Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of furniture manufacturing, and particularly relates to a bottom coloring and finishing process for plate furniture, which can effectively reduce the use of paint.
Background
The method comprises the following steps that a layer of bottom coloring is needed to be smeared on a plate of the wooden furniture in the processing process, the bottom coloring can enable the surface of the plate to be flat and free from depression, the bonding performance is good when the finish paint is smeared on the bottom coloring, the paint cannot drop when the finish paint is smeared on the bottom coloring, and the like; however, the processing technology of the existing bottom coloring processing process has defects, the bottom coloring thickness is not enough, and the surface of the plate is hollow, so that a large amount of finish is needed to fill the hollow when the finish is applied, and the effect of smoothing the surface of the furniture is achieved; however, the cost of furniture is increased due to the large using amount of the finish paint, and substances such as toluene contained in the finish paint have great influence on indoor environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a bottom coloring and finishing process for plate furniture, which can effectively reduce the use of paint in order to overcome the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a bottom coloring and finishing process for plate furniture capable of effectively reducing paint consumption comprises the following steps:
1) plate pretreatment: roughly polishing by adopting 24# abrasive paper until the plate is flat, and then adopting wet cloth
Wiping the plate; finely polishing the plate by using 180# abrasive paper, removing dust and then air-drying for later use;
2) deoiling the plate: soaking the plate in 5-8% sodium carbonate solution
The time is 5 to 8 hours, and the soaking is finished and then the washing is carried out for 0.3 to 0.8 hour by adopting clear water;
3) painting the plate: priming the adopted roller painting equipment along the grain direction of the plate, wherein the painting frequency is 4-6 times, and the painting thickness is 0.2-0.5 mm;
4) drying the plate: drying the plate at the high temperature of 200-350 ℃ for 2-4 minutes, then drying the plate at the low temperature of 60-95 ℃ for 16-28 minutes, and then blowing the plate to the room temperature by using cold air at the room temperature.
According to the invention, the board tends to be flat on the whole through twice polishing of the rough and the fine parts, the flatness of the board is ensured to be high, the primer is prevented from being gathered at one position, the use of the primer is reduced, and the surface of the board basically has no concave-convex parts after the fine polishing, so that the use amount of the finish can be reduced in the subsequent painting process; the adoption of 5% -8% of sodium carbonate solution can effectively remove grease on the plate, ensure tight adhesion between the bottom coloring and the plate, avoid the conditions of paint falling and the like in the long-term use process, and the 5% -8% of sodium carbonate solution has weak alkalinity, has little harm to the plate, and can ensure the quality of the plate while removing oil; the painting of the bottom in the painting process can be ensured to be uniform on one hand by 4-6 times, the condition of paint leakage of the plate is avoided, the painting of 4-6 times just reaches the expected thickness, the thickness has good scratch resistance and corrosion resistance, the service life of the plate is prolonged, the bonding effect between the subsequent finish paint and the bottom painting is good, the plate can be well attached to the bottom painting, and after the specified thickness is reached, the condition that the surface of the plate is not sunken is basically realized, the using amount of the finish paint is reduced, and the production cost of the whole furniture is further reduced; in the process of drying the board, most of water on the primer can be quickly evaporated at the high temperature of 200-; in the subsequent 60-95 ℃ low-temperature drying process, on one hand, the plastic of the primer is ensured to be dried, and on the other hand, the temperature avoids the condition that the primer is dried and cracked, so that the primer can form a paint film in the heating process, the panel is effectively protected, and the temperature of the primer is gradually reduced by drying at room temperature, so that the paint film is prevented from being cracked due to rapid thermal expansion and cold contraction.
Further, the primer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-28 parts of amino resin, 8-12 parts of zinc powder, 0.4-0.8 part of anti-settling agent, 0.5-1.3 parts of preservative, 0.2-0.8 part of film-forming agent and the balance of deionized water.
