It can be understood that the server may not return any activation-related information to the smart device, and the smart device will send the activation request again after the smart device is powered on next time.

Further, after the server successfully activates the target software in the intelligent device, the information of the current activation event may be locally recorded in the intelligent device, that is, the intelligent device sends an activation request to the server, and then the method further includes: receiving activation event information sent by a server, wherein the activation event information comprises information that the target software is activated; and locally saving the activation event information. Therefore, when the intelligent device is started and connected to the network again, the activation request does not need to be sent again.
For convenience of understanding, referring to fig. 3, taking an intelligent device as an interactive intelligent tablet and taking target software as wireless screen transmission software as an example, the software activation method of the foregoing embodiment is exemplified through an interaction flow of a web front end, a server and the interactive intelligent tablet. It should be noted that the smart device of the present application may also be other devices besides the interactive smart tablet, and the target software may also be other software besides the wireless screen transmission software, and may be set according to actual situations.
As shown in fig. 3, the involved interaction flow is specifically as follows:
and step S21, before the interactive intelligent tablet purchased by the company A is shipped, setting corresponding activated configuration information for the company A through an activated configuration page at the front end of the web. Through the activation configuration page, the user identification 111 of the company A, the identification of all equipment for shipping the company A and the activation number of the company A for the current purchase can be specifically input.
All the device identifiers associated with the company a, namely all the device identifiers associated with the user identifier 111, refer to the device identifiers of all the interactive smart tablets which are shipped for the company a; the activation number purchased by the company a at this time, that is, the activation number newly added by the user identifier 111, refers to the activation number of the software newly purchased by the company a, or the recharge amount, and is one activation number, and is only used for activating the wireless screen transmission software in one interactive smart tablet.
And step S22, the web front end sends the acquired activation configuration information to the server through the network interface.
Step S23, at the server, receiving the activation configuration information sent by the Web front end, and generating user configuration information corresponding to the first company, where the user configuration information includes the number of purchased and unused activations of the first company, that is, the activation allowance corresponding to the user identifier 111.
Because the same user may recharge and purchase the activation number for multiple times, after receiving new activation configuration information sent by the Web front end, the server adds the currently newly added activation number on the basis of the activation allowance corresponding to the same user according to the user identification to update the activation allowance corresponding to the user, so that the activation allowance is used as a basis for whether to activate the wireless screen transmission software in the interactive intelligent tablet of the company A or not subsequently.
Step S24, after the interactive intelligent panel A is shipped to a company A, the interactive intelligent panel A is started up at the company A, whether the wireless screen transmission software is activated or not is firstly detected at one end of the interactive intelligent panel A, if not, the next step is executed, otherwise, the activation process corresponding to the interactive intelligent panel A is finished.
And step S25, detecting whether the tablet switches from the non-access network to the access network at one end of the interactive intelligent tablet A, if so, executing the next step, otherwise, executing the step again according to the set time.
Step S26, the interactive intelligent panel A sends an activation request to the server; the activation request includes the device identifier 00001 of the interactive smart tablet a.
Step S27, at the server side, receiving an activation request of the interactive smart tablet, and according to the stored user configuration information, determining that the interactive smart tablet a corresponds to the user identifier 111 of the company a, which is used as the target user identifier.
Step S28, further, the server queries the stored user configuration information according to the user identifier 111, and can determine whether the corresponding activation allowance of company a is greater than 0, if so, execute the next step, and if not, end the activation process corresponding to the interactive smart tablet a.
In other embodiments, if the server determines that the corresponding activation allowance of the company a is less than or equal to 0, a prompt message that the activation allowance is used up is returned to the interactive smart tablet a.
In some cases, the user is allowed to activate a certain amount of software in advance before the user purchases the activation amount with a value, and at this time, the activation margin corresponding to the user identifier recorded by the server may be less than 0.
Step S29, at the server, the activation margin corresponding to the company a is subtracted by 1 according to the user identifier 111, and the user configuration information corresponding to the company a is updated.
Step S30, recording the current activation event information at the server, wherein the activation event information comprises the activated information of the wireless screen transmission software in the interactive intelligent panel A; an association of this activation event information with the device identification 00001 of the interactive smart tablet a is established. And sending the information of the activation event to the interactive intelligent panel A.
And step S31, receiving the activation event information sent by the server at the side of the interactive intelligent tablet A, and locally storing the activation event information.
And step S32, ending the activation of the wireless screen transmission software in the interactive intelligent tablet A.
It can be understood that other interactive intelligent panels shipped by company a can adopt the activation process corresponding to the interactive intelligent panel a, so as to realize the automatic activation of the startup networking of the wireless screen transfer software in the interactive intelligent panel.
In other embodiments, the activation request sent by the smart device may include a target user identifier, that is, a user identifier preset in the smart device. In this case, step S27 may be adapted, i.e. step S28 is performed directly: the server side inquires stored user configuration information according to a target user identification, determines an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identification, and activates target software in the intelligent equipment if the activation allowance is larger than 0. Therefore, corresponding user identification information needs to be set for the intelligent device in advance before shipment, and activation processing efficiency of the server is further improved.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a software activation method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the web front end 104 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps S41 to S43, specifically as follows:
in step S41, an input event acting on the active configuration page is detected, the input event being used to input active configuration information.
As described above, the web front end 104 can provide an information entry page for the shipper of the intelligent device to input the activation configuration information; as described in the foregoing embodiment, the activation configuration information may include a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier, and an activation number, and the activation number input through the activation configuration page is greater than or equal to 0.
Step S42, acquiring input activation configuration information, where the activation configuration information includes a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier, and an activation number.
In one embodiment, when a user submitting operation event for inputting information in the activation configuration page is detected, the activated configuration information input in the activation configuration page is automatically acquired.
Step S43, sending the activation configuration information to a server to trigger the server to generate user configuration information of a corresponding user according to the activation configuration information, where the user configuration information includes a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier, and an activation margin, and the activation margin is obtained according to a sum of activation numbers associated with the same user identifier.
In an embodiment, the activation configuration information sent to the server may trigger the server to perform the following information processing steps: and obtaining equipment identifications associated with the same user identification according to the activation configuration information, and obtaining activation allowance corresponding to the same user identification according to the sum of the activation number associated with the same user identification, so as to generate and store user configuration information, wherein the user configuration information comprises the user identification, the equipment identification associated with the user identification and the activation allowance.
According to the embodiment, the activation configuration page at the front end of the web is used, the delivery party of the intelligent equipment can manage the activation configuration information of a plurality of users, the activation configuration information can be set for the same user for a plurality of times, only one page operation is involved, the activation configuration can be carried out on a plurality of pieces of intelligent equipment of the user, and compared with the activation of the activation code input when each piece of intelligent equipment is started, the delivery efficiency of the equipment is greatly improved.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a software activation method is provided, which is described by taking the application of the method to the server 106 in fig. 1 as an example, and includes the following steps S51 to S55, specifically as follows:
step S51, receiving the activation configuration information sent by the Web front end; the activation configuration information is obtained according to a detected input event of an activation configuration page acting on the Web front end, and the input event is used for inputting the activation configuration information.
As described in the foregoing embodiment, the activation configuration information may include a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier, and an activation number, and the activation number input through the activation configuration page is greater than or equal to 0.
Step S52, obtaining device identifiers associated with the same user identifier according to the activation configuration information, and obtaining activation margins corresponding to the same user identifier according to the sum of the activation numbers associated with the same user identifier, thereby generating and storing user configuration information.
The user configuration information comprises a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation margin.
The same user may recharge and purchase the activation number for multiple times, so that after receiving the new activation configuration information sent by the Web front end, the server adds the currently newly added activation number to the activation allowance corresponding to the same user according to the user identification on the basis of the activation allowance corresponding to the same user, so as to update the activation allowance corresponding to the user, and use the activation allowance as a basis for whether to activate the target software in the intelligent device of the user subsequently.
Step S53, receiving an activation request sent by an intelligent device, wherein the activation request includes a target device identifier, and the target device identifier is a device identifier of the intelligent device; the activation request is sent after a starting event of the intelligent equipment is detected and the activation state of the target software is detected, and the target software is software to be activated in the intelligent equipment if the target software is detected to be in an inactivated state.
Step S54, inquiring stored user configuration information, and determining a user identifier associated with the target device identifier as a target user identifier; and determining the activation allowance corresponding to the target user identification.
And step S55, if the activation allowance is larger than 0, activating the target software in the intelligent equipment.
In other embodiments, the received activation request sent by the smart device further includes a target user identifier, that is, a user identifier preset in the smart device. In this case, step S54 may be adaptively adjusted to: and the server inquires the stored user configuration information according to the target user identification and determines the activation allowance corresponding to the target user identification. Further, if the activation margin is greater than 0, activating the target software in the intelligent device. Therefore, corresponding user identification information needs to be set for the intelligent device in advance before shipment, and activation processing efficiency of the server is further improved.
In addition, if the server detects that the activation allowance corresponding to the target user identification is less than or equal to 0, the target software in the intelligent device is not activated. In some cases, the server may also send a prompt to the smart device that the activation margin has been used up.
Preferably, in an embodiment, after the server activates the target software in the smart device, the activation margin corresponding to the target user identifier is also decreased by 1, so as to update the activation margin of the corresponding user.
Preferably, in an embodiment, after the server activates the target software in the intelligent device, event information of this activation may be recorded, where the event information of the activation includes information that the target software in the intelligent device has been activated; in addition, an association of the activation event information with a device identification of the smart device may also be established. According to the embodiment, the effectiveness of subsequent activation software is improved. For example, in the subsequent software activation process, before querying stored user configuration information and determining a user identifier associated with the device identifier to be activated as a target user identifier, the server may also query recorded activation event information according to the target device identifier and determine that the target software corresponding to the target device identifier is in an inactivated state; if the activation state is not activated, the activation processing of the above-described steps S54 to S55 is executed; and if the intelligent equipment is in the activated state, activating treatment is not carried out, and an activated prompt message is sent to the intelligent equipment.
It should be understood that for the foregoing method embodiments, although the steps in the flowcharts are shown in order indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow charts of the method embodiments may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
A software activation apparatus is also provided herein based on the same idea as the software activation method in the above-described embodiment.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the software activation device includes: a start detection module 610 and a request sending module 620, each of which is detailed as follows:
the start detection module 610 is configured to detect a start event of the smart device and detect an activation state of target software, where the target software is software to be activated in the smart device;
a request sending module 620, configured to send an activation request to a server if it is detected that the target software is in an inactive state, where the activation request includes a target device identifier and/or a target user identifier, the target device identifier is a device identifier of the intelligent device, and the target user identifier is a user identifier preset in the intelligent device;
if the activation request contains a target user identifier, the activation request is used for triggering a server to inquire stored user configuration information, the activation allowance corresponding to the target user identifier is determined, and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, the target software is activated;
if the activation request contains a target device identifier, the activation request is used for triggering the server to inquire stored user configuration information, determining a user identifier associated with the target device identifier as a target user identifier, determining an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identifier, and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, activating the target software;
the server side stores user configuration information in advance, and the activation configuration information comprises a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation allowance. .
In one embodiment, the request sending module 620 includes: the sending control module is used for sending an activation request to a server through a network if the target software is detected to be in an inactivated state and a network access event of the intelligent equipment is detected; the network access event comprises an event that the intelligent device is not accessed to the network from the accessed network.
In one embodiment, the smart device is an interactive smart tablet.
In one embodiment, the target software is wireless screen transmission software.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the software activation device includes: the input detection module 710, the configuration acquisition module 720, and the configuration sending module 720, each of which is detailed as follows:
an input detection module 710, configured to detect an input event acting on an active configuration page, where the input event is used to input active configuration information;
a configuration obtaining module 720, configured to obtain input activation configuration information, where the activation configuration information includes a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier, and an activation number;
a configuration sending module 730, configured to send the activation configuration information to a server, so as to trigger the server to generate user configuration information of a corresponding user according to the activation configuration information, where the user configuration information includes a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier, and an activation margin, and the activation margin is obtained according to a sum of activation numbers associated with the same user identifier.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the software activation device includes: a configuration receiving module 810, a configuration storing module 820, a request receiving module 830, a first activation processing module 840 and a second activation processing module 850, which are detailed as follows:
a configuration receiving module 810, configured to receive activation configuration information sent by a Web front end; the user configuration information is obtained according to a detected input event of an activation configuration page acting on a Web front end, wherein the input event is used for inputting activation configuration information, and the activation configuration information comprises a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation number;
a configuration storage module 820, configured to generate user configuration information of a corresponding user according to the activation configuration information, where the user configuration information includes a user identifier, an equipment identifier associated with the user identifier, and an activation margin, and the activation margin is obtained according to a sum of activation numbers associated with the same user identifier;
a request receiving module 830, configured to receive an activation request sent by an intelligent device, where the activation request includes a target device identifier and/or a target user identifier, the target device identifier is a device identifier of the intelligent device, and the target user identifier is a user identifier preset in the intelligent device; the activation request is sent after a starting event of the intelligent equipment is detected, and the target software is software to be activated in the intelligent equipment if the activation request is sent after the target software is detected to be in an inactivated state;
a first activation processing module 840, configured to, if the activation request includes a target user identifier, query stored user configuration information, determine an activation margin corresponding to the target user identifier, and activate the target software if the activation margin is greater than 0;
a second activation processing module 850, configured to, if the activation request includes a target device identifier, query stored user configuration information, and determine a user identifier associated with the target device identifier, as a target user identifier; determining an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identification; and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, activating the target software in the intelligent equipment.
In an embodiment, the software activation apparatus further includes: and the margin control module is used for subtracting 1 from the activation margin corresponding to the target user identification after the target software in the intelligent equipment is activated.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, a software activation system includes: the system comprises a Web front end 104, a server 106 and an intelligent device 102, wherein the intelligent device 102 comprises target software to be activated;
the Web front end 104 includes:
the input detection module is used for detecting an input event acting on an activated configuration page, wherein the input event is used for inputting activated configuration information;
the device comprises a configuration acquisition module, a configuration processing module and a configuration processing module, wherein the configuration acquisition module is used for acquiring input activation configuration information, and the activation configuration information comprises a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation number;
the configuration sending module is used for sending the activation configuration information to a server;
the server 106 includes:
the configuration receiving module is used for receiving the activation configuration information sent by the Web front end;
the configuration storage module is used for generating user configuration information corresponding to a user according to the activation configuration information, wherein the user configuration information comprises a user identifier, an equipment identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation allowance, and the activation allowance is obtained according to the sum of the activation numbers associated with the same user identifier;

and the request sending module is used for sending an activation request to the server side if the target software is detected to be in an inactivated state.
For specific limitations of the software activation apparatus and system, reference may be made to the above limitations of the software activation method, which are not described herein again. The various modules in the software activation apparatus and system can be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In addition, in the above exemplary embodiments of the software activation device and the system, the logical division of each program module is only an example, and in practical applications, the above functions may be allocated by different program modules according to needs, for example, due to the configuration requirements of corresponding hardware or the convenience of implementation of software, that is, the internal structure of the software activation device is divided into different program modules to complete all or part of the above described functions.
In one embodiment, a smart device is provided, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 10. The intelligent device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the smart device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the intelligent device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the intelligent device is used for connecting and communicating with an external terminal through a network. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a software activation method. In addition, the intelligent device can further comprise a display screen and an input device, and the display screen of the intelligent device can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen. The input device of the intelligent device can be a touch layer covered on a display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on a shell of the intelligent device, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
In one embodiment, a web front end device is provided, and the internal structure of the web front end device may be as shown in fig. 11. The web front-end device comprises a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen and an input device which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the web front end device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the web front-end device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the web front-end device is used for communicating with the server through network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a software activation method. The display screen of the web front-end equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and an activation configuration page can be displayed through the display screen; the input device of the web front-end equipment can be a touch layer covered on a display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on a shell of the web front-end equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
In one embodiment, a server device is provided, and an internal structure diagram of the server device may be as shown in fig. 12. The server device comprises a processor, a memory, a network interface and a database which are connected through a system bus. Wherein, the processor of the server device is used for providing calculation and control capability. The memory of the server-side equipment comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the server-side device is used for storing user configuration information of the intelligent device. The network interface of the server-side equipment is used for being connected and communicated with external intelligent equipment and the web front-end equipment through a network. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a software activation method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configurations shown in fig. 10-12 are only block diagrams of some configurations relevant to the present disclosure, and do not constitute a limitation on the computing devices to which the present disclosure may be applied, and a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a smart device is provided, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the method of the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2.
In other embodiments, the processor, when executing the computer program, also performs the steps of the other software activation methods described above as being suitable for use on the smart device side.
In one embodiment, a web front end device is provided, which includes a display capable of displaying an activation configuration page, a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method of the corresponding embodiment of fig. 4 described above when executing the program.
In other embodiments, the processor, when executing the computer program, also performs the steps of other software activation methods described above as applicable to the web front end side.
In one embodiment, a server device is provided, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the method of the corresponding embodiment in fig. 5.
In other embodiments, the processor, when executing the computer program, also performs the steps of the other software activation methods described above for the server side.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the software activation method of any of the above embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features. Claims (20)

1. A method of activating software, comprising:
detecting a starting event of the intelligent equipment, and detecting the activation state of target software; the intelligent equipment is pre-loaded with the target software before shipment;
if the target software is detected to be in an inactivated state, sending an activation request to a server, wherein the activation request comprises a target device identifier and/or a target user identifier, the target device identifier is a device identifier of the intelligent device, and the target user identifier is a user identifier of a goods receiving user preset in the intelligent device before shipment of the intelligent device;
if the activation request contains a target user identifier, the activation request is used for triggering a server to inquire stored user configuration information, the activation allowance corresponding to the target user identifier is determined, and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, the target software is activated;

the server side stores user configuration information in advance, wherein the user configuration information comprises a user identifier, an equipment identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation allowance; and the user identification, the equipment identification associated with the user identification and the activation allowance are configured and sent to the server side by the delivery side of the intelligent equipment through the Web front end.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the activation request to the server comprises:
detecting a network access event of the intelligent equipment, and sending an activation request to a server through a network;
the network access event comprises an event that the intelligent device is not accessed to the network from the accessed network.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the activation request to the server further comprises:
receiving activation event information sent by a server, wherein the activation event information comprises information that the target software is activated;
and locally saving the activation event information.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the intelligent equipment is an interactive intelligent panel;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the target software is wireless screen transmission software.
5. A method of activating software, comprising:
detecting an input event of an activation configuration page acting on a Web front end, wherein the input event is used for a delivery party of the intelligent equipment to input activation configuration information;
acquiring input activation configuration information, wherein the activation configuration information comprises a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation number; the user identification is the user identification of the goods receiver user of the intelligent equipment;
sending the activation configuration information to a server to trigger the server to generate user configuration information of a corresponding user according to the activation configuration information, wherein the user configuration information comprises a user identifier, an equipment identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation allowance, and the activation allowance is obtained according to the sum of activation numbers associated with the same user identifier; the user configuration information is used for enabling the server to receive an activation request sent by the intelligent device, wherein the activation request comprises a target device identifier and/or a target user identifier, the target device identifier is a device identifier of the intelligent device, and the target user identifier is a user identifier of a goods receiving user preset in the intelligent device before the intelligent device is delivered; the activation request is sent after a starting event of the intelligent equipment is detected, and the target software is software to be activated in the intelligent equipment if the activation request is sent after the target software is detected to be in an inactivated state; the intelligent equipment is pre-loaded with the target software before shipment; if the activation request contains a target user identifier, inquiring stored user configuration information, determining an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identifier, and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, activating the target software; if the activation request contains a target equipment identifier, inquiring stored user configuration information, and determining a user identifier associated with the target equipment identifier as a target user identifier; determining an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identification; and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, activating the target software in the intelligent equipment.
6. A software activation method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving activation configuration information sent by a delivery party of the intelligent equipment through a Web front end; the activation configuration information is obtained according to a detected input event of an activation configuration page acting on a Web front end, wherein the input event is used for inputting activation configuration information, and the activation configuration information comprises a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation number;
generating user configuration information of a corresponding user according to the activation configuration information, wherein the user configuration information comprises a user identifier, an equipment identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation allowance, and the activation allowance is obtained according to the sum of the activation number associated with the same user identifier;
receiving an activation request sent by intelligent equipment, wherein the activation request comprises a target equipment identifier and/or a target user identifier, the target equipment identifier is an equipment identifier of the intelligent equipment, and the target user identifier is a user identifier of a receiver user preset in the intelligent equipment before shipment of the intelligent equipment; the activation request is sent after a starting event of the intelligent equipment is detected and the activation state of the target software is detected, and if the target software is detected to be in an inactivated state; the intelligent equipment is pre-loaded with the target software before shipment;
if the activation request contains a target user identifier, inquiring stored user configuration information, determining an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identifier, and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, activating the target software;
if the activation request contains a target equipment identifier, inquiring stored user configuration information, and determining a user identifier associated with the target equipment identifier as a target user identifier; determining an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identification; and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, activating the target software in the intelligent equipment.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the activating the target software in the smart device is further followed by:
and subtracting 1 from the activation allowance corresponding to the target user identification.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the activating the target software in the smart device is further followed by:
recording the current activation event information, wherein the activation event information comprises the activated information of the target software in the intelligent equipment;
and establishing association between the activation event information and the equipment identification of the intelligent equipment.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the querying stored user configuration information to determine a user identifier associated with the target device identifier as a target user identifier further comprises:
and querying the recorded activation event information according to the target equipment identifier, and determining that the target software corresponding to the target equipment identifier is in an inactivated state.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein querying the recorded activation event information based on the target device identification further comprises:
and if the target software corresponding to the target equipment identifier is determined to be in the activated state, sending an activated prompt message to the intelligent equipment.
11. A software activation apparatus, comprising:
the starting detection module is used for detecting a starting event of the intelligent equipment and detecting the activation state of the target software; the intelligent equipment is pre-loaded with the target software before shipment;
the request sending module is used for sending an activation request to a server if the target software is detected to be in an inactivated state, wherein the activation request comprises a target device identifier and/or a target user identifier, the target device identifier is a device identifier of the intelligent device, and the target user identifier is a user identifier of a goods receiving user which is preset in the intelligent device before shipment of the intelligent device;
if the activation request contains a target user identifier, the activation request is used for triggering a server to inquire stored user configuration information, the activation allowance corresponding to the target user identifier is determined, and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, the target software is activated;
if the activation request contains a target device identifier, the activation request is used for triggering the server to inquire stored user configuration information, determining a user identifier associated with the target device identifier as a target user identifier, determining an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identifier, and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, activating the target software;
the server side stores user configuration information in advance, wherein the user configuration information comprises a user identifier, an equipment identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation allowance; and the user identification, the equipment identification associated with the user identification and the activation allowance are configured and sent to the server side by the delivery side of the intelligent equipment through the Web front end.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the request sending module comprises:
the sending control module is used for sending an activation request to a server through a network if the target software is detected to be in an inactivated state and a network access event of the intelligent equipment is detected; the network access event comprises an event that the intelligent device is not accessed to the network from the accessed network.
13. A software activation apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an input detection module, a configuration processing module and a configuration processing module, wherein the input detection module is used for detecting an input event of an activation configuration page acting on a Web front end, and the input event is used for inputting activation configuration information by a delivery party of the intelligent equipment;
the device comprises a configuration acquisition module, a configuration processing module and a configuration processing module, wherein the configuration acquisition module is used for acquiring input activation configuration information, and the activation configuration information comprises a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation number; the user identification is the user identification of the goods receiver user of the intelligent equipment;
a configuration sending module, configured to send the activation configuration information to a server to trigger the server to generate user configuration information of a corresponding user according to the activation configuration information, where the user configuration information includes a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier, and an activation margin, and the activation margin is obtained according to a sum of activation numbers associated with the same user identifier; the user configuration information is used for enabling the server to receive an activation request sent by the intelligent device, wherein the activation request comprises a target device identifier and/or a target user identifier, the target device identifier is a device identifier of the intelligent device, and the target user identifier is a user identifier of a goods receiving user preset in the intelligent device before shipment of the intelligent device; the activation request is sent after a starting event of the intelligent equipment is detected and the activation state of the target software is detected, and if the target software is detected to be in an inactivated state; the intelligent equipment is pre-loaded with the target software before shipment; if the activation request contains a target user identifier, inquiring stored user configuration information, determining an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identifier, and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, activating the target software; if the activation request contains a target equipment identifier, inquiring stored user configuration information, and determining a user identifier associated with the target equipment identifier as a target user identifier; determining an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identification; and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, activating the target software in the intelligent equipment.
14. A software activation device, applied to a server, includes:
the configuration receiving module is used for receiving activation configuration information sent by a delivery party of the intelligent equipment through a Web front end; the activation configuration information is obtained according to a detected input event of an activation configuration page acting on a Web front end, wherein the input event is used for inputting activation configuration information, and the activation configuration information comprises a user identifier, a device identifier associated with the user identifier and an activation number;

the system comprises a request receiving module, a storage module and a processing module, wherein the request receiving module is used for receiving an activation request sent by the intelligent equipment, the activation request comprises a target equipment identifier and/or a target user identifier, the target equipment identifier is an equipment identifier of the intelligent equipment, and the target user identifier is a user identifier of a goods receiver user preset in the intelligent equipment before shipment of the intelligent equipment; the activation request is sent after a starting event of the intelligent equipment is detected and the activation state of the target software is detected, and if the target software is detected to be in an inactivated state; the intelligent equipment is pre-loaded with the target software before shipment;
the first activation processing module is used for inquiring stored user configuration information if the activation request contains a target user identifier, determining an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identifier, and activating the target software if the activation allowance is larger than 0;
the second activation processing module is used for inquiring the stored user configuration information if the activation request contains a target device identifier, and determining a user identifier associated with the target device identifier as a target user identifier; determining an activation allowance corresponding to the target user identification; and if the activation allowance is larger than 0, activating the target software in the intelligent equipment.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, further comprising:
and the margin control module is used for subtracting 1 from the activation margin corresponding to the target user identification after the target software in the intelligent equipment is activated.
