本发明公开了一种耐候钢圆柱头焊钉,其钉体和钉头的化学成分百分比为C:≤0.14,Si:0.15~0.50,Mn:1.00~1.50,S:≤0.005,P:≤0.020,Cr:0.40~0.70,Ni:0.30~0.40,Cu:0.25~0.50,Nb:0.010~0.100,V:0.010~0.100,Ti:0.006~0.030,Al:0.015~0.050,余量为Fe及附带的杂质;耐大气腐蚀性指数I≥6.0。本发明所述的耐候钢圆柱头焊钉耐候性良好,满足机械性能要求,焊接性良好,为材质为耐候钢的钢结构和钢桥梁制造提供了配套的圆柱头焊钉,对促进耐候钢结构的发展具有较重要的作用。

Description

一种耐候钢圆柱头焊钉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊钉,尤其是一种耐候钢圆柱头焊钉。
背景技术
螺柱焊广泛应用于钢结构、钢桥、钢塔等各类结构的抗剪、预埋和锚固件制造等作业中,其中应用最多的是圆柱头焊钉。采用螺柱焊焊接圆柱头焊钉,其工艺具有快速、可靠、操作简便等优点,同时大幅度降低了工人的劳动强度。现有技术标准《电弧螺柱焊用圆柱头焊钉》GB/T10433-2002中对焊钉材料和机械性能进行规定,材质为ML15或ML15AL,其化学成分符合《冷镦和挤压钢》GB/T6478-2001的规定。然而,冷镦和挤压钢的成分除了C、Si、 Mn、P、S、Al、Fe和附带的杂质外不含有其他合金元素,不具有耐候性,因此采用冷镦和挤压钢ML15或ML15AL制作的圆柱头焊钉与耐候钢板焊接时,焊缝中耐候钢板熔化的合金元素被稀释,造成焊缝耐候性降低,存在一定问题。
国家知识产权局于2013年12月18日公告的实用新型专利 ZL201320379320.3,公开一种高效能的圆柱头焊钉,但仅仅是对钉体结构的优化,使焊钉结构更为紧凑,提高焊钉的使用性能,并没有从耐候钢圆柱头焊钉的化学成分及制造方法等方面进行优化考虑。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种耐候性良好,同时满足机械性能要求的耐候钢圆柱头焊钉。
一种耐候钢圆柱头焊钉,其钉体和钉头的化学成分百分比为C:≤0.14, Si:0.15~0.50,Mn:1.00~1.50,S:≤0.005,P:≤0.020,Cr:0.40~ 0.70,Ni:0.30~0.40,Cu:0.25~0.50,Nb:0.010~0.100,V:0.010~ 0.100,Ti:0.006~0.030,Al:0.015~0.050,余量为Fe及附带的杂质;耐大气腐蚀性指数I≥6.0。
优选的,耐候钢圆柱头焊钉公称直径为10-25mm,除引弧结全部采用耐候钢。
优选的,所述引弧结采用纯铝丝制造,镶嵌于钉体的端部。
优选的,耐候钢圆柱头焊钉采用冷拔、冷镦和热处理工艺加工而成,具体制作流程包括以下步骤:1.将耐候钢盘圆冷拔至所需焊钉直径;2.根据所需焊钉长度进行剪切;3.对剪切好的焊钉进行冷镦,冷镦出焊钉钉头的尺寸; 4.对圆柱头焊钉进行550~600℃回火热处理,降低冷拔强度;5.在钉体前端镶嵌纯铝丝制成的引弧结。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的耐候钢圆柱头焊钉耐候性良好,满足机械性能要求,焊接性良好,为材质为耐候钢的钢结构和钢桥梁制造提供了配套的圆柱头焊钉,对促进耐候钢结构的发展具有较重要的作用。

下面结合附图对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种耐候钢圆柱头焊钉,其钉体和钉头的化学成分百分比为C:≤0.14, Si:0.15~0.50,Mn:1.00~1.50,S:≤0.005,P:≤0.020,Cr:0.40~ 0.70,Ni:0.30~0.40,Cu:0.25~0.50,Nb:0.010~0.100,V:0.010~ 0.100,Ti:0.006~0.030,Al:0.015~0.050,余量为Fe及附带的杂质;耐大气腐蚀性指数I≥6.0。
表1给出了钉体和钉头的化学成分百分比的三个具体实施例,并且依照此三个具体实施例制成的耐候钢圆柱头焊钉的力学性能列于表2。

耐候钢圆柱头焊钉公称直径为10-25mm,除引弧结全部采用耐候钢,引弧结采用纯铝丝制造,镶嵌于钉体的端部,如图1所示。
耐候钢圆柱头焊钉采用冷拔、冷镦和热处理工艺加工而成,具体制作流程包括以下步骤:1.将耐候钢盘圆冷拔至所需焊钉直径;2.根据所需焊钉长度进行剪切;3.对剪切好的焊钉进行冷镦,冷镦出焊钉钉头的尺寸;4.由于耐候钢圆柱头焊钉的成分较传统的焊钉增加了Cr、Ni、Cu等耐候性元素,冷拔后的焊钉强度偏高,焊接性变差,为了有效控制耐候钢圆柱头焊钉的强度,需要对圆柱头焊钉进行550~600℃回火热处理,降低冷拔强度,从而有效改善焊钉的焊接性能;5.在钉体前端镶嵌纯铝丝制成的引弧结。
最后,还需要注意的是,以上列举仅是本发明一个具体实施例。显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种耐候钢圆柱头焊钉,其特征在于,其钉体和钉头的化学成分百分比为C:≤0.14,Si:0.15~0.50,Mn:1.00~1.50,S:≤0.005,P:≤0.020,Cr:0.40~0.70,Ni:0.30~0.40,Cu:0.25~0.50,Nb:0.010~0.100,V:0.010~0.100,Ti:0.006~0.030,Al:0.015~0.050,余量为Fe及附带的杂质;耐大气腐蚀性指数I≥6.0。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐候钢圆柱头焊钉,其特征在于,其公称直径为10-25mm,除引弧结全部采用耐候钢。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐候钢圆柱头焊钉,其特征在于,所述引弧结采用纯铝丝制造,镶嵌于钉体的端部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐候钢圆柱头焊钉,其特征在于,采用冷拔、冷镦和热处理工艺加工而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐候钢圆柱头焊钉,其特征在于,其制作流程包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将耐候钢盘圆冷拔至所需焊钉直径;
步骤2:根据所需焊钉长度进行剪切;
步骤3:对剪切好的焊钉进行冷镦,冷镦出焊钉钉头的尺寸;
步骤4:对圆柱头焊钉进行550~600℃回火热处理,降低冷拔强度;
步骤5:在钉体前端镶嵌纯铝丝制成的引弧结。
