Abstract
The invention provides a bottle label and a bottle label pasting method, wherein a non-adhesive area and an adhesive area are arranged on a bottle label fixing surface, the non-adhesive area corresponds to the positions of reinforcing rib grooves on the surface of a filling bottle when the bottle label is pasted on the filling bottle, and the adhesive area corresponds to the positions of protrusions between the reinforcing rib grooves on the surface of the filling bottle when the bottle label is pasted on the filling bottle. The pasting method is that a non-adhesive area and an adhesive area with adhesive are arranged on the fixing surface of the bottle label and the bottle body, the position of the non-adhesive area corresponds to the position of the reinforcing rib groove on the surface of the filling bottle when the bottle label is pasted on the filling bottle, and the adhesive area corresponds to the protruding position between the reinforcing rib grooves on the surface of the filling bottle when the bottle label is pasted on the filling bottle, so that the pasting of the bottle label is completed. The bottle label and the pasting method provided by the invention have the advantages that the surface of the bottle label is smooth and is not easy to deform, and the appearance is attractive without influencing the information on the bottle label.

Technical Field

Background
The filling bottle is widely applied to the life of people and is usually used for containing liquid, especially beverage such as soda water, milk, wine, fruit juice, water, and auxiliary flavoring, oil, medicine, bath lotion, ink, wine bottle, perfume bottle, pickle bottle, can bottle, honey bottle, infusion bottle, coffee bottle, health care bottle and the like. The filling bottles are mostly made of materials which are not easy to leak, such as ceramics, glass, plastics or metals. In particular, plastic bottles are widely used in the characteristics of uneasy breaking, low cost, high transparency, food grade raw materials, etc. The plastic bottle is usually provided with the reinforcing ribs, so that the strength and the rigidity of the product are enhanced under the condition that the wall thickness of the plastic bottle is not increased, the use amount of plastic is controlled, and the cost is reduced; the distortion and deformation of the bottle body caused by uneven stress due to the wall thickness difference of the manufactured bottle are restrained; the bottle body is beautiful. Around the surface of the body of the filling bottle, a trademark sticking film is often stuck for describing information of the commodity. The invention provides a method for sticking bottle labels on the surface of a filling bottle, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: setting a bottle label, wherein one side of the bottle label is a bottle label mark surface, and the other side surface is an adhesive surface;
step 2: coating a plurality of coatings on the adhesive surface of the bottle label to form a plurality of adhesive-free areas, wherein the surfaces of the coatings are not adhesive, and the positions of the coatings correspond to the positions of the reinforcing rib grooves on the surfaces of the filling bottles when the bottle label is adhered to the filling bottles;
