See fig. 1-13.
The present embodiment provides a mounting fitting 100 that can be used to enable a screen to be secured to a window (window frame) in a nail-free manner.
The mounting fitting 100 is used for assembly between a lateral frame 602 and a longitudinal frame 601 of an aluminium alloy screen. For a square screen frame (having two opposing lateral frames 602 and two opposing longitudinal frames 601), the mounting fitting 100 is attached at the four corners of the screen frame, i.e. at the junctions of the longitudinal frames 601, 602.
The mounting accessory 100 includes a first connector assembly 102 and a second connector 101, which may be permanently connected together. Or in other examples, the first connection assembly 102 and the second connection 101 are detachably connected. The two parts are independent, namely, the two parts can exist independently and can be matched with each other when in use. Both are manufactured separately and recombined at the time of use. In this way, if either one of the two is damaged, continued use of the mounting fitting 100 can be achieved by replacing the damaged component. In this embodiment, the first connecting member 102 and the second connecting member 101 are detachably connected and independently provided.
In the case where the first connection member 102 and the second connection member 101 are movably connected, as a preferred modification, the mounting fitting 100 defines a length adjustment direction; in the length adjustment direction, the first connection assembly 102 and the second connection member 101 can be selectively moved toward each other or moved away from each other.
The first connection assembly 102 is configured to be coupled to the lateral frame 602. More specifically, one end of the first connection member 102 is coupled to the lateral plate frame, and the other end of the first connection member 102 is engaged with the second connection member 101. The first connecting assembly 102 includes a connecting portion 201 connected to the lateral frame 602, and an adjusting portion 202 mated with the connecting portion 201, where the connecting portion 201 is fixedly connected to the adjusting portion 202.
Based on the structure of the first connecting component 102, it is combined with the transverse frame 602 through the connecting portion 201, and is matched with the second connecting piece 101 through the adjusting portion 202.
The connection portion 201 may have a suitable matching structure according to the structure of the lateral frame 602. Typically, the screen window frame is a section bar such as plastic steel, aluminum alloy, etc., and the connection portion 201 is configured to cooperate with the section bar according to the end face structure of the section bar so as to be capable of being embedded into the cavity of the section bar. In this embodiment, the connection portion 201 has a Z-shaped pendant 1021, a U-shaped pendant 1023, and an L-shaped pendant 1022. The three members of the Z-shaped pendant 1021, the U-shaped pendant 1023 and the L-shaped pendant 1022 are connected in a matching manner.
The structure of the connection portion 201 is explained in detail below.
The Z-shaped pendant 1021 includes a first arm 10211, a second arm 10213, and a third arm 10213 connected in sequence. The U-shaped pendant 1023 includes a first arm 10231, a second arm 10232, and a third arm 10232 connected in sequence. The L-shaped hanger 1022 includes a first rod, a second rod connected in sequence.
The U-shaped hanger 1023 is coupled to the L-shaped hanger 1022 in a surface contact manner. Specifically, first arm 10231 is coupled to a first lever and second arm is coupled to a lever. The first arm 10211 of the Z-shaped pendant 1021 is coupled to the first arm 10231.
The components in the connecting portion 201 may be integrally connected by bonding and bolting, or the connecting portion 201 may be an integrally formed member. In practice, due to the complexity and miniaturization of the structure of the connection 201, it will be advantageous to manufacture it in a combined and split assembly, and it will be possible to achieve a continuous use of the connection 201 by appropriate replacement of the components in case of damage.
In the present embodiment, the first rod of the L-shaped hanger 1022 is provided with a through hole; the first arm 10231 and the third arm 10232 of the U-shaped pendant 1023 have through holes; the first arm 10211 of the Z-shaped pendant 1021 is provided with a through hole. The through holes of the three parts are connected by common bolts. Further, the end of the bolt is limited by welding the clip, so that the bolt is prevented from falling off, and the components of the integrally assembled connecting portion 201 are prevented from being scattered.
In the connection portion 201 of the above structure, the Z-shaped hanger 1021 is in contact with the lateral frame 602. The second arm and the third arm 10213 of the Z-shaped pendant 1021 form a reserved space, and can be used for clamping other components, such as a window frame of an original window.
The adjusting portion 202 of the connecting portion 201 is a portion capable of being mated with the second connector 101, and its specific structure can be adjusted according to the structure of the second connector 101. As described above, the distance between the second connection member 101 and the adjustment portion 202 of the first connection assembly 102 can be adjusted by the relative movement in the state of maintaining the connection.
In one example, the adjustment portion 202 is connected to the second connector 101 by a bolt. That is, the adjustment portion 202 and the second connector 101 are each provided with a plurality of screw holes having the same inner diameter. The adjustment part 202 is connected with the second connecting piece 101 through bolts, and when the distance between the adjustment part and the second connecting piece needs to be adjusted, the adjustment part can be realized by changing the connection of the bolts in different screw holes. Since the two parts need to be connected in a connection-maintaining manner and capable of adjusting the distance, the second connecting part 101 can be provided with a sliding groove, the adjusting part 202 can be provided with a convex column matched with the sliding groove, and the two parts can be slidably embedded with each other.
In this embodiment, the mounting fitting 100 also has a stop. When the adjustment portion 202 and the second connecting member 101 move closer to each other, the stopper can be shortened restrictively to limit the distance of the move closer to each other.
As an example, the stopper is a spring, the adjusting portion 202 has a stopper post 2021 that can penetrate and push the spring to shorten, and the second connector 101 has a stopper hole 1012. The spring can be inserted into the limiting hole 1012 partially or entirely by the telescopic movement of the spring, which is regulated by the movement of the regulating portion 202 and the second connecting member 101 away from each other and toward each other.
The adjustment portion 202 has a stopper 2021, and the second connector 101 has a stopper hole 1012. The stop posts 2021 can extend into the stop holes 1012. In order to limit the detachment of the stopper 2021 from the stopper hole 1012, the second connector 101 and the adjusting portion 202 of the first connector assembly 102 are modified by a structure of being fastened to each other. For example, the adjustment portion 202 of the first connection assembly 102 is provided with first spacing teeth. The second connector 101 has second spacing teeth 1013 that mate with the first spacing teeth. When the adjusting portion 202 and the second connecting member 101 move away from each other, the first limiting tooth and the second limiting tooth 1013 can abut against each other to limit the distance of the movement away from each other.
Preferably, the first spacing teeth and the second spacing teeth 1013 are both inclined structures.
More preferably, the surfaces of the first spacing teeth and the second spacing teeth 1013 that contact each other are rough surfaces formed by the protruding portions. The first and second spacing teeth 1013, which are in rough surface contact, can prevent the first and second connection members 102 and 101 from sliding each other and leaning.
Further, the protruding portion is a triangular cone structure.
In the present embodiment, the second connecting piece 101 movably connected to the first connecting unit 102 by being fitted to the adjusting portion 202 is an integrally formed member having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped structure, and a boss 1011 is provided at one end face thereof in a protruding manner for use in mounting a screen. The boss 1011 may be in the same plane as the aforementioned second limiting teeth 1013 of the second connector 101.
In the second connection member 101 having a rectangular parallelepiped structure, the stopper holes 1012 provided thereto as described above may be arranged in the length direction.
The second connection member 101 is configured to be coupled to the longitudinal frame 601, and a distance between the second connection member 101 and the adjustment portion 202 can be adjusted by a relative movement in a state of maintaining the connection.
Further, as an alternative to use of another component compatible with the mounting fitting 100, an assembly fitting is also provided in this embodiment.
Based on the above mounting fitting 100, in the present embodiment, a screen window (see fig. 7 to 10) is proposed, which includes a frame (window frame), the mounting fitting 100. The frames are connected by mounting fittings 100. The rims of the aluminum alloy profiles are combined by nesting and corner fitting 501, and the assembly fittings and the installation fittings 100 are arranged on the four pipes so as to be matched with the window frame. As shown in fig. 10, the area defined by the frame of the screen is divided into three parts by two middle frames, wherein the upper and lower parts are diamond yarns 601, and the middle part is diamond yarns 601 and a movable fan 600. The movable fan 600 can move left and right.
The screen window is fixed on a window of a user through the nail-free mounting accessory. The diamond gauze has good mosquito-proof performance and safety performance. The movable fan slides left and right, so that the user window handle can be avoided, and the opening and closing of the window are not affected. The product has excellent physical performance, beautiful and elegant appearance, rich colors and strong decorative performance.
