With the development of science and technology, unmanned ship automatic sampling has replaced traditional manual sampling, can realize the collection of lake surface arbitrary point, has improved water sample collection's work efficiency. The unmanned ship needs the corresponding water sample storage device to work cooperatively for water sample collection at any point. However, the current water quality storage device is relatively simple, cannot meet the requirement of storing a plurality of groups of water samples or cannot ensure the purity of the water samples, so that the water samples lose representativeness.

The steering engine 3 is fixedly arranged on the cover plate 6, and the center position of the cover plate 6 is in transmission connection with the lower end face of the water inlet bottom plate 2 to drive the water inlet bottom plate 2 to rotate. The controller 9 is arranged at the center position of the bottom of the box body, is connected with the steering engine 3 and controls the rotation, interval time and rotation frequency of the steering engine. The water inlet bottom plate 2 is used for separating a water inlet layer and a water separation layer and can rotate under the control of the steering engine 3; the cover plate 6 is used for separating the water storage layer and the water separation layer.

Finally, the water inlet layer is installed, a water inlet pipe and a plurality of water pipe plugs are distributed on the water inlet bottom plate, the distributed positions and the distributed numbers are the same as those of the water sampling bottles, and the water inlet at the top is connected with the water pump. When water collection starts, the water pump absorbs water and enters the water inlet layer, and water samples can flow into one water collection bottle along the water inlet pipe on the water inlet bottom plate through the water inlet seam of the rubber plug due to water pressure, and at the moment, the water inlets of the water collection bottles at other parts are blocked by the water pipe plug and cannot be doped into the water body of the water area; after the water sample is collected, the controller controls the steering engine to rotate by a fixed angle to enable the water inlet pipe on the water inlet bottom plate to correspond to the water inlet of the next water sampling bottle, the water inlets of other water sampling bottles are blocked by the water pipe plug, and water sample storage is performed in the same mode until the water sample collection and storage of multiple groups are completed. At this time, the steering engine is controlled to rotate until the water inlet pipe 13 is blocked by the cover plate 6 (i.e. is not communicated with any water inlet groove), and the bottle mouth of each water sampling bottle keeps a relative sealing state due to the action of the rubber plug.
When the device works, the device needs to be matched with a water collecting pump. After the device is installed according to 3 parts of the water storage layer, the water separation layer and the water inlet layer. Firstly, a water sample is sucked by a suction pump and enters a water inlet layer through a water inlet 1; a bottom plate water inlet 14 is distributed on the water inlet bottom plate 2, and water samples flow into the water separation layer through the bottom plate water inlet 14; the water diversion layer part is connected with a bottom plate water inlet 14 through a water inlet pipe 13, and a water sample flows into the water inlet pipe 13; flows into the water storage layer through the water inlet groove 12 on the cover plate 6; the water storage layer is connected with the water inlet tank 12 through the water sampling bottle water inlet pipe 11, and water samples flow into the water sampling bottle through the water sampling bottle water inlet pipe 11 to finish the collection and storage of the water samples in the current group; before the next group of water samples are stored, the controller 9 controls the steering engine to rotate by a fixed angle to drive the water inlet bottom plate to rotate, so that the water inlet pipe 13 is aligned with the water inlet pipe 11 of the next water sampling bottle, and the water sampling bottom plate is prepared for the next group of water samples to be collected and stored; this is cycled until multiple sets of water samples are collected for storage as desired by the user.
The water inlet bottom plate, the cover plate and the bottom plate have the same external dimensions, the water inlet of the water inlet bottom plate, the water pipe plug, the water inlet groove on the cover plate and the water collecting bottle clamping grooves on the bottom plate are matched in position distribution and quantity, and the quantity can be correspondingly increased or decreased according to the requirements of users.
The water inlet bottom plate is provided with a water inlet and a plurality of water pipe plugs, and the water pipe plugs are connected with the water inlet bottom plate through connecting rods; the water pipe plug blocks the water inlet groove which is arranged on the cover plate 6 and is not used for water inlet, so that only one water inlet groove is always ensured to be used for water inlet, and further, only one water collecting bottle can work for water inlet at any moment.
The water sampling bottle adopts a mode of combining the rubber plug and the water inlet pipe, can achieve the effect of sealing the water sampling bottle by blocking the water inlet pipe, and effectively solves the problems of water sampling bottle spillage and water sample doping in other water areas.
