本发明公开了一种激发蜚蠊喷剂,是由有效成分、助剂复配后制备而成的喷剂:所述的有效成分为氯菊酯、苯醚菊酯、苯醚氰菊酯中的任意一种、两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物;所述的助剂为溶剂、乳化剂、助溶剂、稳定剂;各组分的重量份为:有效成分0.1‑5份、溶剂60‑70份、乳化剂5‑10份、助溶剂5‑10份、稳定剂3‑5份。本发明采用特定菊酯杀虫剂激发蟑螂,其作用于蟑螂神经,蟑螂受刺激后快速作出逃逸反应;本发明特定菊酯与溶剂、乳化剂、稳定剂组成喷剂,用于迅速检测蟑螂密度,具有使用便捷、作用迅速的特点,适用于一定场所快速检测蟑螂种群密度、数量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种激发蜚蠊(蟑螂)专用喷剂,属于卫生防疫杀虫技术领域。
背景技术
激发蜚蠊喷剂剂具有使用便捷、作用迅速的特点,适用于一定场所快速检测蟑螂种群密度、数量。目前检查检测蟑螂密度,采用目测法适用于密度很高的场所,这样的场所很少见,采用粘蟑板(纸)法需晚放晨收,放置10-12小时,耗时长,不利于快速检测。
为此本研究采用特定菊酯杀虫剂激发蟑螂,目前国内外没有相关报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种激发蜚蠊喷剂,以氯菊酯等作为有效成分,与溶剂、乳化剂、稳定剂等混配调制而成,向蟑螂栖息场所喷雾1-3秒,能立刻刺激蟑螂快速奔离而出,从而调查者可记录一定时间内所见蟑螂数量作为蟑螂密度,此方法作为国家军队标准中蟑螂密度调查方法以及各级爱卫会等灭蟑螂现场考核办法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种激发蜚蠊喷剂,是由有效成分、助剂复配后制备而成的喷剂,其特征在于:
所述的有效成分为氯菊酯、苯醚菊酯、苯醚氰菊酯中的任意一种、两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物;
所述的助剂为溶剂、乳化剂、助溶剂、稳定剂;
各组分的重量份为:有效成分0.1-5份、溶剂60-70份、乳化剂5-10份、助溶剂5-10份、稳定剂3-5份。
上述技术方案中,所述的溶剂为乙醇。
上述技术方案中,所述的乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
上述技术方案中,所述的助溶剂为二甲基亚砜。
上述技术方案中,所述的稳定剂为抗氧化剂,具体为亚硫酸钠、特丁基对甲酚、依地酸二钠、抗坏血酸钠中的任意一种。
本发明还提供一种所述的激发蜚蠊喷剂的制备方法:将所述比例的有效成分、溶剂、乳化剂、助溶剂、稳定剂混合均匀,将混合物置于喷瓶中,即得所述的激发蜚蠊喷剂。
本发明还提供一种所述的激发蜚蠊喷剂在调查蜚蠊种类密度、数量方面的应用。
上述技术方案中,调查蜚蠊种类密度、数量,指的是在一定场所调查蜚蠊密度、数量;激发蜚蠊喷剂激发蜚蠊时,激发蜚蠊喷剂的使用量为1g制剂/m3,使用时对蟑螂栖息场所喷雾1-3秒。

本发明实施例中所用到的原料均为市售常规产品,喷瓶也为市售常规产品,任意厂家生产的产品均可实现本发明产品的技术效果。
实施例1:
一种激发蜚蠊喷剂,是由有效成分、助剂复配后制备而成的喷剂:氯菊酯0.3份、乙醇64份、十二烷基硫酸钠7.7份、二甲基亚砜8份、特丁基对甲酚4份。
实施例2:
一种激发蜚蠊喷剂,是由有效成分、助剂复配后制备而成的喷剂:氯菊酯0.5份、乙醇64份、十二烷基硫酸钠8份、二甲基亚砜7份、特丁基对甲酚4.5份。
实施例3:
一种激发蜚蠊喷剂,是由有效成分、助剂复配后制备而成的喷剂:苯醚菊酯0.5份、乙醇63份、十二烷基硫酸钠8份、二甲基亚砜5份、特丁基对甲酚4.5份。

验证试验
将本发明实施例1得到的0.3%激发蜚蠊喷剂送至中国人民解放军疾病预防控制所进行检测,检测激发蜚蠊的效果,具体如下:
1试验条件
1.1环境条件
T:(26±1)℃;RH:室内药效(60±10)%,模拟现场(65±10)%。
1.2器材
平皿、秒表、计数器;模拟现场室(面积约10m2,高度约2.8m,六面为白色玻璃,密闭门,自控温湿度,通风、清洗方便)。
1.3试虫
德国小蠊,10日龄~15日龄成虫,雌、雄各半。
2试验方法
将模拟现场室任一角放入一次性格栅(长×宽×厚:30×20×10cm,5层薄木板)1个,移入试虫30只。
用测试方箱,蚊、蝇50头/次,蟑螂30头/次。将调温电炉置于玻璃箱底的中央,参照使用说明药剂量(1g制剂/m3)折算出测试所需的药剂量。将盛烟剂的金属盘放于电炉石棉上。将试虫放人玻璃箱中用胶条密封。接通电源,待药剂烧完时计时,切断电源。记录不同时间击倒的试虫数。30min后将全部试虫移至清洁的养虫笼中饲养观察,24h(蟑螂72h)时检查死试虫数。测试至少有三个重复。同时进行空白测试,空白测试的击倒率或死亡率在5%-20%之间用Abbott公式校正,击倒率或死亡率如大于20%,整个测试须重新进行。实验做三次重复。
2.2模拟现场
参照“GB/T 13917.10-2009”中4.3进行。将蚊、蝇100只或蜚蠊50只放入模拟现场内,待试虫恢复正常活动后于地板中央按推荐用药量点燃烟剂,关闭门窗并即刻计时,蚊、蝇于1h(蟑螂2h)检查被击倒的试虫数,蚊、蝇观察24h死亡率,蟑螂观察72h死亡率。
3结果
实施例1的0.3%激发蜚蠊喷剂对蚊蝇蟑螂具有快速的杀灭作用,蚊、蝇、蟑24h死亡率均为100%,见下表1:

4结论
按“农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价GB/T 13917.3/10-2009”评价标准,该送检样品对蚊、蝇、蟑药效达到A级标准。

4.根据权利要求1所述的激发蜚蠊喷剂,其特征在于:所述的助溶剂为二甲基亚砜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的激发蜚蠊喷剂,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为抗氧化剂,具体为亚硫酸钠、特丁基对甲酚、依地酸二钠、抗坏血酸钠中的任意一种。
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述的激发蜚蠊喷剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将0.1-5份有效成分、60-70份溶剂、5-10份乳化剂、5-10份助溶剂、3-5份稳定剂混合均匀,将混合物置于喷瓶中,即得激发蜚蠊喷剂。
7.权利要求1-5任一项所述的激发蜚蠊喷剂在调查蜚蠊种类密度、数量方面的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于:调查蜚蠊种类密度、数量,指的是在一定场所调查蜚蠊种类密度、数量;激发蜚蠊喷剂激发蜚蠊时,激发蜚蠊喷剂的使用量为1g/m3,使用时对蟑螂栖息场所喷雾1-3秒。
