Background
A lifeboat on an airplane is placed in a lifeboat cabin, and a detachable cabin cover is installed on the upper surface of the cabin and used for maintaining the appearance of the airplane body and protecting the lifeboat. The rescue boat cabin cover is provided with a locking mechanism which is used as a connecting mechanism for reliably locking the cabin cover. When the hatch is closed, the locking mechanism ensures that the hatch can be locked and can not be opened under the action of aerodynamic force and other external force; when the hatch cover is opened, the locking mechanism is unlocked at a higher speed, the hatch cover is guaranteed to be separated from the restraint of the locking mechanism, the lifeboat is separated from the lifeboat cabin, and the purpose of quick lifesaving is achieved. Therefore, the locking mechanism of the hatch cover of the lifeboat is required to have simple structure, can bear the maximum load, and has flexible opening and closing, high reliability and convenient maintenance.
The existing scheme is that a set of motion mechanism and a set of driving device are respectively arranged on a cover and a bulkhead of a rescue boat. The motion mechanism consists of a push rod, a support, a pull rod, a crank, a bolt seat and the like. During emergency operation, the driving device pushes the push rod arranged on the support, then the pull rod is pushed to enable the crank to rotate, the telescopic pull rod connected to the crank is driven, the telescopic pull rod pulls the bolt to retract in the bolt seat, and the bolt is separated from the bolt hole in the cabin wall, so that the cabin cover is opened. When the hatch cover is closed, the bolt is inserted into the bolt hole by virtue of the pretightening force provided by the limiting spring connected to the bolt. The scheme has complex movement mechanism and difficult installation and debugging; the number of parts is large, the occupied space is large, and the weight is heavy. Meanwhile, due to the complex mechanism, the replacement and maintenance performance is poor when the device is used in an external field.

After assembly, the notched end of the catch 34 contacts the "T" shaped end of the guide bracket 40, and the end of the hook 44 is spaced from the end of the guide slot 36 by 5mm to 7 mm. The hook indicator 43 is visible through the auxiliary-lock-cover mounting port 23 when the auxiliary lock cover 31 is opened. At this time, on the outer surface of the skin 22 corresponding to the hook indicator 43, a "closed" mark is made with red paint, and an "open" mark is made at a position forward by L millimeters (the length of L is determined by the length of the hook 44). The hatch cover assembly 1 is put into the entrance frame structure 21 obliquely, the tongue pieces 46 of the three bolts 13 are aligned and inserted into the three insertion holes 47 on the bolt support 4, the auxiliary locking cover 31 is pulled to drive the locking keys 34 to move linearly forwards in the three guide grooves 36 against the pulling force of the limiting springs 38, when the hook indicator 43 moves forwards to the 'open' mark, the hatch cover assembly 1 is put into the entrance frame structure 21 integrally, the auxiliary locking cover 31 is released, the locking keys 34 move linearly backwards under the pulling force of the limiting springs 38 to drive the two flat locking mechanisms 35 and the one bent edge locking mechanism 37 to be inserted into the locking rings 12 of the hatch cover assembly 1, the hatch cover assembly 1 is closed, and the hook indicator 43 returns to the 'closed' mark. After the hatch assembly 1 is closed, the auxiliary locking cover 31 is closed. The use of the auxiliary locking cap 31 for opening the cover assembly 1 of the lifeboat is only used during ground maintenance of the equipment in the cabin, while during normal emergency use the cover assembly 1 is opened by means of a drive connected to the transition piece 33.
During maintenance of the catch assembly 3, the hatch cover assembly 1 is simply opened by the auxiliary locking cover 31, and sufficient lubrication is performed on the catch 34 and the three guide grooves 36. When the key 34, the flat lock 35 and the bent lock 37 need to be replaced, the drive device and the transition piece 33, the steel cable 32 and the key 34, and the bent lock 37 and the limit spring 38 are disconnected, and then the key 34 is detached and replaced through the three notches 41 arranged on the key 34.
After the locking mechanism of the aircraft rescue boat hatch cover is installed on an aircraft, the reliable locking of the rescue boat hatch cover assembly 1 is realized by the way that three lock rings 12 at one side of the hatch cover assembly 1 are matched with two flat locking mechanisms 35 and one bent edge locking mechanism 37 on a locking key assembly 3, and three bolts 13 at the other side are matched with three jacks 47 on a bolt support 4; by driving the lock key 34 on the lock key assembly 3, two flat lock mechanisms 35 and a bent edge lock mechanism 37 connected to the lock key 34 are inserted into and separated from the lock ring 12, so that the hatch cover assembly 1 is quickly opened and closed; connect limit spring 38 and turn round edge locking mechanism 37, set up three breach 41 on the catch 34, can realize the quick replacement of catch subassembly 3, conveniently maintain the use.
