Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to a waste gas treatment device, in particular to a biological rotating disk organic waste gas treatment device.
Background
The biological rotating disc is a conventional device for sewage treatment, aerobic biological strains for purifying sewage are mainly attached to the rotating disc in a form of a biological film, and dissolved oxygen required by aerobic microorganism growth is brought in by the rotation of the rotating disc.
The biomembrane method is to fix and attach microorganisms on the surface of the porous medium filler, and carry out biological treatment on the waste gas in the filler bed layer, so that pollutants such as volatile organic compounds are adsorbed on the surfaces of pores and consumed by the microorganisms in the pores, and harmful substances in the waste gas are converted into simple inorganic substances and cytoplasm and degraded into CO2, H2O and neutral salt by utilizing the metabolic life activities of the microorganisms.
The traditional process for treating organic waste gas by a biofilm method mainly comprises a biofiltration method and a biotrickling method. The biological filtration method has the problems of large occupied area, uncontrollable process and easy blockage of filler, the biological trickling filtration method is not easy to control the process, is sensitive to gas flow fluctuation, has limited service time of a filter bed, cannot use excessive biomass, and limits the popularization and application of organic waste gas treatment by a biofilm method.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a biological rotating disk organic waste gas treatment device which has the advantages of high strength, high specific surface, corrosion resistance and the like, and a biological film is not easy to fall off; in addition, the device also has the advantages of ultra-low energy consumption, small occupied area and high removal efficiency, and is particularly suitable for small-scale purification treatment of organic waste gas with higher concentration.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a biological rotating disk organic waste gas treatment device comprises a biological rotating disk reactor, a dosing system and an exhaust system, wherein the dosing system is communicated with the biological rotating disk reactor, the biological rotating disk reactor is communicated with the exhaust system, the dosing system is used for adding nutrient solution into the biological rotating disk reactor, and the exhaust system is used for exhausting clean gas treated by the biological rotating disk reactor; the biological rotating disc reactor comprises a water tank arranged on a rack, nutrient solution is added into the water tank, the top of the water tank is sealed by a sealing cover, an air inlet is formed in one side of the sealing cover, an air outlet is formed in the other side of the sealing cover, a processing chamber is formed between the water tank and the sealing cover, a plurality of rotating discs which are connected in series through rotating shafts are arranged in the processing chamber, the rotating shafts are arranged on the sealing cover, and one end of each rotating shaft extends out of the sealing cover and is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a driving motor.
When the device works, the driving motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate to drive the rotating disc to rotate, the rotating disc can form a layer of biological film on the surface of the rotating disc after passing through nutrient solution, organic waste gas enters from the air inlet of the sealing cover, when the organic waste gas passes through the biological film, pollutants in the organic waste gas firstly contact with water on the surface of the biological film and are dissolved in the water, namely the pollutants enter a liquid film from the air film through diffusion, then organic pollutant components dissolved in the liquid film are diffused to the biological film by utilizing concentration difference and are captured and absorbed by microorganisms in the biological film, and finally the organic pollutants entering the microorganisms are decomposed as energy and nutrient substances in the metabolic process of the microorganisms and are finally converted into harmless carbon dioxide and water through biochemical reaction, so that the treatment of the organic waste gas is finished, and the treated gas is discharged from the air outlet.
Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that a new biological membrane is continuously generated through the rotating turntable, the organic waste gas is treated through the biological membrane, the treatment efficiency is higher, the removal rate of the organic waste gas treated by the device can reach 95%, and meanwhile, the device is compact in structure, small in occupied area, convenient to operate and manage, low in energy consumption and good in effect. The invention can be used for organic waste gas treatment.
In order to further improve the treatment efficiency, the turntable comprises a disk sheet arranged on a support, the surface of the disk sheet is processed into a corrugated surface, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the disk sheet. The contact area of the corrugated surface is enlarged, and the adhesive force of the biological membrane is enhanced by the through holes.

In order to make the work of the invention smoother and ensure the circulation operation, the dosing system comprises a dosing tank, a liquid outlet of the dosing tank is communicated with a liquid inlet of the water tank through a ball valve, a liquid inlet of the dosing tank is communicated with a water outlet of a circulating water pump, a water outlet of the circulating water pump is also connected with a water inlet of the water tank, and a liquid outlet is also arranged on the water tank.
As a further limitation of the invention, the top of the medicine adding tank is provided with a stirring motor, an output shaft of the stirring motor is in transmission connection with a stirring shaft in the medicine adding tank, and the stirring shaft is provided with blades.
In order to make the exhaust more convenient, safe, exhaust system includes blast pipe, draught fan, aiutage and rain-proof cap, the blast pipe import with the gas outlet of sealed cowling is linked together through the defroster, and the exit linkage of blast pipe is on the draught fan, and the export of draught fan links to each other with the aiutage, and rain-proof cap is installed at the top of aiutage.

A biological rotating disk organic waste gas treatment device comprises a biological rotating disk reactor, a dosing system and an exhaust system, wherein the dosing system is communicated with the biological rotating disk reactor, and the biological rotating disk reactor is communicated with the exhaust system.
As shown in FIG. 4, the biological rotating disk reactor comprises an air inlet, an air outlet, an upper shell, a driving device, a rotating disk 20 and a water tank 6. The biological rotating disc reactor is characterized in that an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the biological rotating disc reactor, an upper shell is arranged above the biological rotating disc reactor, a water tank 6 is arranged below the biological rotating disc reactor, a driving device is connected with a rotating disc 20 and drives the rotating disc 20 to rotate, the rotating disc 20 is partially immersed in the water tank 6, the driving device 4 is in electric transmission, the rotating speed of the rotating disc is 1.5r/min, and a biological film on the rotating disc 20 can be alternately contacted with organic waste gas and nutrient solution in the water tank 6. The air inlet comprises an air inlet pipe 1 and an air collecting hood a2, the air collecting hood a2 is arranged at the upper left of the biological rotating disk reactor and is connected with the air inlet pipe 1, and organic waste gas enters the air collecting hood a2 through the air inlet pipe 1; as shown in fig. 5, the upper shell comprises a sealing cover 5, an exhaust gas baffle 21 and a nutrient solution baffle 22, the sealing cover 5 is an arched stainless steel cover and is arranged above the biological rotating disk reactor, organic exhaust gas can be sealed in the biological rotating disk reactor, the exhaust gas baffle 21 is a stainless steel semicircular ring welded in the sealing cover and is parallel to the rotating disk plates 20, and an exhaust gas baffle 21 is arranged between every two rotating disk plates 20, so that the exhaust gas can contact with the biological rotating disk 20 as much as possible; as shown in fig. 6, the nutrient solution baffle 22 is made of stainless steel material and horizontally arranged between the liquid level of the nutrient solution and the rotating shaft 23 of the driving device, so that the nutrient solution can be prevented from flowing along with the waste gas; the driving device comprises a motor 7 and a rotating shaft 23, the motor 7 is fixed in the middle of the left side of the biological rotating disc reactor, and the rotating shaft 23 is connected with the motor 7 and is driven by the motor 7 to rotate; as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the turntable plate 20 has a three-dimensional corrugated structure, and includes a plate holder 24 and a corrugated structure 25, the plate holder 24 is fixed on the rotating shaft 23, and the corrugated structure 25 is filled and fixed on the plate holder; the corrugated tissue 25 has the characteristics of light weight, corrosion resistance, easy film formation, no deformation, easy material taking, convenient processing and large specific surface area, can increase the contact area between organic waste gas and a biological film, pollutants in the organic waste gas passing through the biological film at the flow speed of 0.1m/s firstly contact with water on the surface of the biological film and are dissolved in the water, namely the organic waste gas enters a liquid film through the gas film by diffusion, then organic pollutant components dissolved in the liquid film are diffused to the biological film by utilizing concentration difference and are captured and absorbed by microorganisms in the biological film, and finally the organic pollutants entering the microorganisms are decomposed as energy and nutrient substances in the self metabolic process of the microorganisms and are finally converted into harmless carbon dioxide and water through biochemical reaction. The water tank 6 is made of cast iron and comprises a nutrient solution discharge port 8, the water tank 6 is used for storing nutrient solution necessary for normal metabolism of the biological membrane, and the nutrient solution discharge port 8 is arranged at the right lower part of the biological rotary disc reactor and used for discharging the nutrient solution and the fallen biological membrane; the gas outlet includes gas collecting channel b3 and defroster 4, and gas collecting channel b3 sets up in the carousel bioreactor upper right side, defroster 4 be the PP material and connected gas collecting channel b3 and exhaust system, the organic waste gas after the carousel bioreactor purifies passes through gas collecting channel b3 and gets into defroster 4, and the liquid drop in the gas is in the backward flow basin 6 after the defroster 4 entrapment.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the dosing system comprises a connecting pipe 13, a dosing tank 9, a circulating water pump 12 and a nutrient solution inlet pipe 15, the connecting pipe 13, the dosing tank 9, the circulating water pump 12 and the nutrient solution inlet pipe 15 are sequentially connected, the dosing tank 9 is connected with the rotating biological disk reactor through the connecting pipe 13, and the circulating water pump 12 is connected with the rotating biological disk reactor through the nutrient solution inlet pipe 15; the connecting pipe 13 is made of PP materials and comprises a manual ball valve 14, and the manual ball valve 14 is also made of PP materials and is arranged on the connecting pipe 13. Rain hat 19 can prevent that rainwater debris from getting into in the aiutage 18, and the organic waste gas after the purification gets into the atmosphere through blast pipe 16, draught fan 17, aiutage 18 in proper order under the effect of draught fan 17, realizes discharge to reach standard.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and based on the technical solutions disclosed in the present invention, those skilled in the art can make some substitutions and modifications to some technical features without creative efforts according to the disclosed technical contents, and these substitutions and modifications are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
