The timing turning-over pillow does not have a massage function at present, and does not have the functions of cooling and heating in winter and summer. Therefore, a turning-over pillow with the functions of cooling, heating and massaging needs to be developed.

The first inflation manifold and the second inflation manifold are alternately inflated and deflated to generate a massage effect for the air bag. In the present application, however, the alternating inflation and deflation of the bladder allows the gas within the bladder to be continuously exchanged (heat) with the ambient. Meanwhile, when the semiconductor refrigeration piece works, the reverse side generates the temperature opposite to the heating (or refrigeration) effect of the semiconductor refrigeration piece, the temperature is timely radiated to the outside through the heat exchange between the gas in the air bag and the outside, so that the temperature in the air bag is not greatly different from the working surface (the surface close to the upper surface of the turnover pillow body) of the semiconductor refrigeration piece, the temperature of the upper surface of the turnover pillow body cannot be obviously influenced, and the heating (or refrigeration) effect of the upper surface of the turnover pillow body is ensured.
The technical means of alternately inflating and deflating is combined with the technical means of fixing the semiconductor refrigerating sheet on the inner surface of the air bag, the alternately inflating and deflating can complete the original massage function of the air bag, and simultaneously support the heat dissipation function of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet in the air bag, so that the technical effect of better heat dissipation effect in the air bag is achieved.
