based on the called message sending interface, sending the message content information after format conversion to a destination terminal;
performing information filtering on the message content information to obtain message content information meeting preset requirements;
and performing qualification verification on the service system accessed to the message platform, and receiving the service system meeting the qualification verification to the message platform to realize the message sending of the service system through the message platform.
