技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其是一种爬山用防划破鞋帮面料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步，社会的发展，我国的面料纺织行业得到了快速发展，随之而来的是鞋帮面料的快速发展。
目前，为了保持健康的身体，人们越来越喜欢爬山运动，但是爬山时鞋帮容易被石头等坚硬的物体划破，鞋帮划破后导致人们不能继续爬山，影响人们的心情，一般的鞋帮不具有防护层，鞋子被划破或磨破后就直接扔掉，造成极大的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种爬山用防划破鞋帮面料，该鞋帮面料外表面具有防护层，能够有效解决鞋帮面料被划破或磨破的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该种爬山用防划破鞋帮面料，其特征是，其结构包括包裹于鞋帮面料外表面的防护层；
所述的防护层外表面通过粘扣带与柔性的橡胶板连接，所述的橡胶板外表面设有若干橡胶凸起；
所述的防护层包括内侧的第一金属网，所述的第一金属网外侧设有第一塑胶片层，所述的第一塑胶片层外侧设有涤纶纤维层，所述的涤纶纤维层外侧设有第二塑胶片层，所述的第二塑胶片层外侧设有第二金属网层。
优选的，所述的橡胶凸起之间的橡胶板上设有若干锥形凸起。
优选的，所述的第二金属网层外侧设有防水层。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果：
1、由于其结构包括包裹于鞋帮面料外表面的防护层。使用时，防护层能够保护鞋帮面料不被石头等物体划破或磨破，具有很好的推广利用价值。
2、由于所述的防护层外表面通过粘扣带与柔性的橡胶板连接，所述的橡胶板外表面设有若干橡胶凸起。因此，使用时，橡胶板能够使得鞋帮面料具有耐磨作用，橡胶凸起能够使得鞋帮面料具有防滑作用，粘扣带方便橡胶板的拆卸，有利于后期清洗鞋子。
3、由于所述的第一金属网外侧设有第一塑胶片层，所述的第一塑胶片层外侧设有涤纶纤维层，所述的涤纶纤维层外侧设有第二塑胶片层，所述的第二塑胶片层外侧设有第二金属网层。因此，使用时，第一金属网层和第二金属网层能够增加防护层的强度，防止鞋帮面料被划破或磨破，第一塑胶片层和第二塑胶片层能够起到支撑防护层的作用，涤纶纤维层使得防护层具有良好的耐磨性，有利于增加防护层的使用寿命。

如图1、图2所示，该种爬山用防划破鞋帮面料,其结构包括包裹于鞋帮面料2外表面的防护层1。使用时，防护层1能够保护鞋帮面料2不被石头等物体划破或磨破。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的防护层1外表面通过粘扣带4与柔性的橡胶板3连接，所述的橡胶板3外表面设有若干橡胶凸起5。使用时，橡胶板3能够使得鞋帮面料2具有耐磨作用，橡胶凸起5能够使得鞋帮面料2具有防滑作用，粘扣带4方便橡胶板3的拆卸，有利于后期清洗鞋子。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的防护层1包括内侧的第一金属网7，所述的第一金属网7外侧设有第一塑胶片层8，所述的第一塑胶片层8外侧设有涤纶纤维层9，所述的涤纶纤维层9外侧设有第二塑胶片层10，所述的第二塑胶片层10外侧设有第二金属网层11。使用时，第一金属网层7和第二金属网层11能够增加防护层1的强度，防止鞋帮面料2被划破或磨破，第一塑胶片层8和第二塑胶片层10能够起到支撑防护层1的作用，涤纶纤维层9使得防护层1具有良好的耐磨性，有利于增加防护层1的使用寿命。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的橡胶凸起5之间的橡胶板3上设有若干锥形凸起6。使用时，锥形凸起6能够进一步起到防滑的作用，有利于爬山时的稳定性。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的第二金属网层11外侧设有防水层。使用时，防水层能够起到防水的作用，防止第二金属网层11生锈腐蚀。
