The elastic positioning component is arranged between the connector and the T-shaped connector, and specifically comprises a positioning head 53, a spring 54 and a bottom cover 55, wherein a cavity for the positioning head 53 to penetrate through is formed in the T-shaped connector, the upper part of the positioning head 53 can extend out to the upper part of the T-shaped connector 10, and the bottom cover 55 can be fixedly connected with the T-shaped connector 10 through a screw; the spring 54 is arranged between the positioning head 53 and the bottom cover 55, one end of the spring 54 is abutted against the positioning head 53, and the other end is abutted against the bottom cover 55; with the structure, when the rod body 4 is in a state of being vertical to the mop disc 5, namely, during cleaning or dewatering, the spring 54 can not generate force on the bottom cover 55, and the normal cleaning or dewatering operation of the mop can not be influenced; when the mop is used for mopping, the rod body 4 is cleaned, so that the spring 54 applies acting force to the bottom cover 55, and the situation that the rod body 4 and the mop disc 5 shake before the operation is avoided; the bottom cover 55 is arranged in the groove 51, and the bottom cover 55 is positioned through an end cover; the connecting head 34 and the bottom cover 55 can rotate relatively, and preferably, a bearing 347 is arranged on the connecting head 34, and the friction force between the bottom cover 55 and the connecting head 34 is effectively reduced through the bearing 347.
Preferably, a reset component acting on the cleaning frame 3 is arranged in the inner barrel, the reset component is preferably a pressure spring sleeved on a driving rod, the lower end of the pressure spring is abutted against the bottom of the inner barrel, and the upper part of the pressure spring is abutted against the cleaning basket or the supporting frame; through the arrangement of the reset part, the cleaning frame can automatically reset upwards after moving downwards, so that the cleaning frame can quickly return to the area far away from the water surface and can move up and down in the area to realize dehydration, and the dehydration operation is simple and convenient; in other embodiments, the restoring member may be configured in other configurations, such as a plurality of springs, one end of each spring is connected to the barrel and the other end is connected to the bottom of the basket, and when the basket moves downward, the springs are compressed to apply restoring force to the basket; of course, the spring may be connected to the upper part of the basket body at one end and hooked to the barrel body at the other end, so that the spring is stretched to apply restoring force to the basket body when the basket body moves downwards.
In order to prevent the basket body from falling out of the barrel body from the upper part of the barrel body when the basket body moves, an anti-falling part 60 matched with the cleaning seat 3 is arranged on the barrel body 11; through the arrangement of the anti-falling structure, the cleaning frame can be effectively prevented from falling out from the upper part of the barrel body 11 in the process of moving up and down, and faults are avoided during working; specifically, the anti-dropping part is a blocking cover 601 fixedly connected to the upper part of the barrel body 11 through a screw, an opening is arranged on the blocking cover 601, the mop can be placed into the barrel body 1 through the opening, the diameter of the opening should be smaller than that of the basket body, so that when the basket body moves to the upper part of the barrel body 11, the blocking cover 601 blocks the basket body, and the basket body is prevented from dropping out of the barrel body 11.
When the mop is cleaned, the mop is pressed down to drive the basket body to move to an area with water at the bottom of the inner barrel, and the basket body presses the pressing piece, so that the plunger at the lower part of the plug piece is plugged into the water inlet joint to plug the water inlet hole; then the mop moves up and down, the mop and the basket body move up and down together, the mop disc and the basket body rotate in the process of moving up and down, the mop is cleaned, and meanwhile, water is thrown outwards into the barrel body; continuously moving the mop up and down until the water in the inner barrel is dried, and continuously moving the mop up and down for a period of time to dry the mop, so as to realize the dehydration of the mop; then the mop is taken out, the mop drives the basket body to move upwards, the basket body abuts against the hook part when moving upwards to the upper part of the barrel body, the stretching piece is pulled to move upwards to drive the plug part to move upwards, the blockage of the water inlet hole is removed, and water in the barrel body can enter the inner barrel through the water inlet hole; then the basket body continues to move upwards and is blocked by the blocking cover to fall back into the inner barrel again.

As shown in fig. 7-11, a cleaning tool comprises a mop and a mop barrel matched with the mop, specifically, the mop barrel comprises a barrel body 11, an inner barrel 12 arranged in the barrel body, a water inlet channel 13, an opening and closing device 14, a driving rod 2 and a cleaning frame 3, the water inlet channel 13 is used for conveying water in the barrel body 11 to the inner barrel, the opening and closing device 14 is used for closing or opening the water inlet channel 13, and the cleaning tool can move up and down along the driving rod 2; the driving rod 2 is preferably a twist rod made of plastic, threads on the twist rod 2 can be arranged at equal intervals, or arranged from dense to sparse, or arranged from sparse to dense, or arranged at intervals of density, and the arrangement is determined according to actual use conditions and is not particularly limited; the driving rod 2 comprises an outer rod 22 and an inner rod 23 penetrating into the outer rod, the outer rod 22 is made of plastics, and the inner rod 23 is preferably made of metal; the bottom of the inner barrel 12 is arched upwards to form a boss 16, the central part of the boss 16 extends downwards to form a cylindrical groove, and the outer rod 22 is fixedly arranged in the cylindrical groove in a penetrating way, so that the driving rod is fixedly connected in the inner barrel.
The mop comprises a rod body 4, a Y-shaped part 9, a T-shaped joint 10, a mop disc 5, mop bristles arranged on the mop disc and a driving device, wherein the driving device is used for driving the mop disc 5 to rotate in a single direction in the process of pressing down the rod body; the Y-shaped part 9 is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the rod body 4, the T-shaped joint 10 is hinged with the Y-shaped part 9, and the T-shaped joint 10 can rotate relative to the mop disc 5; when the mop is cleaned or dewatered, the mop is pressed downwards, and the driving rod 2 drives the mop disc 5 to rotate in a single direction through the driving device; when the mop is cleaned or dewatered, the mop is pressed downwards, the cleaning frame moves downwards, and the opening and closing device 14 can cut off the water inlet channel 13 under the driving of the cleaning frame 3; after the mop is cleaned or dewatered, the mop is pulled upwards, the cleaning frame moves upwards, and the opening and closing device 14 can open the water inlet channel 13 under the driving of the cleaning frame 3; when the mop is cleaned and dewatered, the water inlet channel is cut off, water in the barrel body cannot enter the inner barrel, then the mop is controlled to continuously move up and down to drive the cleaning frame to move up and down together, water in the inner barrel is continuously thrown out of the barrel body, after repeated operation is carried out to dry the water in the inner barrel, the mop can be dried, and cleaning and dewatering operation of the mop can be realized directly by moving up and down of the mop, the cleaning and dewatering operation can be carried out independently without moving up and down on two positions, positioning operation is not needed, operation is simple, convenient and labor-saving, and working efficiency is high; secondly, as positioning is not needed, derailing can not occur, the failure rate is low, and the use effect is good; and because the driving rod in the barrel body is directly used for driving, the inner rod and the outer rod of the mop rod do not need to stretch to drive the mop disc to rotate, the mop only needs to be controlled to move up and down, the mop does not need to be controlled to move up and down for a long distance, the operation is labor-saving, the time consumption of cleaning and dewatering is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

The driving device comprises a rotating part 7 and a one-way transmission part 8 matched with the rotating part, when the mop is cleaned or dewatered, the driving rod 2 penetrates into the rotating part to drive the rotating part 7 to rotate, and the rotating part drives the mop disc 5 to rotate in one way through the one-way transmission part 8; specifically, the rotating part 7 comprises a rotating part 71 and a connecting part 72, the rotating part 71 is a plastic sleeve body, a through hole 711 is arranged in the sleeve body, and an internal thread 712 is arranged on the inner wall of the through hole, so that when the driving rod 2 penetrates into the rotating part and the rotating part 71 moves up and down on the driving rod 2 along with the up-and-down movement of the mop, the driving rod 2 can drive the rotating part 71 to rotate; the connecting piece drives the mop disc to rotate, so that the one-way transmission part can be arranged on the rotating piece, the mop disc does not need to be molded and processed, the processing is simpler and more convenient, and the production efficiency is high; the connecting piece 72 is a disc made of plastic, and a circular opening 721 for the driving rod to pass through is arranged at the center of the disc; the connecting piece 72 is fixedly connected with the mop disc 5, specifically, a circular groove 51 is formed on the mop disc 5 through concave, four extending columns 511 are arranged on the bottom surface of the groove, and the extending columns are provided with cylindrical through grooves 512; the mop plate 5 is also provided with an annular end cover 52, and when the end cover 52 is connected with the mop plate 5, the rotating piece 71 and the connecting piece 72 can be limited in the groove 51; four positioning columns 521 are uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the end cover 52 at intervals, and the positioning columns 521 are formed by downward extension of the end cover; the position of reference column 521 corresponds with the position of extending post 51, and the external diameter size of end cover 52 equals the size of recess 51, be equipped with trompil 722 on the position that corresponds to four extending posts on the connecting piece 72, when end cover 52 links to each other with mop dish 5, reference column 521 passes this trompil 722 and inserts to the logical inslot that extends the post to realized linking firmly of connecting piece 72 and mop dish 5, and then can drive mop dish 5 when connecting piece 71 rotates and take place to rotate.
The rotating part 71 is arranged between the connecting part 72 and the mop plate 5, the one-way transmission part 8 comprises first rotation stopping teeth 81 and second rotation stopping teeth 82, specifically, the first rotation stopping teeth 81 are uniformly arranged on the upper surface of the rotating part 71 at intervals, the second rotation stopping teeth 82 are uniformly arranged on the lower surface of the connecting part at intervals, and the first rotation stopping teeth 81 and the second rotation stopping teeth 82 are both arranged as ratchets, so that when the first rotation stopping teeth 81 and the second rotation stopping teeth 82 are meshed with each other, the rotation stopping between the rotating part and the connecting part can be realized only in a single direction, and only idle rotation can be realized in the opposite direction, and further, in the process of moving the mop up and down, the mop plate 5 cannot rotate reversely; preferably, the length of the extension column 511 is set to be greater than the height of the rotating member 71, so that the rotating member 71 can move between the connecting member 72 and the bottom surface of the groove at a certain position, when the driving rod 2 penetrates into the rotating member, the rotating member 71 can be pushed to move upwards for a small distance, so that the first rotation stopping tooth 81 is engaged with the second rotation stopping tooth 82, and the rotating member 71 rotates to drive the connecting member 72 to rotate, and further the mop disc is driven to rotate; when the mop moves upwards, namely the driving rod is withdrawn backwards from the rotating part, the rotating part 71 is driven to move downwards at a small distance, so that a certain distance is formed between the first rotation stopping tooth 81 and the second rotation stopping tooth 82, the rotating part is ensured not to drive the connecting part to move when rotating in the reverse direction, and then the mop disc cannot rotate in the reverse direction, so that the mop disc can always rotate in the one-way direction.
The lower part of the T-shaped joint 10 extends outwards to form a ring of flanges 101, the flanges are placed between the end cover 52 and the groove 51, and the upper surfaces of the flanges 101 are abutted with the lower surfaces of the end covers; the T-shaped joint 10 and the end cover 52 are prevented from falling off by matching the end cover 52 with the flange 101, and the T-shaped joint 10 can be ensured to rotate relative to the mop disc 5, so that the T-shaped joint cannot be driven to rotate in the rotating process of the mop disc, and the rod body cannot rotate; furthermore, the T-shaped joint is provided with a cylindrical through hole for the driving rod to pass through.
In order to realize synchronous up-and-down movement of a mop and a cleaning frame, a connecting structure for realizing rotation stopping matching between the cleaning frame and the mop is arranged, the connecting structure comprises a connecting seat 33 arranged on the cleaning frame 3 and a connecting head 34 capable of being matched with a mop disc in a rotation stopping manner, the moving part 7 is arranged on the cleaning basket, can drive the cleaning basket to rotate, and then is transmitted to the connecting head through the connecting structure, so that the mop disc rotates together; in this embodiment, the cleaning frame 3 includes a cleaning basket 32 and a convex seat 35 fixed on the cleaning basket, and the connecting seat 33 is arranged on the convex seat 35 and fixedly connected with the convex seat 35 through a screw; the convex seat 35 and the connecting seat 33 are respectively provided with a through hole for the driving rod 2 to pass through; of course, in other embodiments, the cleaning frame 3 may further include a supporting frame, the cleaning basket is disposed on the supporting frame, and the structure of the supporting frame and the connection manner of the supporting frame and the cleaning basket are the same as those in embodiment 1, and are not described again.

Preferably, a reset component acting on the cleaning frame 3 is arranged in the inner barrel, the reset component is preferably a pressure spring sleeved on a driving rod, the lower end of the pressure spring is abutted against the bottom of the inner barrel, and the upper part of the pressure spring is abutted against the cleaning basket or the supporting frame; through the arrangement of the reset part, the cleaning frame can automatically reset upwards after moving downwards, so that the cleaning frame can quickly return to the area far away from the water surface and can move up and down in the area to realize dehydration, and the dehydration operation is simple and convenient; in other embodiments, the restoring member may be configured in other configurations, such as a plurality of springs, one end of each spring is connected to the barrel and the other end is connected to the bottom of the basket, and when the basket moves downward, the springs are compressed to apply restoring force to the basket; of course, the spring may be connected to the upper part of the basket body at one end and hooked to the barrel body at the other end, so that the spring is stretched to apply restoring force to the basket body when the basket body moves downwards.

When the mop is cleaned, the mop is pressed down to drive the basket body to move to an area with water at the bottom of the inner barrel, and the basket body presses the pressing piece, so that the plunger at the lower part of the plug piece is plugged into the water inlet joint to plug the water inlet hole; then the mop moves up and down, the mop and the basket body move up and down together, the mop disc and the basket body rotate in the process of moving up and down, the mop is cleaned, and meanwhile, water is thrown outwards into the barrel body; continuously moving the mop up and down until the water in the inner barrel is dried, and continuously moving the mop up and down for a period of time to dry the mop, so as to realize the dehydration of the mop; then the mop is taken out, the mop drives the basket body to move upwards, the basket body abuts against the hook part when moving upwards to the upper part of the barrel body, the stretching piece is pulled to move upwards to drive the plug part to move upwards, the plug part is contacted with and seals the water inlet hole, and water in the barrel body can enter the inner barrel through the water inlet hole; then the basket body continues to move upwards and is blocked by the blocking cover to fall back into the inner barrel again.

When the mop is cleaned, the mop is pressed down to drive the basket body to move to an area with water at the bottom of the inner barrel, and the basket body presses the pressing piece, so that the plunger at the lower part of the plug piece is plugged into the water inlet joint to plug the water inlet hole; then the mop moves up and down, the mop and the basket body move up and down together, the mop disc and the basket body rotate in the process of moving up and down, the mop is cleaned, and meanwhile, water is thrown outwards into the barrel body; continuously moving the mop up and down until the water in the inner barrel is dried, and continuously moving the mop up and down for a period of time to dry the mop, so as to realize the dehydration of the mop; then the mop is taken out, the mop drives the basket body to move upwards, the basket body abuts against the hook part when moving upwards to the upper part of the barrel body, the stretching piece is pulled to move upwards to drive the plug part to move upwards, the plug part is contacted with and seals the water inlet hole, and water in the barrel body can enter the inner barrel through the water inlet hole; then the basket body continues to move upwards and is blocked by the blocking cover to fall back into the inner barrel again.
