The preparation method of the modified nano titanium dioxide comprises the following steps: dispersing 45g of nano titanium dioxide in 145g of isopropanol, adding 1.5g of silane coupling agent KH5601 g into the isopropanol, stirring the mixture at room temperature for reaction for 5.5 hours, adding 4.5g of polyether amine into the mixture, stirring the mixture at 78 ℃, refluxing the mixture for reaction for 5.5 hours, performing rotary evaporation, washing the mixture for 5 times by using ethanol, and drying the mixture for 13 hours at 83 ℃.

The environment-friendly water-based paint is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 70 parts of pyrrolidone grafted polyacrylate film-forming polymer, 3 parts of sodium polycarboxylate, 20 parts of modified nano titanium dioxide, 2 parts of polyacrylate flatting agent, 3 parts of tributyl phosphate and 20 parts of water.
The preparation method of the pyrrolidone grafted polyacrylate film-forming polymer comprises the following steps:
1) dissolving 11.2g of ethyl 2-chloroacrylate and 10g of 1,1' - (imino di-2, 1-ethanediyl) di (2-pyrrolidone) in 80g of dichloromethane, stirring and reacting at room temperature for 12 hours, and then removing the solvent by rotary evaporation to obtain an intermediate;
2) adding 20g of the intermediate prepared in the step 1) and 10g of ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate into a four-neck flask with a condenser, a stirrer and a thermometer, heating the mixture to 90 ℃ in an oil bath, slowly adding 0.5g of azodiisobutyronitrile into the flask by using a constant-pressure funnel, adding the azodiisobutyronitrile within 1 hour, adding 80g of isopropanol into the mixture after the addition is finished, keeping the temperature, continuously stirring and reacting for 5 hours in a nitrogen atmosphere, cooling to room temperature, adding 10g of hydroxymalonic acid, stirring and reacting for 1 hour, performing rotary evaporation, and drying at 60 ℃ in a vacuum drying oven for 12 hours to obtain the pyrrolidone grafted polyacrylate film-forming polymer.
The preparation method of the modified nano titanium dioxide comprises the following steps: dispersing 50g of nano titanium dioxide in 150g of isopropanol, adding KH5601.5g of silane coupling agent, stirring at room temperature for reaction for 6 hours, adding 5g of polyether amine, stirring at 80 ℃, refluxing for reaction for 6 hours, performing rotary evaporation, washing with ethanol for 5 times, and drying at 85 ℃ in a vacuum drying oven for 14 hours.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based paint comprises the following steps: and sequentially mixing and stirring the pyrrolidone grafted polyacrylate film-forming polymer, the sodium polycarboxylate, the modified nano titanium dioxide, the polyacrylate leveling agent, the tributyl phosphate and the water according to the mass percentage, adding the auxiliary agent, grinding and filtering to obtain the environment-friendly water-based paint.
Comparative example
The example provides a water paint, the raw materials and the formula of which are the same as the example 1 of the Chinese patent CN 107083170A.
The water-based paints obtained in the above examples 1 to 5 and comparative example were subjected to the relevant performance tests, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the water-based paint in the prior art, the environment-friendly water-based paint disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of more excellent water resistance and hardness, larger adhesive force, shorter drying time and more environmental protection.

The environment-friendly water-based paint is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of pyrrolidone grafted polyacrylate film-forming polymer, 1-3 parts of dispersing agent, 15-20 parts of modified nano titanium dioxide, 1-2 parts of flatting agent, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent and 10-20 parts of water;
the preparation method of the pyrrolidone grafted polyacrylate film-forming polymer comprises the following steps:
1) dissolving ethyl 2-chloroacrylate and 1,1' - (iminobis-2, 1-ethanediyl) bis (2-pyrrolidone) in an organic solvent, stirring and reacting for 10-12 hours at room temperature, and then removing the solvent by rotary evaporation to obtain an intermediate;
2) adding the intermediate obtained in the step 1) and ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate into a four-neck flask with a condenser, a stirrer and a thermometer, heating to 80-90 ℃ in an oil bath, slowly adding an initiator into the flask by using a constant-pressure funnel, adding the initiator within 0.5-1 hour, adding isopropanol into the flask after the addition is finished, keeping the temperature, continuously stirring and reacting for 3-5 hours under the atmosphere of nitrogen or inert gas, cooling to room temperature, adding hydroxymalonic acid, stirring and reacting for 0.5-1 hour, performing rotary evaporation, and drying for 12 hours at 60 ℃ in a vacuum drying oven to obtain the pyrrolidone grafted polyacrylate film-forming polymer;
the mass ratio of the ethyl 2-chloroacrylate, the 1,1' - (imino di-2, 1-ethanediyl) di (2-pyrrolidone) and the organic solvent in the step 1) is 1.12:1 (5-8); in the step 2), the mass ratio of the intermediate, the ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate, the initiator, the isopropanol and the tartronic acid is 2:1 (0.03-0.05): 5-8): 0.5-1;
the preparation method of the modified nano titanium dioxide comprises the following steps: dispersing nano titanium dioxide in isopropanol, adding a silane coupling agent KH560, stirring and reacting for 4-6 hours at room temperature, adding polyetheramine, stirring and refluxing for reaction for 4-6 hours at 70-80 ℃, performing rotary evaporation, washing for 3-5 times by using ethanol, and drying for 10-14 hours at 75-85 ℃ in a vacuum drying oven.

The eco-friendly aqueous paint according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is sodium hexametaphosphate and/or a sodium polycarboxylate salt; the defoaming agent is one or more of tributyl phosphate, a defoaming agent Demodex 3100 and a defoaming agent BYK 088; the leveling agent is one or more of a polyacrylate leveling agent, a cellulose acetate butyrate leveling agent and a polyvinyl butyral leveling agent.
3. The environment-friendly water-based paint according to claim 1, wherein the organic solvent is one or more selected from diethyl ether, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and acetone.
4. The environment-friendly water-based paint according to claim 1, wherein the initiator is selected from one or more of azobisisobutyronitrile and azobisisoheptonitrile; the inert gas is selected from one or more of helium, neon and argon.
5. The environment-friendly water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the nano titanium dioxide to the isopropanol to the silane coupling agent KH560 to the polyether amine is (3-5): (10-15):0.15: (0.3-0.5).
