Abstract
The invention provides an air outlet orifice plate and an air conditioner. The air outlet hole plate comprises a plate body (1) and a hole structure arranged on the plate body (1), wherein the hole structure comprises a through hole (2) and a blind hole (3), the blind hole (3) is arranged on a leeward side (4) of the plate body (1) and is positioned at the edge of at least one side of the leeward side (4). According to the air outlet orifice plate, the structure of the air outlet orifice plate can be improved, a cold cavity is avoided, and meanwhile, the appearance of the air conditioner is guaranteed.

In general, when the edge structure of the air-out orifice plate and the decorative plate 6 is a linear structure, the overlapped area of the air-out orifice plate and the decorative plate 6 is a rectangular area, so that the blind holes 3 can be arranged in the rectangular frame area of the first side edge and the second side edge, the accuracy of the arrangement positions of the blind holes 3 is ensured, meanwhile, the blind holes 3 and the through holes 2 are conveniently distinguished, the blind holes 3 and the through holes 2 are conveniently processed, and the processing difficulty is reduced.
On the lee side 4 of the plate body 1, the through holes 2 are separated into at least two areas by a curved spacing band 5. The through holes 2 are spaced through the curve type spacing belts 5, so that on one hand, the structural strength of the air outlet plate can be enhanced through the spacing belts, and on the other hand, the air outlet plate can be in a specific shape on the windward side, the diversity of the appearance of the air outlet plate is improved, and the ornamental value of the air outlet plate is better.
The blind holes 3 on the first side and the second side of the plate body 1 are sequentially provided with a plurality of spacing belts 5, the spacing belts 5 can be arranged between the blind holes 3 and the through holes 2 and also can be arranged between the through holes 2, two adjacent spacing belts 5 are mutually symmetrical, symmetrical curve shapes can be shown on the appearance surface of the plate body 1, the structure is more graceful, and the structural strength is better.
Preferably, the spacer tape 5 is sinusoidal, but may also take on other continuous or discontinuous curves or other shapes, such as diamond, circular, etc.
The blind hole 3 is formed by gluing or sticking colloid on the windward side of the through hole 2; or, the blind hole 3 is directly processed by the plate body 1, and the blind hole 3 can be conveniently formed in a preset area instead of the through hole 2, so that the windward side of the area is sealed, and the leeward side still presents a hole structure, thereby ensuring the integrity of the appearance structure.
