The invention discloses a device capable of enabling a single-phase compressor to operate under power voltage fluctuation, which comprises a controller AP, an alternating-current contactor KM, a voltage relay K, an operating capacitor C1 and a booster capacitor C2, wherein a live wire L and a zero wire N are respectively connected with the single-phase compressor MC through the alternating-current contactor, the booster capacitor C2 is respectively connected with the voltage relay K, the alternating-current contactor KM and the single-phase compressor MC, the controller AP controls the alternating-current contactor KM, and the voltage relay K controls the input of the booster capacitor C2 when the power grid voltage fluctuation is too low. According to the invention, the voltage relay is used for detecting the power grid voltage, when the voltage fluctuation is lower than the set value, the power-assisted capacitor is put into the power-assisted capacitor, so that the normal operation of the press is ensured, and the influence of the power grid voltage fluctuation on a user is reduced.

As shown in FIG. 2, the live wire L is connected to 1L1 pin of the AC contactor KM (EX 9CV25 1811 3P 220V), the neutral wire N is connected to 3L2 pin of the AC contactor KM (EX 9CV25 1811 3P 220V), 1L1 pin of the AC contactor KM (EX 9CV25 1811 3P 220V) is connected to L pin of the voltage relay K (JX 9P-10-220V), 3L2 pin of the AC contactor KM (EX 9CV25 1811P 220V) is connected to N pin of the voltage relay K (JX 9P-10-220V), 2L1 pin of the AC contactor KM (EX 9CV25 1811P 220V) is connected to R end of the single-phase compressor MC, 4L2 pin of the AC contactor KM (EX 9CV25 1811P 220V) is connected to C end of the single-phase compressor MC, terminal 2 of run capacitor C1 (CBB 65 mu f/450 VAC) is connected with the S terminal of the single-phase compressor, terminal 2 of run capacitor C1 (CBB 65 mu f/450 VAC) is also connected with terminal 2 of boost capacitor C2 (CBB 61 mu f/450 VAC), terminal 1 of boost capacitor C2 (CBB 61 mu f/450 VAC) is connected with terminal 12 of voltage relay K (JX 9P-10-220V), terminal 1 of run capacitor C1 (CBB 65 mu f/450 VAC) is also connected with terminal 11 of voltage relay K (JX 9P-10-220V), and A1 pin and A2 pin of alternating current contactor KM (EX 9CV25 1811P 220V) are respectively connected with controller AP (SL 1628-CW).
The current transformer D (SL 1808 TC) L is arranged on a wire between a terminal 1 of an operating capacitor C1 (CBB 65 mu f/450 VAC) and a 2L1 pin of an alternating current contactor KM (EX 9CV25 1811 3P 220V), and the current transformer DL (SL 1808 TC) is connected to a controller AP (SL 1628-CW).

The electric power cable further comprises a wiring terminal XT (UTD-41/3P), wherein an L pin of the wiring terminal XT (UTD-41/3P) is connected with a live wire L, an N pin of the wiring terminal XT (UTD-41/3P) is connected with a zero line N, an L pin of the wiring terminal XT (UTD-41/3P) is connected with a terminal 1 of a small air switch QF (EX 9B-1P-32A), an N pin of the wiring terminal XT (UTD-41/3P) is connected with a 3L2 pin of an alternating current contactor KM (EX 9CV25 1811/3P 220V), and a PE pin of the wiring terminal XT (UTD-41/3P) is grounded.

An apparatus for enabling single phase compressor operation under power supply voltage fluctuations, comprising: the system comprises a host controller AP with the model number of SL1628-CW, an alternating current contactor KM with the model number of EX9CV25 1811 3P 220V, a voltage relay K with the model number of JX9JP-10-220V, an operation capacitor C1 with the model number of CBB65 80 mu f/450VAC and a boost capacitor C2 with the model number of CBB61 40 mu f/450VAC, wherein a live wire L and a null wire N are respectively connected with a single-phase compressor MC through the alternating current contactor, the voltage relay K is connected with the alternating current contactor KM, the operation capacitor C1 and the boost capacitor C2 are respectively connected with the voltage relay K, the alternating current contactor KM and the single-phase compressor MC, the controller AP is connected with the alternating current contactor KM, and the input of the boost capacitor C2 is controlled by the voltage relay K when the voltage fluctuation of a power grid is too low;
the live wire L is connected with A1L 1 pin of an alternating current contactor KM, a zero line N is connected with a 3L2 pin of the alternating current contactor KM, A1L 1 pin of the alternating current contactor KM is connected with a L pin of a voltage relay K, a 3L2 pin of the alternating current contactor KM is connected with an N pin of the voltage relay K, A2L 1 pin of the alternating current contactor KM is connected with a wiring terminal 1 of an operation capacitor C1 and an R end of a single-phase compressor MC, a 4L2 pin of the alternating current contactor KM is connected with a C end of the single-phase compressor MC, a wiring terminal 2 of the operation capacitor C1 is connected with an S end of the single-phase compressor, a wiring terminal 2 of the operation capacitor C1 is also connected with a wiring terminal 2 of a booster capacitor C2, A1 of the operation capacitor C2 is also connected with a wiring terminal 11 of the voltage relay K, and an A1 pin and an A2 pin of the alternating current contactor KM are respectively connected with a controller AP;
