As shown in fig. 1-3, the boiled water cooler comprises a water storage tank 2, a water pump 3 and a heat exchanger 12, wherein the heat exchanger 12, the water pump 3 and the water storage tank 2 are communicated sequentially through a water pipe 4 to form a circulating water loop. When in use, the heat exchanger 12 is immersed in boiled water to be cooled, and the heat of the boiled water enters the circulating water loop through the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger 12 and finally is dissipated into the air, so that the temperature of the boiled water is rapidly reduced.
The water pipe 4 may be a variety of pipes such as a plastic hose or a metal hose, preferably a plastic hose.
The heat exchanger 12 is preferably a stainless steel coil. The upper half part of the stainless steel coil pipe is large, and the lower half part is small, so that the stainless steel coil pipe is suitable for water containers of various specifications. The lower half part is suitable for various small-caliber water cups, and the upper half part is suitable for a kettle with a large caliber, so that the heat absorption efficiency is high.
In order to accelerate the heat dissipation speed, a radiator 5 can be further arranged in the circulating water loop, and the radiator 5 is connected in series in the circulating water loop. The radiator 5 serves to increase a heat radiating area. Further, a heat radiation fan 6 may be mounted on the heat sink 5. The outer surface of the cooling fan 6 is provided with blades, as an example, the number of the blades is five, and the center part of the five sets of blades is provided with movable screws.
When the invention is applied, the invention also comprises a main body shell 1, the water storage tank 2, the water pump 3 and the radiator 5 are fixedly arranged in the main body shell 1, the cantilever 9 is arranged on one side of the outer surface of the main body shell 1, and the heat exchanger 12 is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the cantilever 9.
A cantilever slide rail 8 is fixedly arranged on one side of the main body shell 1, and a cantilever 9 is matched on the cantilever slide rail 8 in a vertically movable manner. The rack and the damper are fixedly arranged in the cantilever slide rail 8. The slide rail 8 is hollowed in the middle, so that the pipeline can freely move up and down along with the cantilever 9, and the cantilever can stay and be fixed at any position.
The side of the main body shell 1 is provided with a cooling fan opening, the bottom is provided with an air inlet, the cooling fan can be used for air inlet and air outlet, and heat is taken away, so that the cooling fan is practical.
In order to accurately control the temperature of boiled water to be cooled, the invention also comprises a control main board 7 and a temperature detection rod 11, wherein the temperature detection rod 11 is suspended in the middle of the heat exchanger 12, and the temperature detection rod 11 and the water pump 3 are respectively connected with the control main board 7. The temperature detecting rod 11 is used for measuring the temperature of boiled water and transmitting the measured temperature to the control main board 7, and the control main board 7 controls the water pump 3 and the cooling fan 6 to start and stop.
In order to more intuitively display the temperature of boiled water, a temperature display module 14 is fixedly arranged on the control main board 7, and the temperature display module preferably adopts a two-digit nixie tube, and can also select an LED indicator lamp. A fan control button 15 and two temperature setting buttons 16 are fixedly arranged below the temperature display module 14, and the two temperature setting buttons 16 are fixedly arranged on one side of the fan control button 15; the temperature setting button 16 can set a temperature range of 95-35 ℃. The functions of the fan control button 15 are: when cooling a kettle with a large capacity, the fan control button 15 can be clicked, and the fan and the water pump are started at the same time, so that the heat absorbed in the stainless steel heat exchanger can be dissipated into the air more quickly.
The fan control button 15 and the temperature setting button 16 may be mechanical buttons and capacitive buttons, preferably capacitive buttons. As an example, the fan control button 15 and the temperature setting button 16 are both circular in shape.
The control main board 7 is provided with a power socket which is powered by a 12V direct current power adapter.
A hook 10 is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the cantilever 9, and a dust cup cover 13 is fixedly arranged on the hook 10; the number of the hooks 10 is two, and the hooks 10 are used for fixing the dustproof cup cover 13; the dust cap 13 has two lugs, not cup rims. The suspension dust cup cover 13 can effectively prevent dust from adhering to the stainless steel coil.
When the water pump is used, the water pump 3 is used for pumping normal temperature in the water storage tank 2 to the heat exchanger 12, then to the radiator 5 and finally flows back to the top of the water storage tank 2. The heat exchanger 12 is suspended below the cantilever 9 of the main body casing 1, and after a cup or a kettle filled with high-temperature drinking water is placed, the heat exchanger 12 enters and is submerged in a water body to be cooled, and the water body is cooled. The temperature detecting rod 11 is installed in the middle of the heat exchanger 12, detects the temperature of the lower space in the heat exchanger 12, is immersed into a water body to be cooled together with the heat exchanger 12, senses the change of the water temperature, and displays the temperature by the temperature display module 14 on the control main board 7.
