本发明涉及知识产权运营技术领域，尤其涉及一种知识产权的运营交易系统。
背景技术
知识产权(英语：Intellectual property)，指“权利人对其所创作的智力劳动成果所享有的专有权利”，一般只在有限时间期内有效。各种智力创造比如发明、文学和艺术作品，以及在商业中使用的标志、名称、图像以及外观设计，都可被认为是某一个人或组织所拥有的知识产权。主要分类有：专利权，商标权，著作权(版权)等，知识产权作为企业的无形资产，但是现有技术中，企业在急需企业的发展资金的时候无法将知识产权很好的应用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种知识产权的运营交易系统，其能解决在企业需要获得发展资金的时候无法很好地运用自身的知识产权的问题。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案实现：
一种知识产权的运营交易系统，其特征在于，所述运营交易系统至少包括交易主机、撮合系统和交易系统客户端；
所述交易主机用于存储交易买卖双方的交易信息，
所述交易系统客户端为交易买卖方提交信息的端口，交易卖方将知识产权信息通过交易系统客户端提交，知识产权信息经过评估模块进行评价，并且将评价信息分成若干份额，所述交易买方通过交易系统客户端提出自己的购买需求，所述买卖双方通过撮合系统完成交易，所述交易数据通过银行模块发送至托管银行
相比现有技术，本发明的有益效果在于：本发明一种知识产权的运营交易系统其能解决在企业需要获得发展资金的时候无法很好地运用自身的知识产权的问题。
