided with a jack 15 along the horizontal direction, one end of the jack 15 is communicated with the side portion of the base 11, the other end of the jack 15 is communicated with the slot 12, a press rod 16 is inserted into the jack 15, and the jack 15 is higher than the bottom of the slot 12.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the longitudinal section of the pressing bar 16 is semicircular, so that the top of the pressing bar 16 is a plane, and the bottom of the pressing bar 16 is an arc surface; the shape of the insertion hole 15 is matched with that of the pressing rod 16; a pressure head 17 is formed at one end of the pressure bar 16 close to the slot 12, and the bottom of the pressure head 17 is in an inclined plane structure, so that the thickness of the pressure head 17 is gradually increased from the end part of the pressure bar 16 to the middle part of the pressure bar 16; the base 11 is further provided with a sliding hole 18, the sliding hole 18 and the jack 15 are respectively arranged on two sides of the slot 12, and the sliding hole 18 and the jack 15 are coaxially arranged; a top rod 19 is connected in the sliding hole 18 in a sliding manner, and a connector 20 capable of accommodating the pressure head 17 is formed at one end of the top rod 19 close to the slot 12; the sum of the lengths of the press rod 16 and the ejector rod 19 is greater than the length of the base 11, and the length of the ejector rod 19 is less than the length of the slide hole 18. The bottom of the slot 12 is provided with an arc-shaped spring plate 21, and the top of the spring plate 21 is lower than the bottom of the jack 15. The longitudinal section of the mandril 19 is rectangular, and the longitudinal section of the slide hole 18 is also rectangular.
The base 11 includes a base body 30, a left top block 31 and a right top block 32, the left top block 31 and the right top block 32 are adjacently disposed above the base body 30, a jack 15 is formed between the bottom of the left top block 31 and the top of the base body 30, a slide hole 18 is formed between the bottom of the right top block 32 and the top of the base body 30, and the slot is located between the left top block 31 and the right top block 32.
The left top block 31 and the right top block 32 are both in a cubic structure, the top surfaces of the left top block 31 and the right top block 32 are flush, and the top of the left top block 31 is flush with the top of the seat body 30. The bottom of the upright post is connected to the top of the seat body 30.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a column 23 is connected to the top of the base 11, the column 23 is vertically disposed, a connecting hole 24 is formed in the top of the column 23, the pry bar 13 is placed in the connecting hole 24, and the top end of the pry bar 13 is located outside the connecting hole 24. The upright 23 is rotatably connected with the base 11, so that the upright 23 can rotate around a vertical axis; the top of the upright 23 is connected with a cross rod 25, the cross rod 25 is arranged along the horizontal direction, one end of the cross rod 25, which is far away from the upright 23, is provided with a limiting hole 26, the limiting hole 26 is arranged along the vertical direction, and the pry bar 13 can pass through the limiting hole 26; the top of the base 11 is provided with a stop block 27, the stop block 27 is close to the upright post 23, and the side part of the upright post 23 is provided with a convex block 28; when the upright post 23 is rotated to make the projection 28 fit with the stop block 27, the limiting hole 26 is located right above the slot 12.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the pry bar 13 is cylindrical, a flat plate-shaped handle 29 is provided at one end of the pry bar 13 away from the needle 14, the width of the handle 29 is larger than the diameter of the pry bar 13, and the handle 29 is disposed outside the connecting hole 24. The cross section of the cross bar 25 is of a rectangular structure, one end of the cross bar 25, which is connected with the upright 23, is provided with a mounting hole 33, the top of the upright 23 is inserted into the mounting hole 33, and the end part of the cross bar 25 is provided with a limit bolt 34 used for fixing the cross bar 25 on the upright.
The base 11 is a basic structural member of the clamping device and is used for installing the prying bar 13 and fixing the key ring, so that the key ring is pried by the prying bar 13 in a fixed state, the key ring cannot move in the prying process, a stable working environment is provided for workers, and hands of the workers are not easily injured in the key connecting process.
A slot 12 is provided in the top of the base 11, the slot 12 being of a semi-circular configuration, or a small semi-circular configuration, having a size substantially corresponding to the size of the key ring to be installed, such that the key ring can be inserted into the slot 12 with a bottom portion of the key ring inserted into the slot 12 and a top portion of the key ring extending outside the base 11.
The prying bar 13 is a rod-shaped structural member for prying the key ring, the flat needle 14 is arranged at the end part of the prying bar, the flat needle 14 can be smoothly inserted into a gap of the key ring of the integrated structure and prys open a larger gap, and the prying bar 13 is rotated to enable the wider part of the flat needle 14 to enlarge the gap of the key ring, so that the gap can be rapidly enlarged, and a key can be conveniently inserted into the key ring.
It can be seen that the key and the key ring can be connected together quickly and stably by the clamping device with the structure.
A horizontal insertion hole 15 is formed in the base 11, and a pressing rod 16 is slidably disposed in the insertion hole 15 such that the insertion hole 15 and the pressing rod 16 are positioned higher than the bottom of the insertion groove 12. After the key ring is inserted into the slot 12, the pressing bar 16 is pushed so that the end of the pressing bar 16 extends into the slot 12 and is located above the bottom of the key ring, and the key ring is pressed into the slot 12 at the upper side, so that the key ring can be more stably confined in the slot 12 by the pressing action of the pressing bar 16, and the key ring cannot be separated from the slot 12 even if a force is deviated during picking up the key ring.
The ejector rod 19 which can be matched with the pressing rod 16 is arranged in the base 11, so that the pressing rod 16 can better press the key ring, the working process of a worker can be smoother, and the work efficiency is further improved.
The key ring is circular, so the bottom of the key ring is arc-shaped. The bottom of the pressing rod 16 is arc-shaped, so that the pressing rod 16 can be attached to the key ring in a larger area, and a better pressing effect is achieved on the key ring; the top of the press rod 16 is arranged to be a plane structure, so that the press rod 16 cannot rotate in the insertion hole 15, and the arc surface of the press rod 16 is always positioned at the lower part.
The pressing rod 16 is provided with a pressing head 17 at the end part close to the slot 12, and the pressing head 17 is of a wedge-shaped structure, so that the pressing rod 16 can slide to the upper part of the key ring more gently, the phenomenon that the end part of the pressing rod 16 is tightly abutted against the key ring can not occur, and the work is smoother.
A slide hole 18 is provided on the other side of the base 11, the slide hole 18 is provided opposite to the insertion hole 15, and a lift pin 19 is provided in the slide hole 18, and the lift pin 19 can slide in the slide hole 18. A structure matched with the pressure head 17 of the press rod 16 is formed at the end part of the ejector rod 19, so that the pressure head 17 can pass through the slot 12 and be inserted into the slide hole 18, and the pressure head 17 can be connected at the end part of the ejector rod 19, so that the press rod 16 can be better matched with the ejector rod 19. In the process of pushing the pressing rod 16, the pressing head 17 of the pressing rod 16 extends into the sliding hole 18 and is attached to the ejector rod 19, the ejector rod 19 is pushed to slide in the sliding hole 18, the end part of the ejector rod 19 is pushed out from one end of the sliding hole 18, the whole pressing rod 16 can be pushed into the insertion hole 15 at the moment, the key ring is pressed by the main body part of the pressing rod 16 except the pressing head 17, and the key ring can obtain a better pressing effect.
The end surfaces of the push rod 19 and the slide hole 18 are arranged to be rectangular structures, so that the push rod 19 cannot rotate in the slide hole 18, and the push rod 19 can be better matched with the press rod 16.
When the key ring needs to be taken out, one end of the ejector rod 19 extending to the outside of the base 11 is pushed, the pressing rod 16 is pushed into the insertion hole 15 again, the end part of the pressing rod 16 is pushed out of the end part of the insertion hole 15, and then the pressing rod 16 is operated to separate the pressing rod 16 from the ejector rod 19, so that the key ring can be taken out from the slot 12.
The bottom of the slot 12 is provided with a spring 21, and the spring 21 is matched with the pressing rod 16, so that the key ring can be more tightly connected in the slot 12.
The elastic sheet 21 is of an arc structure, and the outer arc surface of the elastic sheet is arranged upwards; the elastic sheet 21 is of an integrated structure, two limiting grooves 22 are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the slot 12, the limiting grooves 22 are obliquely arranged, and two ends of the elastic sheet 21 are respectively inserted into the two limiting grooves 22; that is, one end of the spring plate 21 is inserted into one of the stopper grooves 22, and the other end of the spring plate 21 is inserted into the other stopper groove 22. Moreover, the end of the elastic sheet 21 does not touch the bottom of the limiting groove 22, so that the elastic sheet 21 has a room for generating elastic deformation.
After the key ring is put into the slot 12, the key ring is pressed down with force, so that the spring plate 21 is pressed down by the key ring, the spring plate 21 generates elastic deformation, the key ring further descends, and the bottom of the key ring descends to the lower part of the pressing rod 16. Then the pressing rod 16 is pushed, so that the pressing rod 16 can limit the key ring from the upper part; at the moment, the key ring is released by the hand, the elastic sheet 21 makes a recovery movement, an upward elastic acting force is exerted on the key ring, the bottom of the key ring is abutted against the bottom of the pressing rod 16, the elastic sheet 21 and the pressing rod 16 are mutually matched from two directions of the key ring to exert a pressing effect on the pressing rod 16, the key ring is more tightly connected in the slot 12, and the key ring is less prone to shaking in the working process.
In addition, the spring plate 21 is arranged, so that the key ring can be taken out more smoothly.
Set up stand 23 and horizontal pole 25 on base 11 for pry bar 13 can be connected better, and pry bar 13 can pry the key ring better, makes the effort of prying in-process prying bar 13 to the key ring can not squint, thereby can carry out the connection work of key more smoothly.
The upright column 23 is cylindrical, the upright column 23 is vertically arranged on the base 11, and the bottom of the upright column 23 is rotatably connected with the base 11, so that the upright column 23 can rotate around the axis of the upright column 23; the stand 23 is hollow structure, and its inside forms connecting hole 24 for the crowbar 13 can be pegged graft in connecting hole 24, makes things convenient for accomodating of crowbar 13, also makes things convenient for taking of crowbar 13.
The cross rod 25 arranged at the top of the upright 23 is used for being matched with the crowbar 13 to work, and the cross rod 25 is arranged along the horizontal direction, so that the cross rod 25 can rotate in the horizontal plane in the process that the upright 23 rotates around the axis of the upright 23. A stopper hole 26 is provided at an end of the cross bar 25, and a diameter of the stopper hole 26 is identical to a diameter of the pry bar 13, so that the pry bar 13 can be inserted into the stopper hole 26, and the pry bar 13 cannot be shaken in a horizontal direction after being inserted into the stopper hole 26.
The protrusion 28 disposed at the side of the upright 23 can be matched with the stopper 27 disposed at the top of the base 11, so that after the upright 23 is rotated, the protrusion 28 is attached to the stopper 27, and the limiting hole 26 of the cross bar 25 is just above the middle of the slot 12.
When the pry bar 13 is used, the key ring is fixed in the slot 12, and then the upright column 23 is rotated to enable the bump 28 to be attached to the stop block 27; the pry bar 13 is taken out of the connecting hole 24 and inserted into the limiting hole 26 at the end part of the cross bar 25, and the pry bar 13 can only do up-and-down movement and rotation movement under the limiting action of the limiting hole 26. At the moment, the key ring is positioned right below the pry bar 13, and the needle 14 at the bottom of the pry bar 13 can be inserted into a gap of the key ring in the process of moving downwards; after the needle 14 is inserted into the slit, the pry bar 13 is rotated to clamp the wider part of the needle 14 at the slit, so that the slit is rapidly enlarged, and the hole of the key can be connected to the end of the key ring. The pry bar 13 is then removed and the key ring is removed from the slot 12 and the key is slid over the key ring to finally attach the key to the key ring.
The pry bar 13 is cylindrical, so that the pry bar 13 can rotate conveniently; the end part of the pry bar 13 is provided with the flat-plate-shaped handle 29, so that the handle 29 can provide a better acting point when the pry bar 13 rotates, the pry bar 13 can be rotated more easily, the handle 29 can be positioned outside the connecting hole 24 when the pry bar 13 is connected in the connecting hole 24 of the upright 23, the pry bar 13 cannot fall into the connecting hole 24 completely, and the pry bar 13 can be taken out of the connecting hole 24 conveniently.
The cross section of the cross rod 25 is of a rectangular structure, a mounting hole 33 is formed in one end, connected with the upright post 23, of the cross rod 25, the mounting hole 33 is sleeved on the upright post 23, a limiting bolt 34 is arranged at the end portion of the cross rod 25, the end portion of the limiting bolt 34 extends into the mounting hole 33, and the cross rod 25 can be stably fixed on the upright post 23 through the limiting bolt 34.
The base 11 comprises a base body 30, a left top block 31 and a right top block 32, the base body 30 is located below and is a main structure, the left top block 31 and the right top block 32 are adjacently arranged above the base body 30, a jack 15 is formed between the left top block 31 and the base body 30, and a slide hole 18 is formed between the right top block 32 and the base body 30; the socket 12 is formed among the seat 30, the left top block 31 and the right top block 32. Through the structure arrangement, the base 11 is more reasonable in structure, and the arrangement and connection of all parts are more convenient.
The top opening of the slot 12 is a reverse tapered result such that the width of the top opening of the slot 12 is greater than the width of the bottom of the slot. Through the arrangement, the key ring connected in the slot 12 can have a space expanded to the side part when being pried, so that the key ring is convenient to be pried to open a larger gap, and the key is further convenient to connect.
