In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a vacuum coating decoration process for a faucet comprises the following steps:
(1) carrying out rough treatment on the surface of the faucet blank, removing oil and cleaning;
(2) spraying a layer of primer on the surface of the faucet blank subjected to surface treatment, and curing;
(3) forming a metal coating decorative layer on the surface of the faucet primer through vacuum plating;
(4) and (4) spraying a transparent nano coating on the surface of the metal coating decorative layer obtained in the step (3), and performing heat treatment to obtain a finished product. The invention provides a faucet vacuum coating decoration process, wherein after a faucet blank is subjected to surface treatment and primer spraying, the surface of the faucet blank is decorated in a vacuum evaporation coating mode to obtain a metal coating decoration layer with richer and more diverse decoration colors and full dazzling colors; compared with the existing decoration modes of electroplating and baking finish, the decoration color of the invention is rich and full, and the environment-friendly advantage of the decoration mode of vacuum vapor deposition film is higher than that of electroplating; in order to enhance the wear resistance of the metal coating decorative layer formed by the vacuum evaporation coating, the surface of the metal coating decorative layer is further sprayed with finish paint and polished, and then a transparent nano coating with good hardness and wear resistance is further sprayed, so that a more effective protective layer is formed after heat treatment, the surface pencil hardness can reach 3-4H and is higher than that of other spraying faucet products such as baking finish, the hardness is higher than that of other spraying faucet products such as baking finish, the surface hardness and wear resistance are greatly improved, the color development effect of the metal coating decorative layer can be promoted, a better refraction and reflection light effect is formed, and the decoration color is more full and bright.
Further, in the vacuum plating, the faucet blank sprayed with the primer is placed in vacuum plating equipment, low-melting-point metals such as aluminum, tin, indium or indium-tin alloy and the like are evaporated by resistance heating in a vacuum environment, and the evaporated metals are deposited on the surface of the primer of the faucet to form a metal plated decorative layer. The colors of 24K gold, rose gold, powder gold, antique gold and the like which cannot be manufactured by the existing electroplating and baking finish decoration mode can be formed in a vacuum evaporation coating mode, so that the color of the metal coating decoration layer is greatly enhanced, and the metal coating decoration layer has the advantages of rich decoration, dazzling color texture, increased design materials and space of designers, energy conservation and environmental protection;
meanwhile, the transparent nano coating is further coated on the surface of the metal coating decorative layer formed by vacuum evaporation, so that a hard protective film layer can be formed by curing, the hardness and the wear resistance of the surface are improved, the metal coating is prevented from being damaged, and the transparent nano coating can also penetrate into the metal coating decorative layer, namely the metal coating, so that the color development of the metal coating decorative layer is effectively adjusted and promoted, a more uniform refraction and reflection light effect is formed, and the color of the metal coating is brighter; meanwhile, the transparent nano coating can be utilized to finely adjust the color of the metal coating so as to obtain richer decorative colors, for example, if the colors such as gold powder, rose gold and the like need to be modulated, water system color concentrates of 0.001-0.01% can be added into the transparent nano coating, so that the color concentrates can uniformly permeate into the metal coating along with the transparent nano coating, a more accurate and effective color modulation effect is achieved, an effective color-moistening effect is formed, the color is more saturated and bright, the operation is simple, the controllability is high, and the decorative color of the faucet is more colorful.
Further, the purity of the metal is set to 99.80%, 99.93%, or 99.98%; the vacuum degree of the vacuum environment is set as1.3×10-2~1.3×10-3Pa, setting the vacuum plating treatment time to be 5-15 min.
