Abstract
A quick-release shock-absorbing screw is used for fixing an electronic device. The quick-release damping screw comprises a damping screw component and a quick-release component, the damping screw component comprises an elastic element and a screw, the screw comprises a screw head and a screw rod connected to the screw head, and the screw is fixedly connected with the elastic element; the quick-release assembly is used for being connected with an external mechanism and comprises a clamping portion, a clamping hole matched with the clamping portion is further formed in the elastic element, and the damping screw assembly is elastically clamped with the quick-release assembly through the clamping hole. In the quick-release damping screw and the electronic device adopting the same, the elastic element can be used as a handle for screwing or dismounting the screw, thereby simplifying the structure of the quick-release damping screw.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a quick-release damping screw and an electronic device adopting the same.
Background
In a computer system, since all software programs and data capable of executing various functions of a computer are stored in a hard disk device, great importance should be attached to the safety and stability of the hard disk device in use to prevent data damage of the hard disk device due to improper operation.
In the design of the quick-release screw of the existing hard disk device, a screw is mostly used for positioning and is matched with a damping ring to achieve the purpose of damping, except for a basic screw and the damping ring, a group of quick-release shells are usually matched, and the structure is complex.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a quick-release damping screw and an electronic device using the same, so as to simplify the structure of the quick-release damping screw.

Preferably, the elastic element is integrally formed with the screw.
Preferably, the elastic element further comprises two limiting plates respectively connected to two sides of the screw head fixing portion, and the limiting plates are provided with clamping holes matched with the clamping portions.
Preferably, the quick release assembly further comprises a stop plate, the clamping portion is a circular truncated cone, the clamping hole is a circular truncated cone hole matched with the circular truncated cone, one end with the smaller diameter of the circular truncated cone is connected with the stop plate, one end with the larger diameter of the circular truncated cone is elastically clamped in the circular truncated cone hole, and the stop plate is abutted to one side of the limiting plate.
An electronic device comprises an electronic device body, a fixing part used for fixing the electronic device body and a plurality of quick-release shock absorption screws, wherein the quick-release shock absorption screws comprise:

Preferably, the elastic element is integrally formed with the screw.
Preferably, the elastic element further comprises two limiting plates respectively connected to two sides of the screw head fixing portion, and the limiting plates are provided with clamping holes matched with the clamping portions.
Preferably, the quick release assembly further comprises a stop plate, the clamping portion is a circular truncated cone, the clamping hole is a circular truncated cone hole matched with the circular truncated cone, one end with the smaller diameter of the circular truncated cone is connected with the stop plate, one end with the larger diameter of the circular truncated cone is elastically clamped in the circular truncated cone hole, and the stop plate is abutted to one side of the limiting plate.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the electronic device 100 includes an electronic device body 30, a fixing member 40 for fixing the electronic device body 30, and a plurality of quick-release shock-absorbing screws (not shown).
The quick release shock screw comprises a shock screw assembly 10 and a quick release assembly 20.
The damper screw assembly 10 includes a resilient member 110 and a screw 120. The screw 120 includes a screw head and a screw rod connected to the screw head.
The elastic member 110 may be integrally formed with the screw 120.
The elastic element 110 may further include two limiting plates 1103, and the two limiting plates 1103 are respectively connected to two sides of the screw head fixing portion 1101. The limiting plate 1103 is provided with a fastening hole matching with the fastening portion. The quick release assembly 20 further includes a stop plate 210. The clamping portion is a circular truncated cone 220, and the clamping hole is a circular truncated cone-shaped hole 1104 matched with the circular truncated cone 220. The end with the smaller diameter of the circular truncated cone 220 is connected with the stop plate 210, and when the end with the larger diameter of the circular truncated cone 220 is elastically clamped in the circular truncated cone-shaped hole 1104, the stop plate 210 is abutted against one side of the limiting plate 1103. In specific implementation, after the end of the circular truncated cone 220 with the larger diameter is elastically clamped in the circular truncated cone-shaped hole 1104, the end surface of the end of the circular truncated cone 220 with the larger diameter is flush with the other side of the limiting plate 1103.
In another preferred embodiment, the fixing member 40 is provided with a plurality of screw holes 410 corresponding to the quick release shock absorbing screws. For example, the fixing member 40 may be a housing of the electronic device body 30, and a plurality of screw holes 410 are distributed on a side surface of the housing.
The electronic device 100 is connected to an external mechanism through a plurality of quick-release shock-absorbing screws, so that the electronic device 100 is installed and simultaneously provides quick-release and shock-absorbing functions for the electronic device 100.
When the electronic device 100 is installed, the protrusion 230 of the quick release assembly 20 is connected to an external mechanism, the screws 120 of the plurality of shock absorbing screw assemblies 10 are locked to the corresponding screw holes 410, and then each quick release assembly 20 is connected to the corresponding shock absorbing screw assembly 10, that is, the circular truncated cone 220 of the quick release assembly 20 is pushed into the circular truncated cone hole 1104 on the limiting plate 1103. Since the stopper plate 1103 has elasticity, the circular truncated cone 220 is tightly clamped after being pushed into the circular truncated cone hole 1104. The two stop plates 1103 of the elastic element 110 can be used as handles for screwing or unscrewing the screw 120, and the screw 120 can be screwed into the screw hole 410 of the fixing member 40 by rotating the elastic element 110. Thus, the electronic device 100 can be mounted and fixed. The elastic member 110 has a shock-absorbing function. When the electronic device 100 is removed, the other way around is right.
In the quick-release damping screw and the electronic device 100 using the same, the screw is connected to the elastic element, so that the elastic element 110 can be used as a handle for screwing or detaching the screw 120, the structure of the quick-release damping screw is simplified, and the damping screw assembly 10 is elastically clamped to the quick-release assembly 20 through the clamping hole, thereby realizing quick release.
