Abstract
The invention discloses a long-piece vortex spinning segment color yarn and a spinning method thereof, wherein the vortex spinning segment color yarn consists of a main color yarn and an auxiliary color yarn; the auxiliary color yarns are radially distributed along the longitudinal direction of the main body yarn, the length of the auxiliary color yarns is 300-2000 CM, the distance between the auxiliary color yarns and the main color yarns is 500-20000 CM, and one or more auxiliary color yarns can be simultaneously present in the main color yarns. The long-piece vortex spinning segment color yarn is a special internal structure yarn without twisting direction, the yarn is composed of a core fiber and a wrapping fiber in a double structure, wherein the core fiber is arranged in parallel, and under the action of rotating airflow in vortex spinning equipment, a tail end fiber is wrapped and wound on the core fiber to form the wrapping fiber. The long-segment colored yarn produced by the method has the advantages of less hairiness, long colored segment, high efficiency and the like, and is not possessed by the traditional spinning method.

Background
The yarn produced by the vortex spinning frame and the yarn produced by the ring spinning frame have essential difference in structure, and the difference in structure of the yarns causes the difference in performance, appearance and the like of the yarns.
The ring spinning is non-open end spinning, the roving is drafted into required fiber strips in a drafting system, and the required fiber strips are twisted and wound by a steel collar and a steel wire ring to form the ring spinning yarn. The vortex spinning is free end spinning, the sliver is directly drafted in a drafting system, the drafted parallel fiber bundle is sucked into a nozzle under the action of negative pressure, and under the action of rotating airflow, the tail end fiber is wrapped and wound on the core fiber to form the vortex spun yarn wrapping the fiber.
The ring spinning yarn has low production speed, more and long hairiness, but various yarn styles; the vortex spun yarns have high production efficiency and almost zero harmful hairiness, but the limitation of a spinning frame causes less yarns with special appearance styles, and the market of long-section colorful vortex spun yarns is blank at present.

The invention aims to provide a long-piece section vortex spinning section color yarn and a spinning method thereof, which combine a colorful drawing frame device with a vortex spinning frame for production, solve the defect that the vortex spinning frame can only produce common yarns, produce products required by the market and bring benefits for enterprises.

(2) The main color yarn sliver 9 is drafted along the advancing direction under the control of a servo motor of the main color yarn sliver under the guidance of a control rod 5 and a guide bar baffle 4 through an overhead guide bar roller 7;
(3) the auxiliary color yarn sliver 10 passes through the sliver guide 8, and is discontinuously fed in the sliver guide roller 11 and the three groups of decorating yarn sliver feeding rollers 6 at different frequencies by the auxiliary color yarn sliver servo motor;
(4) the auxiliary color yarn cotton sliver and the main color yarn cotton sliver are effectively combined along the advancing direction under the interaction of the guide bar baffle 4 and the control rod 5;
(5) under the action of the headstock internal drafting roller 3 and the headstock internal feeding roller 2, the colorful cotton sliver 1 with various different color sections is finally obtained;
and directly sending the obtained colorful cotton slivers to an eddy spinning process for production, and finally obtaining the long-segment colorful eddy spinning.
The production technical scheme of the long-segment colorful vortex spun yarn is as follows:
