The external force is applied to the handle rod to enable the spring to store energy, after the spring rotates a small angle through the inflection point, the spring can reset instantly to drive the handle sleeve to rotate in an accelerating mode, and the handle rod rotates in the opposite direction in the long hole relative to the handle sleeve.
