本发明公开了一种具有防水保温功能的PVC吊顶材料，包括主板和防水条，所述主板包括位于底部的PVC材质本体和位于上部的保温防水层；所述本体为长条形扁平结构，内部分割成多个空腔；沿本体延伸方向，本体两侧下部均有扁平的长条形缺口，长条形缺口侧壁上部内陷形成有方形的卡槽；沿本体延伸方向，本体一侧上部在竖直方向上向中间部位变窄形成嵌入部，本体另一侧上部中间部位由侧面向内凹陷形成细长的凹槽；所述保温防水层为三层结构，从上到下依次为聚氨酯层，聚苯乙烯层，聚氨酯层；防水条为长条形扁平实心结构，防水条上表面沿防水条延伸方向的两侧向斜上方形成细长的凸起部。本发明既能阻挡水汽和水流的通过，又能实现保温功能。

Description

具有防水保温功能的PVC吊顶材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰材料，特别涉及一种具有防水保温功能的PVC吊顶材料。
背景技术
PVC吊顶板上常用的室内装饰装修材料，一般为中空的长条形扁平结构，多个同种规格的PVC吊顶板拼接使用。但存在如下三方面问题，第一，拼缝处密封效果差，在厨房卫生间等湿度较大的场合，水汽很容易通过拼缝穿过吊顶板，在吊顶板上方凝结，进而滋生霉菌。而吊顶板往往又是浅色而且有一定的透明度，吊顶板上方滋生霉菌的部位，往往从吊顶板下方也可以看到，影响室内美观。第二，当PVC板用于外阳台时，往往需要吊顶板本身能够阻挡雨水，而实际使用中，雨水会通过拼缝处渗漏。第三，PVC板不具备保温隔热功能，对于有保温隔热需求的装修工程，还需要单独做处理，浪费人工工时。因此，需要改进现有的PVC吊顶板，使拼缝处能阻挡水汽和水流通过，用于应对有防水需要的场合应用，同时增加隔热保温的功能。
发明内容
为了使PVC吊顶具备防水保温功能，并具备实际应用，一方面需要在拼接处做出改进，另一方面需要增加保温层，实现常规吊顶施工的同时就能实现保温的需求。同时改进后的PVC吊顶材料，还应保证施工方便。
针对上述需求，本发明所采取的技术方案是：
一种具有防水保温功能的PVC吊顶材料，包括主板和防水条，所述主板包括位于底部的PVC材质本体和位于上部的保温防水层；所述本体为长条形扁平结构，内部分割成多个空腔；沿本体延伸方向，本体两侧下部均有扁平的长条形缺口，长条形缺口侧壁上部内陷形成有方形的卡槽；沿本体延伸方向，本体一侧上部在竖直方向上向中间部位变窄形成嵌入部，本体另一侧上部中间部位由侧面向内凹陷形成细长的凹槽；所述保温防水层为三层结构，从上到下依次为聚氨酯层，聚苯乙烯层，聚氨酯层；所述防水条为长条形扁平实心结构，防水条上表面沿防水条延伸方向的两侧向斜上方形成细长的凸起部，防水条顶面中间位置形成凹陷部，凹陷部内设有第二胶条，第二胶条底部与防水条顶面粘接；防水条底面设有第一胶条，所述第一胶条顶部中间位置与防水条底面粘接，两侧露出部分宽度为1～2cm。
所述嵌入部的长度不大于凹槽的深度。
所述第一胶条上表面两侧露出的部分具有粘性，粘性表面外部覆有底纸。
所述保温防水层侧壁具有粘性，粘性侧壁外部覆有底纸。
使用时，将保温防水层侧壁的底纸撕掉，一个本体的嵌入部嵌入另一个本体的凹槽内，再将防水涂料刷在拼接处；最后将防水条卡在拼接处两侧的卡槽内，压紧固定住。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：施工过程与普通PVC吊顶工程基本一致，并不会造成施工的不便；防水保温层不仅起到了良好的隔热作用，而且其中的聚氨酯层还具有良好的防水性能；此外，防水条和拼接处的防水涂料挡住了水汽和水流的通过，同时防水条通过两边的凸起部卡在卡槽内，不仅能有效固定住防水条，而且挡住了涂抹防水涂料的部位，不影响美观；第一胶条和第二胶条阻挡了水汽通过拼缝处的同时也起到了保温的作用。

以下参照附图对本发明的一种具有防水保温功能的PVC吊顶材料进行技术说明。
如图1～图3所示，一种具有防水保温功能的PVC吊顶材料，包括主板和防水条2，所述主板包括位于底部的PVC材质本体1和位于上部的保温防水层9；所述本体1为长条形扁平结构，内部分割成多个空腔；沿本体1延伸方向，本体两侧下部均有扁平的长条形缺口，长条形缺口侧壁上部内陷形成有方形的卡槽5；沿本体1延伸方向，本体1一侧上部在竖直方向上向中间部位变窄形成嵌入部3，本体1另一侧上部中间部位由侧面向内凹陷形成细长的凹槽4；所述保温防水层9为三层结构，从上到下依次为聚氨酯层，聚苯乙烯层，聚氨酯层；所述防水条2为长条形扁平实心结构，防水条2上表面沿防水条2延伸方向的两侧向斜上方形成细长的凸起部6，防水条2顶面中间位置形成凹陷部，凹陷部内设有第二胶条8，第二胶条8底部与防水条2顶面粘接；防水条2底面设有第一胶条7，所述第一胶条7顶部中间位置与防水条2底面粘接，两侧露出部分宽度为1～2cm。
所述嵌入部3的长度不大于凹槽4的深度。
所述第一胶条7上表面两侧露出的部分具有粘性，粘性表面外部覆有底纸。
所述保温防水层9侧壁具有粘性，粘性侧壁外部覆有底纸。
实施例一：
在需要做PVC吊顶装饰的场所，搭建吊顶龙骨，完成后固定第一块PVC主板，固定之前撕掉该主板保温防水层两侧的底纸，露出粘性表面。之后撕掉第二块主板保温防水层两侧的底纸，露出粘性表面。将第二块PVC本体的嵌入部3插入第一块PVC本体的凹槽4内，之后依次类推，完成所有主板的拼接。
在所有本体1的拼接处刷上防水涂料，再将防水条上第一胶条7两侧露出部分的底纸撕掉，露出有粘性的部分，之后将防水条2嵌入两块本体1的拼接处，并用力按下，使得防水条2的凸起部6卡在卡槽5内，最后将第一胶条7压紧，使其粘接在本体1上。

1.一种具有防水保温功能的PVC吊顶材料，其特征在于，包括主板和防水条(2)，所述主板包括位于底部的PVC材质本体(1)和位于上部的保温防水层(9)；所述本体(1)为长条形扁平结构，内部分割成多个空腔；沿本体(1)延伸方向，本体两侧下部均有扁平的长条形缺口，长条形缺口侧壁上部内陷形成有方形的卡槽(5)；沿本体(1)延伸方向，本体(1)一侧上部在竖直方向上向中间部位变窄形成嵌入部(3)，本体(1)另一侧上部中间部位由侧面向内凹陷形成细长的凹槽(4)；所述保温防水层(9)为三层结构，从上到下依次为聚氨酯层，聚苯乙烯层，聚氨酯层；所述防水条(2)为长条形扁平实心结构，防水条(2)上表面沿防水条(2)延伸方向的两侧向斜上方形成细长的凸起部(6)，防水条(2)顶面中间位置形成凹陷部，凹陷部内设有第二胶条(8)，第二胶条(8)底部与防水条(2)顶面粘接；防水条(2)底面设有第一胶条(7)，所述第一胶条(7)顶部中间位置与防水条(2)底面粘接，两侧露出部分宽度为1～2cm。
