Claims (7)

1. The glue supply device is characterized by comprising a glue tank (4) and a glue bag (29) which is placed in the glue tank (4) and used for storing glue, wherein the glue bag (29) is connected with a first connecting plug (33) of a glue inlet and outlet channel (9) through threads, a second connecting plug (38) of the glue inlet and outlet channel (9) is connected with a glue filter (18) through a glue pipeline, the joint of the first connecting plug (33) and the second connecting plug (38) is connected through a control slip ring (40),
a sliding sleeve is sleeved outside the second connecting plug (38), the sliding sleeve is fixed on the control sliding ring (40), when the glue bag (29) is replaced, the sliding sleeve is pulled downwards to drive the control sliding ring (40) to slide downwards so that the control sliding ring (40) is separated from the first connecting plug (33) and the second connecting plug (38), the first connecting plug (33) and the second connecting plug (38) can be automatically and quickly locked after being separated, residual glue in the glue bag (29) is prevented from entering the first connecting plug (33) after being locked, air can be prevented from entering the glue pipeline after the second connecting plug (38) is locked, a connecting sleeve (32) used for screwing the glue bag (29) and the first connecting plug (33) is arranged between the glue bag (29) and the first connecting plug (33), the connecting sleeve (32) is a circular sleeve, a groove is processed on the outer surface of the connecting sleeve (32), a first sealing ring (31) is further mounted on the connecting sleeve (32), a first sliding sleeve (35) and a second sliding sleeve (39) are sleeved outside the second connecting plug (38), and the first sliding sleeve (35) and the second sliding sleeve (39) are connected through screws to be fixed on the control sliding ring (40);
second connecting plug (38) link to each other with interface joint (37), second connecting plug (38) are fixed on base (36), second connecting plug (38) upper portion compresses tightly through clamping ring (34), glue filter (18) include filter vat (24), place filter bag (25) in filter vat (24), place in filter vat (24) opening part's filter lid (19), glue flow in from first joint (26) through ball valve (27), second joint (28) get into filter vat (24), filter bag (25) up end compresses tightly through gland (22).

The glue supply device according to claim 1, further comprising a glue filling control panel (15), wherein the glue filling control panel (15) is provided with a glue filling port (12), the glue filling port (12) is connected with the glue inlet and outlet channel (9) and the glue filter (18) through a tee joint (17), and glue is pumped into the glue bag (29) from the glue filling port (12) through a glue filling trolley (41);
the glue adding control panel (15) is provided with an air supply port (11) connected with the glue adding trolley (41).
3. A glue supply device according to claim 2, characterised in that a weighing sensor (30) is mounted on the glue tank (4), said weighing sensor (30) being capable of monitoring glue remaining and alarming and counting glue usage.

The glue supply device according to claim 3, wherein the weighing sensor (30) is connected to the glue adding control panel (15), when the weight of the glue in the glue tank (4) is less than 10% of the maximum weight, the glue adding status indicator lamp (13) of the glue adding control panel (15) is on, the lighted glue adding control button (14) of the glue adding control panel (15) is started to control the glue pump on the glue adding trolley (41) to add the glue to the glue tank (4), when the weight of the glue in the glue tank (4) is greater than 90% of the maximum weight, the glue pump is controlled to stop adding the glue to the glue tank (4), and the glue adding status indicator lamp (13) is off.

The glue supply device according to claim 4, characterized in that the glue tank (4) is square box-shaped or cylindrical barrel-shaped, an upper cover (1) is arranged on the upper portion of the glue tank (4), the upper cover (1) is provided with a gas spring (2) for increasing damping and fixing the opened position of the upper cover (1), and a transparent observation window (3) is arranged on the front surface of the glue tank (4).

A glue supply device according to claim 5, wherein the glue tank (4) is connected with the weighing sensor (30) through screws, the weighing sensor (30) is mounted on a connecting bottom plate (8) through screws, the connecting bottom plate (8) is connected with a first slide rail (6) and a second slide rail (10) through a connecting rod (7), the first slide rail (6) is mounted on a main machine wall plate, the second slide rail (10) is mounted on a side wall plate (16), and the glue adding control panel (15) is mounted on the side wall plate (16).

The glue supply device according to claim 1, characterized in that an exhaust joint (20) is mounted on the filter cover (19), the exhaust joint (20) is connected with an exhaust pipe, a plug (23) capable of being opened is plugged at the tail end of the exhaust pipe, and a second sealing ring (21) is mounted at the joint of the filter cover (19) and the filter barrel (24).
