3. The paper bag handle machine of claim 1, wherein the second paper feeding device comprises a second leveling roller, a seventh paper passing roller, an eighth paper passing roller and a third tensioning roller which are sequentially arranged.
4. The paper bag handle machine of claim 1, wherein the first leveling roller and the second leveling roller comprise 5 leveling rollers staggered up and down.

The paper bag handle machine of claim 1, wherein the static eliminator comprises a high voltage power generator, a discharge electrode and an electrode face housing, the power generator is connected with the discharge electrode, the discharge electrode is arranged on the electrode face housing, and the electrode face housing is used as a contact surface for eliminating static electricity.
